They sold me a car with frame damage that was not listed on the Carfax. When I called and asked why was the damage not listed Megan was very rude about it and said maybe a car crashed into. I explained this would be impossible without the side panel being destroyed. The damage was already there. Every car here has transmission problems early on. Around 70,000 you have to take your car in for repairs that wont show up on OBD test, mine is currently in the shop covered by warranty because the mechanic visually could see a transmission bearing loose. Be careful with this place. It was hard to notice at first Lisa sold me the car.

My experience may have been an anomoly, but in the end it cost me nearly $5000 more than I thought due to the sales peoples ignorance. And I didnt discover this until it was too late to return the car.2 stars are for the convenience and ease of purchase....But this location is full of inexperienced employees who cannot give guidance to customers who dont already know everything about buying cars.I have to believe that it was not intentional, but that doesnt make it better.

I purchased my 2021 Kia Forte on April 10, 2024 and have been very happy with my purchase. When I thought I didn’t have much hope to purchase a replacement vehicle after my car was totaled in January, the salesperson Arturo Raudales was caring and understanding of my situation, going above and beyond to make my purchase as seamless and easy as possible. The entire team was amazing. I’ve never experienced a vehicle purchase as smoothly as this one. We had a great experience buying a used car with Enterprise. They helped bring in the car we wanted to test drive quickly, patiently walked us through our financing options and David, our salesman, even stayed late to make sure we completed the process and got to drive our car home that night. Lior was also helpful in explaining a few details to us. David was fantastic. Would highly recommend shopping with them!

This the second time we brought a car from Enterprise Car Sales the first car we brought was a Dodge Carvan for my mom. My wife and I were looking to buy a nice car for a good price and then we decided go to Enterprise Car Sales to get a good deal on a car or what vehicle I like.. First we made a appointment what day we can come and then met the sale person.The sale person named Gus who greet us and talk what vehicles I like to get he show us couple vehicles but recommend us a 2020 Nissan Rogue a very nice SUV I really like it including my wife. We test drive thev drive was very smooth then my wife and I decided to get it. When went to the Enterprise and told Gus we like it. We did Paper works then we got it we were very happy.

As a first-time car buyer, I was quite nervous about the process but from the moment I called Enterprise to the moment I drove away in my new car, the process was amazing, easy, and quick! I was in and out in under 2 hours. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable, he had answers to all of my questions, and walked me through the whole process. I never felt like I was being pushed towards buying something more expensive or like I was being tricked into spending more money like you feel at some car dealerships.They just wanted me to know exactly what I was getting into and did a great, quick job of doing it. Their website was helpful in showing the inventory before I went in so I knew exactly what I wanted. They let me test drive it alone which was really nice and they were able to walk me through financing and all the fees plus my trade-in and I left there thinking, Wow! What an incredible first time experience. Definitely will buy another car there if I can!

My car was on its death bed and I needed to get something fast. I went to Enterprise on Saturday and Jesus gave me a tour and explained how the process worked. He was straightforward, informative, and didnt pressure me.I went back on tuesday. Jesus was there. We looked at a number of cars and I looked at the ratings on my phone. I decided on one that I liked. I went on a test drive and all went well. Then the purchasing part started and all went smoothly. Jesus handles all the paperwork very professionally...

Dont go here... I just had a horrible experience with them... I went in on Saturday looking for a truck a guy named Diego helped us and was very nice and helpful. We didnt do business that day cause they didnt have enough inventory and we couldnt find what we were looking for. I understand that if you do sales you have to follow up with your leads to try to get their business... but today I got a phone call from Brian (the original person that was supposed to help us) and he was just rude.. he asked if we got a car, and my answer was yes, because we did, he then started to ask more questions about the car including the price and name of the dealership... wich I didnt want to disclose, and at that point I did not want to continue with the phone call cause he sounded pushy and desperate to make a sale. When I said I didnt want to tell him the price he straight forward told me I was lying... and Im like ??? Excuse me... you are being very rude... but he didnt stop there... he then told me he was going to put in their system that I was still looking for a car.. when I stated we already bought it. This is not customer service, this is not sales.. talking to a person like that... thats how you loose business... from the first moment I said I didnt want to give him the info he shouldve stopped... and thats it. Im leaving a picture of the beautiful truck I got last night with my husband at a dealership where they treated us really nice and gave us a good price.

My experience with Pasadena Enterprise sales was the most amazing and comfortable experience. My salesman David Wang was awesome he made me feel like I was getting the most out of my new vehicle which was a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He never made me feel pressured like well named dealership out there. He showed me everything step by step not hiding anything. Meagan also helped me and made sure I was in good hands and informed on everything. I had to wait a few days for my vehicle going through a certified inspection which I liked you dont get that when you purchase a used vehicle a named dealership. David and Meagan kept me informed each day and the status on my vehicle. Lisa Brown made initial contact with me via an email recommendation from your CSR at your Victorville rental location. Lisa Brown contacted me a few times via email and I asked her what cars were available for sale. Lisa sent me an extensive list of available cars, I found a few cars she then set up a meeting for me to come in and test drive one of the cars I wanted. Lisa followed up with me to confirm our appointment and when I came in she had the cars up front and ready for the test drive. I drove the car, liked it we came back to the office and she collected some basic information and I was amazed at how fast the approval was and if I would have had a few more pieces of ID, I could have driven the car home that evening. Overall, Lisa made the experience very easy and fast compared to my past experiences with buying a car.

Weve purchased three cars in the past from various Enterprise dealers, so it seemed only natural to call and say hey do you guys buy these back? Thankfully when I cold called I reached Megan. She is knowledgeable and smart and a breath of fresh air! I gave her the info on my Chevy trailblazer and its plus 120,000 miles. She may be an offer we drove it down and she explained everything we were doing and everything we had to do from that point on. She was so good in fact we decided to trade in a car we didnt get from them. She gave us paperwork, she explained everything, made the copies and even offered us water. Hassle-free negotiations at a car dealership, who would have thought it was possible. I cannot say enough positive things about my car buying experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Pasadena. Eli was the salesperson I met when I walked on the lot, and the person who helped me all the way through to the sale. I wanted an SUV with large enough cargo space for my dogs travel crate. Eli got his tape measure and was happy to measure the cargo area of every vehicle I looked at. I never once felt rushed or pressured. Not having to haggle over price was another huge plus. The price listed on their website is the price you pay, with no unexpected fees tacked on at the end. When I finally settled on the car I wanted, Eli personally drove all the way from Pasadena to Huntington Beach and back on a Saturday afternoon so I would have the car that weekend and not have to wait a few days for it to be delivered to their lot. Even after the sale was complete, I got a follow-up call from Eli the following week to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. I did notice one of the floor mats was missing. Eli immediately made arrangements for a replacement and when I came to pick it up, instead of just handing it to me, he went out to my car and put it in. Super service from start to finish. The icing on the cake was the personal, handwritten thank-you note I received from him. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. If youre looking for a dependable car, a no pressure sales approach and fantastic customer service (not to mention absolutely no stress whatsoever) then do yourself a favor and give them a try. This is my second time buying a car from this location. The reason why I cam back was because this was the only places I didn’t feel like I was being manipulated in anyway. I felt comfortable and both times I was able to get the cars I wanted within my price range. All other places would tell me I wouldn’t be able to find what I wanted with my budget but enterprise made it happen. Especially this time around because I was in a bind. I got into an accident two days prior and my insurance was refusing to pay for my rental so instead of putting money into a car I am not keeping I was lucky in enough to be able to buy another one. Ishmel and Paul were so helpful and so sympathetic to my situation which was so nice because I was stressed and in so much pain from my accident. They even worked so quick and got my car right away it’s almost been a month an I am so happy. The car I have now is 10x better than the last one and my monthly didn’t change much at all thanks to Paul. Ishmel was so polite and so sweet also funny lol. He let me test out quite a few cars and was patient throughout the whole process. My number one things about this place that will make me come back is that I felt comfortable especially being a woman. Thank you Paul and Ishmel!!

I bought a car from this Enterprise location last week and it was the easiest, quickest, and most transparent car buying experience. Prior to making an appointment to purchase a car we worked with the store Manager Paul to discuss how to get out of our current car lease and what we were looking for in a new car. He wasted no time and contacted our lease carrier to obtain a payoff. We traded in our lease, put the money towards the née car, and bought the new car all with Enterprise all at the same time. It was so easy!!! From start to finish we were in and out in a little over an hour...that even included getting financing! The manager Paul, did not try to upswell us, stayed within our budget, and took into account everything we wanted in a car and found the perfect one within days. We are welcoming a baby and wanted a safe family car with 3 rows. This car met all of our expectations and then some. We thought we wanted a different year, but Paul told us about the comparisons and why a 2019 versus a 2020 would be better for us. He was right! I highly recommend this location to everyone! They are friendly, efficient, know their stuff and wont steer you wrong!Whatever negative things people say about car buying, specifically used car buying I highly disagree with! This was the best way to go and Id do it again!

My car was totaled and I got my rental from them and they just recommended I come check out their lot. We scheduled with Jon T Butler and my god!!!! He made the experience that much more better, so incredibly friendly so helpful and he knew exactly how to help us, we left with exactly what we needed. He knew his stuff! every question we had he answered, he made us feel so comfortable from the moment we got there to the moment we left. My husband, my son and I made a friend for life. Not happy with my car buying experience this time.This is my 3rd purchase through Enterprise car sales(also took my sister to purchase from them). This will be the last.First, car I bought had issues (struts). I would rather have my cash back but you only have seven days and can make a swap.The second car had issue too, windshield was cracked :/ They offered to replace.They said the loan would be returned and “expedited”in a few days. That was on February 24 it is now March 8th. Finance manager said they will call me back they do not call back.A lot of running around and footwork i had to do after the two weeks the loan money has not been returned.Erica and Ishmael were great for customer service and helpful. The finance department needs to be more attentive to customers especially when they have spent almost 75,000 at there dealership.

I went to this dealership three times and each experience was awesome. The first visit I test drove cars with Lacy and she was incredible: friendly, personable, understanding. The second visit I met with Francisco to test drive some other cars and that was also a good experience. The third visit I met with Lacy again, but this time I bought a car. It has been a long time since I have bought a car. I was afraid when shopping for a car I was going to get pushy sale people. I cant deal with that. I decided to shop at Enterprise of Pasadena and my shopping was easy. Mike the sales person made easy to buy my car. I got to see the car I was looking for, check under neath the car. We test drive and did a walk around the car for damages. I had the choose that if I didnt want that car they were to satisfy me by bring another from another Enterprise dealer. Mike and his manager were helpful and explain the whole deal. Its been 40 years since I bought a car and was very satisfy. After a week a had asmall problem with the front bumper. I talk to Mike and was told to bringthe car in. Than I deal with Zack very helpful. He talk to the manager Paul.Paul call me and send me to a shop where they fix the bumper. Im a happy customer. Ive never had a car-buying experience. let alone a used-car-buying experience, be this simple and reassuring. I wanted price quotes over the phone, but Brian insisted I come in for a face-to-face meeting. What an encounter! He showed me car brands that I had never before considered, but that offered me the same qualities I wanted in another car--at a much lower price. He is the only salesman who asked me about my spending limits, and what I could afford in monthly payments. We found a car I love in less than a week. Excellent experience, from beginning to end. I was a little dubious at first about buying from a rental company; but quickly realized that they take great care of their rentals, and have zero vested interest in selling any particular make or model. So you get the benefit of lots of knowledge of different vehicles and their relative strengths and weaknesses, with zero buying pressure. We are very pleased with the car we got—a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Right car for our budget and our needs at this time.

My car got totaled because of a hit-and-run car accident. After the insurance company helped me rent a car from Enterprise, I got a call from them the next day saying that they also sell used car, I thought that might be worth to take a look.1. The company advertises No-Haggle PriceEven though the car price is set, the management will push for the high APR ( if you plan for financing), also very high costs for Warranty plan. So its very likely that you will end up paying more than dealers.2. The company advertises 7-DAY repurchase agreement, no questions askedOnce you know you are overcharged, next thing you will do is to return the vehicle.Once the management sees you returning the vehicle, they start offering the discount and of course, the discount is for the high APR and ridiculously high warranty costs.I thought that would be an easy peasy returning process, turns out ITS NOT! Be Prepared!It would be a lot of questions coming up and the management would also put the reason and all the info on the paper then they ask you to sigh. I spent 2 hours there and finally returned the vehicle. Totally wasted time and energy.So at this point, I lost trust in this company and I ended up paying $200 for the car that I only drove for less than 40 miles.But one thing I agree with other reviewers, their sales consultants provide excellent service. FIVE STARS for Lacy and Jon! Lacy, in particular, she got amazing personality and she is very polite and friendly!

I Just bought a car with them. It was so easy. I never get in and out of the car dealer so fast. Not that I wanted to get out there fast. They were really nice and pleasant and they wouldve taken the time to explain things thoroughly if thats what I wanted. I know what I wanted and they just gave me that without a headache. I was in need of another car and after doing my research I saw the best reviews and best deals on newer used cars on this Hertz Car Sales in Pasadena. I came in knowing what type of car I wanted already and so I called.Craig Kunishima was my sales consultant and he was helpful in the fact that the car I was interested in was in another location: Montclair. He had a driver transfer the car within two hours and I was able to make an appointment and see/test drive the vehicle that same afternoon. This is a great place to buy a car and they mean what they say if the car doesnt work out for you they will take it back. We had bought this great SUV and when we got it home it would not fit in our garage. I was heartbroken, but I had no choice other than to bring it back. Purchasing my car from Enterprise was a mixed bag.the sales person Christian Dixon was great.The ability to put the entire cost of the car on my credit card was also convenient. No haggle pricing also very nice.Now here are the negatives.The car I purchased wasnt street legal due to the window tinting. I had to take time of from my work to bring the car back in ad have the tinting removed. they provided me a rental car to drive while I had to deal with this, however I ran over some debris and my free one day rental turned into a $500 . Even though I got free 12 months roadside assistance and had AAA they attempted to charge me $56 to come out after initially telling me it would take 120 minutes yo come out to change the blown tire . Enterprise Roadside assistance is a perk when you purchase a car. I can honestly say given my experience I will NEVER use them and rely on my AAA. The girl I spoke with just didnt seem to care . Enterprise allows you to return you car within 7 days no questions asked, I was so close to doing that given the hassles with others at Enterprise.If anyone in customer service reads these things, Id really like some follow up .

I first spoke to Eli, who I told we were interested in getting information on cars. We met with Erica who showed great customer service, listened to us, and was patient. Although not ready to buy a car, as we research options and dont do impulsive buys, we would have returned to her when ready. We simply wanted to know what the overall price of the car would be. Then, after waiting a long time (psychology wait-them-out tactic?), Kyle came out, wringing his hands, showed us pricing (which happened to be long term warranties) as if it were part of the regular car buying. We said we werent ready to buy as were just collecting information. He continually invalidated our reasons for not buying, failed to listen to the customers (us), kept trying to give reasons that didnt apply to us as to why to buy the car. He didnt ask about our needs, what we wanted from this visit, he showed nonverbal arrogance, and simply didnt listen to us. We were going to pay cash and dont quite have it yet, then he said, you could always get a loan. We said no, again, were paying cash when ready. I told him were not buying a car today, but to get information. He said, it would be nice to have a car. He was really annoying and pushy, failing to LISTEN to us. Business, Kyle, is relationship building and LISTENING to people. When told him my girlfriends profession, he said his friend is of the same profession who bought cars from him. Made it about him and not us. He asked how else we were researching cars, one of which was through auctions we told him. He gave a nonverbal scary look on his face. Again, making us feel uncomfortable, defensive, and with a bad feeling, unlike our experience with Erica. Again, he seemed to want to bat down our personal approaches to buying cars. Also, nonverbal behavior says much more than what people say, which was certainly the case with Kyle. The quality of his speaking to us was arrogant. He needs to work on his qualitative interaction. Kyle showed lousy customer service and bad business, violating the quote on Enterprises website of providing haggle-free services and not the typical high pressure salesman tactics from dealerships. He didnt leave us with any info on pricing or any nice follow up. We were left there standing. Appropriate business, Kyle, would have been to say in a nice and thoughtful tone, Thank you for your time, and when you are ready or if you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me. Heres the paper of our pricing for you to have during your research. He just seemed like a disappointed kid. I called Paul, the manager, and told him about our experience. He said he was going to talk to Kyle. As Ive learned in business and psychology, actions speak louder than words. Thanks for listening Paul. Thank you Erica. Erica should be the face of that department, and not Kyle or people like him. We will not buy a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Pasadena on Colorado as we left with a very bad feeling.

Enterprise made buying a new-to-me vehicle a convenient and enjoyable experience. The Enterprise Pasadena team deserve a special shout-out: Lindsey and Markell provided top-notch service.I purchased a 2019 with 20K miles and saved about 40% off the factory sticker price and several thousand off Kelly Blue Book. It is still under the manufacturers warranty, and the first thing I did was take it to the dealer to have it checked out. Those highly trained and incentivized profit pirates couldnt find a single thing wrong with it, and the bill was no charge.If you are thinking about buying a former rental car, dont be dissuaded by the naysayers. You have just as much chance as getting saddled with a used and abused ride when you buy from a dealer or private party vs. Enterprise (or other major rental company). The difference is, when you buy an ex-rental, youll usually get a newer car, with less miles, at a lower price. Im not saying its the right choice for everyone, but if they have the vehicle you want, it is an option you should seriously consider.

Could not have had a better experience. Buying our Kia was quick even when they had to go and pick up in Riverside they did it in record time. Driving home and into the sun my wife noticed the windshield had very fine pits in it like it had gone through a windstorm, no problem Enterprise set up an appointment 2 days later and a new windshield was installed. There was a large crowd of customers but they maintained their good sense of humor and customer-service orientation. The manager quickly resolved my issue, which was my rental car having only about 1/2 tank of gas when I left their premises. Also, the guys who picked me up from my residence to bring me to the rental office were punctual, professional and friendly. The inventory of cars was excellent - I rented two different cars from them on separate occasions during my stay, and both cars were practically brand new (Kia Soul and Chevy Impala) and well equipped (leather interior, Bluetooth connectivity, etc). I was grateful for the free upgrades to these cars. My experience was generally pleasant right up to the moment I drove off the Enterprise lot to a gas station. When I went to open the gas cap door it almost fell off into my hand! The top hinge was broken completely off!I understand that **** happens but what made me LIVID was all the hype that Enterprise performs . . . a rigorous inspection before being reconditioned and offered as an Enterprise Certified™ vehicle. NOT only did Enterprise fail to identify the broken part but worse, I was told we put gas it the car for you. So, someone from Enterprise had to have notice the gas cap door was broken and didnt mention it. Then when I bought this up to my salesman, he ARGUED with me explaining that the company checked many things like the engine compression etc. Wait theres more - the dealships solution to this problem was to send me to a mobile Dent-Doctor! This was clearly a body-shop job, I know this because I built two NASCAR dirt track cars and was an assistant manager with a major auto-parts store. Fortunately, the issue is being fixed correctly, however in an era of Yelp Reviews why would any salesman argue with a customer and risk a bad review when a simple apology and a quick resolution would have satisfied me and avoided this bad review. Disapointed!

Especially Zach, who helped me out immensely.A little background, I had gotten my previous car, a 2007 Nissan Sentra, from this lot. It was a solid car for a good price and lasted me 9 years and over 150K miles. But sadly the transmission broke down very suddenly this last Friday and would have costed thousands of dollar to rebuild. I decided to instead put that money towards a down payment on a new one. I was referred to Zach and gave him a call. He was very reassuring and we arranged for me to come in the next day.I showed up around 10:30 on Saturday, told him my preferences, and he found a host of cars that fit what I was looking for. He was very friendly and attentive to what I wanted and came up with a good lineup to try out. He actually ended up surprising me with an option I hadnt considered, a Nissan hatchback. I had mentioned that I bike and wanted a car where that would fit and thought this might fit my needs.While I had never considered a hatchback before, I ended up loving it. It was a 2015 (I couldnt believe it was still that new) Nissan Versa Note with lots of nice features and functionality for under 13K. Zach even let me take it for a quick ride on the freeway just to see how it handled higher speeds (which it did just fine).He was really pleasant to work with and was sure to answer all my questions and explained every step of the process. Even as we went through the paperwork, hed explain what each signature was for and answered any questions I had. (Enterprise can also handle all the DMV for an additional $20.) They got me a fantastic monthly rate for the financing too.Enterprise Car Sales is seriously the best place you can go to shop for a used car. I cant recommend it highly enough. If you go, be sure to ask for Zach. Hes helpful and really good at finding what you need. As I said, I came in around 10:30 am after an emergency car breakdown, unsure if I was going to be able to drive to work Monday, and by 1:30 that same day I left with a new car for an unbelievably reasonable price. So I finally decided it was time to buy a new car. But I knew I couldnt afford a brand new car. My option was to get a reliable used car that is relatively new. I figured that a great place to find a reliable used car would be a rental car service that sells cars because of how well they maintain and service their vehicles. Ive always had good experiences renting from Enterprise, and I get a pretty decent discount through my company. I basically felt a certain loyalty to the Enterprise brand. Since I needed to buy a car to drive in the Los Angeles area, I decided my best option would be a relatively new used Prius. My Google search led me to Enterprise Car Sales in Pasadena as they had a Prius close to what I was looking for listed online. I entered my information online, and was contacted by a sales rep named Lacy. I then spoke to Lacy on the phone and explained to her what I was looking for and my particular needs as a driver, etc. She was so friendly and helpful that I immediately had a good feeling. I made an appointment and Lacy kept in contact with me via text. It was her day off when I set my appointment, but she still followed through to make sure everything went smoothly. She directed me to her co-worker named Markell Deruso. When I showed up to the appointment, Markell was there to meet with me and I immediately liked his vibe and qualities: young, cool, smart, down-to-earth, relaxed, not at all pushy and I trustworthy. He took me out to look at the Prius and when I sat inside the vehicle, it just didnt feel like the right fit (I guess Im just not a Prius kinda guy). I had my heart set on a Prius, and didnt want to buy another Ford (which was my current car Id been driving since 2001). But Markell listened to what I was telling him in terms of what I was looking for, and he directed me to a 2015 Ford Fiesta. This was not the car I had in mind. Then I drove it, and discovered that Ford should not be passed over as an option. Markell sold me on the fuel efficiency of the vehicle, which he was smart to stress. But it was the sticker price that got me; it was much, much lower than the Prius. Instead of him trying to sell me on the more expensive car, he convinced me to buy a less expensive car because he knew it was the right fit for me. I find that very admirable. He didnt try and con me or convince me to go with a more expensive option. He simply wanted me to be happy with my purchase. The entire experience choosing the car and going through the paperwork with Markell and Sherwan his sales manager was painless and efficient and actually a fun experience. They helped me with the insurance, even trying to find me the cheapest rate possible by making phone calls and helped to find a junkyard for my current Ford (that had seen better days). Overall, the entire experience was better than I could have hoped for and I am so grateful that I found the exact right place and sales team to help me purchase my new (used) car. If youre looking to buy a used car, and you live in the Los Angeles area, I highly recommend giving Markell, Lacy and Sherwan over at Enterprise of Pasadena a call.

They don’t have great customer service but they do have a good car selection and prices. The manager is great if you have an issue but otherwise they’re not usually very nice. If you just want a quick car and can ignore the fact that sometimes they act ugly id suggest renting your car here. They have a lot to chose from most of the time and sometimes if they’re not busy they’ll upgrade you free of charge.
