After my 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid was total lost from an accident, Enterprise Car Rental recommended to look at Enterprise Car Sales. I will be honest I was hesitant, but I purchased a 2021 Subaru with 18k miles and I love it. I want to thank Jesus, with working with my needs and my long list of features that I was looking for and he found my ideal car. Another accolade to Dani from the Finance Section who made it possible to drive off the lot that same day. The process was very easy and transparent. This was not like regular traditional dealership or used car lots. I came prepared for battle with tons of material to negotiate pricing and it was not need at all. The car price was a few hundred dollars under Kelly Blue Book was suggesting, it was hassle and haggle free. Thank you to Jesus and Dani!

I recently bought a used car from Enterprise for my high school senior. What a fabulous, easy experience. Found great sedan, a 2021 so relatively new, in fabulous condition, modest mileage, priced well under market. Before purchasing, I did some research to see if I could find that car or something similar at a better price. I could not even come close! Service was impeccable, I will definitely look to purchase a used car through Enterprise again.

I want to thank Tiffany for my Chevrolet Spark. My new vehicle is wonderful. MPG averages 38 to 40.My personal vehicle broke down. I owned a Jeep. I had to get to work and didnt wish to deal with rentals. I decided to stop by and visit Enterprise Car Sales. I knew I wanted something affordable and fuel efficient. Tiffany found a Chevy Spark. I liked the Spark.Within next few days, my Jeep was completely inop. I was returning to work and I had to make a quick decision. I trusted in Tiffany and Enterprise. So, I had my Jeep towed and purchased my Spark and drove it home. Tiffany and I named the Spark, Strawberry Shortcake.I drive 960 miles a month to and from work. This Spark is very fuel efficient. With the high gas prices, this little car is a Godsend. I can drive 400 miles on $80!!Trust in Tiffany and Enterprise Car Sales. Miracles do happen.

UPDATEDO NOT BUY!!! TIFFANY GRACE AND DANNY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO HELP.. (TIFFANY LIED AND SAID THE CAR HAD A TUNE UP WHICH IN FACT IT DIDNT) When buying a car for here, it is necessary to get the paperwork that has information on the Maintenance of the car. I bought a 2020 Dodge journey.I havent had it for 2 months and already need a tune-up, which I shouldnt have to come out-of-pocket for. Danny, the manager at Gardena Enterprise Car Sales, is so sure that it had the maintenance done on it, but can not provide me the proof. I will be taking my car to the Dodge dealership to get a diagnostic on it.Because somethings not right about this car.So if you have good credit like I do 781 Id definitely recommend you go to car dealership like toyota, nissan, dodge, kia. I dont think anyone has ever asked for this type of information. But that should be easy to receive. TiffanyAlso told me that there was no corporate number.

I tested about 4 cars, considered a hybrid, but purchased an Altima! It was a very simple process! Enterprise offers phenomenol protection/warranties for their cars! Enterprise Car Sales really made our car purchase an easier experience then expected, we had an idea of what we were looking for but they really listened to what we wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. This Gardena location staff and manager were very professional and kind, Sergio provided excellent customer service and took care of us from beginning to end and answered all our questions. The manager Shireen was super transparent about the process and addressed any concerns we had, she even called my bank and negotiated a lower rate for us! Sergio was very cool, wrote down what we liked about a car, definitely no pressure about buying something we didn’t like. The manager present was also very helpful. Does not feel like a new car dealership salespeople. Honestly, (this is in a positive explanation) they made it feel like a toxica stalking a car and doing what they can to get it and I appreciate what they did. I recently purchased a Toyota Camry Hybrid through Enterprise Car Sales and had a top rate experience. My sales person, Tiffany Grace, was diligent, expeditious, pleasant, informed, and absolutely amazing! The car is in excellent condition and the process of finding the car, testing it, and leaving the lot with it at an extremely reasonable price with all the extra services Enterprise Car Sales offers was record breaking.I purchased a Ford Fusion Hybrid from Enterprise Car Sales in 2019 and the experience was just as impressive! Hi, my daughter and I recently purchased her first car through Enterprise Car Sales and we had a great experience. The Sales Team of Gabby and Jesus that assisted us were absolutely fantastic. They were both very knowledgeable and super informative with regard to our questions. Most of all, they were both so personable and genuine, they really put my daughter and I at ease and got us in the perfect vehicle for my daughters wants and needs. In our conversations, I discovered that Gabby is quite the singer and I jokingly said I would like to hear her sing. She went the extra mile and the day after our purchase, she called my cell and followed through and let me hear her wonderful voice. These types of seemingly small but super meaningful gestures, are what separate Gabby and Jesus from other sales people in the industry. Cars will likely give you ENGINE ISSUES WITHIN A FEW MONTHS…This dealership did not take care of me as a customer signing a decade long agreement with them. They didn’t support me by fairly explaining lack of warranty options and how that would effect me less than 5 days after purchasing and then after the 7 day policy expired the car continues to have similar internal issues and I’ve only had the car a few months with low miles driven since purchase. One of the internal issues of the car was the doors not locking properly- this led to my car being slept in and items being stolen within a week of me owning the vehicle. Now about three months later the engine light has been on. This was such a horrific experience. Young people especially, don’t go here. They are predatory and unethical and I will likely have to take them to court for dealership fraud as this car is a Lemon with an expired warranty. Steer clear of this dealership(Gardena location). Maybe not all Enterprises are created equally as I’ve received far better service at other locations.

I purchased my car here after applying for financing online. The process was simple and easy. I worked with Brett who made the experience quite painless. This was not like being at another dealership where they get you in the door or make you feel uncomfortable. I’ll be the first to say my credit isn’t the greatest but Brett and Ethan worked with the financing/bank to find a way to make it happen for me. They treated me as if I was anyone else and that was really cool. I explained what my down payment would be and they never pressured me to change that, to be honest there was no pressure and Brett was very responsive through email and phone.Everything is straight forward and you know exactly what you’re doing but they are there to help. I also did a trade-in and that was a smooth process as well. If I could give more stars I would and I would recommend them any day! Thanks guys!

It was the first time buying my very own car, I was pretty nervous because throughout my entire life of driving I just got hand-me-downs from my family. I went in almost as soon as they opened (just because I like being punctual I guess ). Everyone was so welcoming and friendly even though it was hella early. I had spoken to them over the phone and I knew exactly what I wanted; a Hyundai Elantra. I booked my appointment through Danny and brought the exact car I wanted to the lot (he did a total trip of 6 hours to get my car!!). Bill presented me the car and helped me get used to it even synced up my phone to the car! We went on a test drive and I was absolutely in love with it! Chloe and Ethan helped me through the entire paperwork process and financing and got me a great APR rate. This was legitimately the BEST used car buying experience Ive ever had. Brett was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles they had on the lot, and made the test drives we went on surprisingly fun. He offered us coffee & water and was an overall fantastic first point of contact, even during the dry period of waiting for financing to finish up. Speaking of financing, Ethan was also a great guy to know. He de-mystified the financial portion of the car buying experience, whereas most finance managers attempt to confuse and misdirect you. He was upfront about all the costs and explained each form we signed so that we felt comfortable signing everything. I love the service from this location and I prefer to come here instead of the LAX location. My last rental experience was very nice. My only issue is that I booked a compact car (Nissan Sentra) and when I arrived they only had economy cars ( Mitsubishi Mirage) cleaned and ready. I told the gentleman that I didnt mind taking the Nissan since it was dirty since I needed to get on the road. He informed me I would have to pay an additional $5 a day for the car that I already book and he told me it was all based on availability. I didnt want to argue, the rental was for two days but this did upset me since I already agreed to pay the difference between an economy car and compact when I booked the reservation. Why would I have to pay extra for a car type I already booked? Besides that the service is nice at this location and some of the staff really do go out of their way to help the customers. Will I go back yes, maybe next time Ill make sure I dont have to rush so this wont happen again.

Glad I waited a few months before my review...whew where do I start I purchased my vehicle from enterprise in 09/2020 not even 2 months after I purchased it the vehicle wouldn’t start...I have it towed to Nissan, they tell me the battery was completely gone and the lines leading up to the battery were corroded & needed to be replaced. I call enterprise and they agree since I just purchased the car not to long ago that they would cover all the cost. Cool...Fast forward one month to November 2020 I’m driving down the street & 3 police cars swarm me signal me to pull over...I pull over they approach me, tell me to turn the engine off and exit the vehicle...at this point I’m confused, they ask if the vehicle belonged to me and to see my license, registration & insurance...the officers tell me my license plates are stolen 😩😡 Enterprise sold me a vehicle with STOLEN LP!!! They did not properly check the vehicle that was sold to me & I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Man where do I began. It was so pleasant and easy. David called me to get some information. I advised him I had been in a car accident, had no credit and had been getting turned down. I didnt feel well and didnt want to come in and sit while he tried to get me financed. He let email my stubs, and DL. Called me back a few hours later and said your approved. Of course I was in disbelief. So I had questions. He said nope its true just come in test drive and sign. Thats just how it worked out. I got a Chrysler 200, 2015 and couldnt be happier. Before you buy that dream car at a dealers lot, i would strongly suggest going to enterprise car sales. We were blown away be the price! I was recommended to this location by AAA after my car was totaled out in a bad accident that ocurred only four days prior to my visit. A seller from this location reached out to me through a phone call and subsequent email. All the sellers were patient, enthusiastic and tenacious about qualifying me and getting the optimal deal for the car of my choice. My salesperson, Danny was extremely courteous and professional while giving his thorough and highly personalized customer service. Every stage of my car sale was carefylly explained to me with a full disclosure and detailed explanation ensuring I received a clear understanding of each step of the buying process for my chosen vehicle. I did not have stellar credit, but they worked very hard to qualify me for the car of my choice. I even received a lower interest rate than expected! Danny also patiently assisted me in transporting all the items from my trunk and front of the car into my new purchase. Once I was approved for my vehicle, I was able to ring a bell signifying a successful deal made! Afterwards, a photo was taken of me with my certified pre-owned car which looked like it was brand new. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for making a car purchase!

I went to Enterprise car sales and I met Dorian he was the nicest car sales men. Then I met Anthony they are the business. They got me a really good interest rates. I went in looking for a Chevy Impala but I let Dorian talk me into getting the Chevy Malibu. I love my new car. I recommend the place they have good customer service and good deals. The people at Enterprise Car Sales Gardena are so nice. They really work with you to make sure you get something really nice with low mileage without breaking the bank. If you have a small child and have to bring them along they are completely understanding and dont get frustrated, they actually go out of their way to help you keep them as calm as possible. David Olsen and his manager are super helpful and kind. Also there was a very minor thing wrong and theyre going to make it right. How many car sales places do you know do that? I was just casually looking for a truck for my son and came across enterprise car sales website and I liked what was being advertise . My son and I went to the Gardena location and just looked around, again, I liked what I saw. Their prices were hard to beat. Three weeks later we saw a truck for sale at a great price on their website . The truck was at a different location, but once we called and said that we were interested in a test drive, they had the truck delivered that same day. The next day we arrived when they opened, test drove it and two hours later we were on our way home with a six month old new truck at a steal of a price . All future car buying for my family will start out with enterprise car sales first .

I had an accident in Oct this year and needed a new to me car. I was driving a lifted truck and to make the change to a car would be odd. I decided I needed to rent a car. So, with Enterprise around the corner from me, I walked over and rented a car. The associate their let me know that Enterprise sold the previously rented. I never considered that as an option. I zero plans on purchasing a car when I went to the Gardena sales lot as my insurance check had not cleared yet.I was told what Enterprise can do with the Total Loss letter and a few hours later I was driving my new to me car. That being said, I would have rated this place 5 stars, however, this time around I was given a beat up Nissan Versa Note that should have been retired! I think it was literally the only car left on the lot, but since I had a reservation (put in 3 weeks prior) I believe I should have been better accommodated. The car had large scratches/dents and a chip on the windshield. Ive always held the idea that part of the vacation is getting away from home, work, and my ride. In this case my car is a step up from the rental!

I bought the car on November 24th and had to take it back on the 30th because the check engine light came on... they have a contract stating that I can bring the car back in a week and it was less then a week, but because I had tinted the windows they would not take it back... I was so frustrated but loved the car so I kept it and took it to the dealership to get repaired, the people at the dealer told me that they had given me a car with different tire sizes, I had to go back to enterpris3e and they gave me such a hard time when I mentioned that to them, we argued with the sales rep for an hour until he finally stated he would pay for the tires. a week later I had to take the car back in, because it was leaking. I took it to the dealer and sure enough there was a leak on the turbo. this month I had to take the car back for service 5 times because it shakes when its stopped and it turns off and the red lights and stop signs up till this day it still hasnt been fixed. DO NOT BUY a car from here its not worth it...

I have problems with this place, the vehicle was defective and when I went to report it, they told me that I had to take it to their workshop and they had to schedule an appointment and they would call me after that their car service could not pick up the vehicle because the problem is that the door The drivers door doesnt close, it stays open and of course I cant go down the street with the door open. I sent them photos and video and their mechanic said he didnt know what I had. Now they dont answer me and the vehicle is occupying a place that is designated for my utility vehicles with tools and they do nothing to solve the problem
