Enterprise/Nisha was recommended to us by a friend. We are very happy with taking the recommendation to use Nisha. We used her for our tax filing this year and she was able to answer every single question and provide us with great advice on how to manage for next yrs tax returns. She is very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable and trusted her work. The hours worked perfectly with our schedule and she always was responsive either via email or phone whenever we reached out to her. And she was great at following up with us on our filing and providing status updates. We will definitely be using her services again next yr.

In the previous years, I used to do my own taxes but beginning this year there were changes in my personal tax portfolio. When I started looking to do it myself, I felt I was overwhelmed and I did not understand how to go about it. That is when I called upon the expertise of Nisha. She brought an amazing calmness and guided me through the process. After that there was no anxiety and everything was smooth sailing. She has a secure web portal where the necessary documents are exchanged.She is very professional and is very familiar with the tax laws. She recommended and advised a few changes so that I get the maximum benefit when it comes to tax return. She also helped me in organizing a little better for the coming years. This was the first time I worked with Nisha and team. She came highly recommended and my experience of working with her (& team) completely validated that. Searching for a competent and professional tax service has always been one of the most stressful experiences. It seems like almost every year, I was leaving my old tax service in hopes of finding a knowledgeable tax professional that could assist with all of my finances. Ive gone through many large tax firms thinking that they would have the most knowledgeable tax preparers to find out that many of these individuals had just graduated from their tax courses. Nisha did taxes for my S Corp and this was my first time using her services. She came back with detailed analysis and filed my taxes on time. I was exchanging emails with her around 2 AM and she was still replying and asking questions and giving me advise. I have now started keeping receipts before hand so I can send those in to her before tax time. What I liked about the whole process was her professional approach and her tips for record keeping for next year and her personal touch of a friend being there for you. I am sure I will use her services to file my corp taxes for years to come. Thanks a lot for helping me.

I have used EBS for the past 3 years since I moved to California from New York City. I will tell you that I have probably presented Nisha with the messiest tax information as situations. The first year she had to file in both states, and she did all of the legwork to make sure that everything was filed as necessary and that I had zero issue with the IRS. She did all of the research for claiming Airbnb income, as this was new for me, and she gave me my options for how I wanted to deal with Airbnb which helped me make an informed decision.The transfer of information is very efficient. Not only does Nisha keep in constant contact, but the initial uploading of files for her use onto the EBS portal is super simple. You always know what youve provided and therefore you always know if your missing something.EBS has saved my butt over the past three years and I can say nothing but good things about the company. I will be sure to use the company again and recommend Nisha to everyone who asks me for a referral to a tax accountant. Side note: She also has offered to help me make decisions with my retirement plans as far as tax ramifications are concerned, and that is super helpful!!!!
