2024-07-02 10:32:14I love this place from start to finish it is quick and simple. No Hassle they get you in and out! I have been coming for years! The Redondo Location is the best ! Do Not Go To Hertz slow and trash service. Upon checking out Leonard was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to do business with this location and if you are reading this look no more there is where you want to be!!!!

2024-05-05 09:42:01The level of service I received at this Enterprise was TERRIBLE!!! Unfortunately, I left my prescription glasses behind when I dropped off the car due to the rush created by the staff. I contacted them to notify them of the situation right away. However, I was kept on hold for approximately an hour. As you can see in the picture, they had me waiting for over 40 minutes and still had me on hold. So I called again the following day but was informed that the workers had not returned my glasses. I called again the following day, which had me on hold for a long time. So, I drove an hour to the location because they would just keep me on hold. However, it was disappointing to observe the lack of accountability demonstrated by the workers and managers, as they were unwilling to take responsibility and instead chose to blame one another. Also be cautious when signing documents in this location. And consider a different location where theft is not an issue.

2024-06-21 17:37:47I’ve had the worst experience with this enterprise. I first got the car with it wreaking of smoke and weed. I was told my insurance company would be covering it. They charged my card twice with out even telling when the insurance company should have taken care of it. I’ve lost my patience with enterprise because they’ve been of no help. I’ve had service with others enterprise with my insurance but this one is the worst.

2024-06-21 16:45:50Very disappointed with my rental from the Gardena location on Redondo Beach Blvd. My family and I was going on a road trip to Texas. Received the car not washed, low on gas, ok whatever. Thank God a family member had sense to check the fluid levels on the car. Coolant was wayyy below the advised level, oil was dirty and no brake fluid in the car. He purchased the coolant and brake fluid. Can you imagine overheating on the side of the road? All due to poor customer service. Thanking God again for my family member that checked all this out for me. Enterprise you have to do better!!! I know now what to also have them check before driving off! Then they offer for you to buy roadside assistance, I see why now.

2024-05-20 18:05:59Every time I use Enterprise, the process is quick and seamless with no paperwork involved. I cant say enough about the staff. They are great! I typically will rent when needed, however this time I was in an accident and needed a long-term rental. Sree took great care of me initially. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up getting a flat and needed a new rental for the remainder of my time. During that transaction, I dealt with Jaqui who was also awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional as well. I will continue to use Enterprise because of the ease and professionalism. Thank you!

2024-03-15 05:52:57I had requested a specific vehicle one day in advance, and ensured that I reserved it right when it opens. Not only was the vehicle ready to go, but it was seamless! Fast and friendly. Carolyn? Who works at the store in Gardena was very helpful in suggesting a vehicle for me, and how to find the right one. Returning it was just as easy, especially since there are no hidden fees. The invoice has the amount that will be owed. One thing I also liked was that they sent a text message on my phone during my trip just to check in and see if everything was okay.

2024-04-17 00:02:47I called Enterprise in Gardena on Redondo Beach and was placed on hold for 25 minutes. I asked them what cars they had available for exchange because the car I received a car yesterday and it has a nail in it. Needless to say he never returned to the call. Another person came on and I had to explain the situation all over again. Hes recommendation was to call roadside. The customer service I received today was HORRIBLE!!!

2024-04-29 16:50:30The attitude towards customers was unpleasant, and despite my request for a Toyota RAV4, they kept insisting on renting out AUDI Q5, Q7, or BMW 5 Series, lying to me in the process. They claimed that all vehicles except for two AUDIs and one BMW were reserved for Monday, and although there were six Toyota RAV4s in the parking lot, most were apparently booked and one is needed an oil change.. When I agreed to wait for one that supposedly needed an oil change, they suddenly declared it unavailable due to damage to the glass and bumper. I couldnt believe it, so I checked for myself, finding no damage to either. They then cited a minor dent in the trunk as a liability issue, refusing to rent it out.Feeling compelled to settle for an Audi Q5, I discovered damage to its bumper. I questioned why damage to Audi bumpers seemed acceptable while a minor dent on a Toyota RAV4 caused liability issues. However, all I received was another lie, claiming the bumper was fine but the trunk wasnt.As someone working in automotive engineering, I know the dent posed no problem for vehicle operation. In the end, I had to go to another Enterprise location to finally get the car I wanted.Money wasnt the issue due to the fact that my insurances rental car coverage is $90 per day, but their insistence on renting out expensive cars to me, coupled with their willingness to resort to lies, left me infuriated with their customer service. I wouldnt want to set foot in that place again, ever.In the future, if I have an accident, no matter how far it is, I will definitely visit a different location.
