We bought a beautiful, clean and well-running 2022 Jeep at Enterprise. The salesman and manager were positive, personable, friendly and knowledgeable! There were no high pressure sales techniques used. The transaction was very smooth and easy. We love our “new” purchase and everything is well maintained. Thank you for a pleasant experience! This was, hands down, the easiest and fastest car sales process Ive ever experienced. And I love my car! Enterprise Car Sales simply wants to match you with a car in your budget and plays no games. I visited a traditional dealership the same day, merely to LOOK at a specific vehicle, and that arduous endeavor took longer than just buying a whole car at Enterprise. We worked with two salespeople during our Enterprise sale and they were both fantastic. I cant see myself buying another used vehicle from any outfit other than Enterprise. I tell everyone I meet about our experience - I know were not alone in thinking a car sale should be easy. Its a shame the other dealerships havent figured this out.

I recently bought a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Elk Grove. The salesman who helped me, Eric, was very knowledgeable. He wasnt pushy at all. He answered every question I had. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that when Enterprise rents vehicles, if they come back with a lot of brake dust around the wheel, that vehicle will go to auction when they are ready to sell rather than to their sales office. I bought a 2020 Dodge Charger and am loving driving it!! If I am ever in the market to purchase another car, my first choice will be to check out the vehicles at Enterprise Car Sales in Elk Grove! I highly recommend them!

I had a pleasant experience and the whole purchase was under three hours. My only concern was the ding on my window that was not visible until we got on the freeway. However, it was taken care of the very next business day. The guy was on time, and it was fixed under an hour. Thank you Enterprise!

This is the second car that I have bought from them.They are always very nice. I was not planning on buying a car the day I went but Bill Lau was so great and worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely return and recommend them.

Purchasing a vehicle for one price that being less than $20, 000 leaving then arriving the following day with down payment as the requested by the Manager whod totally removed the sales guy I was working with ; I guess he was to honest, for the Managers taste as the turn over his high. Having signed everything day before in the car ready to drive off, when the Manager runs back out has me come back in says “theres a document I needed to re-sign as sales guy made a mistake “ so I do he tells me nothing to worry about no changes from our previous days discussion. I was stoked being in an accident rear ended weeks prior. So when I get home I learned there was no mistake there was only his greed. The Manager had changed the asking price of the corner rental car at 36,000 miles as a rental car from $17.5 to $22.8 my signature (new) had locked me into a $23.865 car debt monthly payments of roughly $600 a month for 72 months Not even possible in the 2022 economy and on a teaching single parent budget.I would have never signed for the amount and thats why hed waited leaving my grandma in the car Start of Summers weather When brought to sales team all they could do was apologize And swear they had no idea of his intent. You what finally said “its just business,” still have emails wouldnt answer my calls, Once he had confirmation thst I had the level of employment that I had and once one of my white colleagues vouched for me His wheels turned I guess And of course once I signed I was forced into an impossible to come up from under debt .But he got a sale

Up until now, I had exclusively taken my chances and bought cars off Craigslist, so the idea of financing a new car was overwhelming for me no matter how much research I did. A co-worker recommended getting into contact with Eric from Enterprise Auto Sales and he along with Jesus made the process of trading in my beat up 2004 Volkswagen for a 2020 Nissan Altima effortless. What I loved is that they were very transparent about everything, and worked with me to get me into a car I lived within my budget, Eric even found me a lower insurance rate! No hard car-salesy tactics here. 12/10 experience.

After renting a vehicle with Enterprise, I realized that I desperately needed to upgrade from my 1986 Toyota Camry. I looked through the inventory online for a few days and finally pulled the trigger to make an appointment to buy. Within minutes, Pedro was calling me to set up a consultation. When I got there, Pedro and I went over the kind of features/body I was looking for in a vehicle and was able to match me with some pretty stunning cars. He helped me narrow down my search to two different cars, and encouraged me to take them on a test drive. I did not feel pressured at all throughout the process, I felt privileged to be so well thought of and given so many opportunities to exercise my own autonomy in the decision. When I made the decision on the car I wanted to buy, Pedro was insanely patient with me. He was transparent about the whole process and made sure I knew what the documents said in plain language before I signed them. Pedro is extremely dedicated to his job and really takes pride in his work. He stayed extremely late – after hours – to help me get proper financing and complete the process. Craig was a secure and welcome presence, overseeing the process, and pulling the strings behind the scenes; he solidified everything. It was very late by the time the purchasing process was finished, and I was adamant that I didn’t mind not taking the car home that night, since it would be a lot for them to drive it back to my house for me…but they were insistent that they wanted me to start my journey with my new car ASAP. So, at 21:00, Pedro and Adrian teamed up to drive my new car from Elk Grove to Galt. So considerate and kind; they gave up their personal obligations for me. Before we all took off, Pedro set me up for a photoshoot with my new car; big red bow and everything! There wasn’t a step of the process that any of them glazed over because it was late, or because we were all tired, or anything else – they gave me all the attention they would to anyone else. In fact, a few days later, Craig personally called me to get an update on how my new situation was working out. I was happy to report that I am adamantly in love with my new vehicle and all the opportunities I have now because of it. Thank you so much, Pedro, Adrian, and Craig! You not only helped me take a big step in my adult life, but also helped me grow in my personal life with how I came about my decisions. You all rock. I cannot recommend Enterprise Car Sales enough!
