My friend turned me onto this place and it was so welcoming and the best atmosphere for healing to take place. Selenes facility is the perfect conduit for metaphysical practices that are rooted in eastern philosophy. I loved all of the various services provided, which I plan to do, and I have become a regular attendee for their healing circles, which leave me so at peace and rejuvenated for weeks to come. My usual tension in my musculature is relieved and I have become more aware of it too. Energy is important for me and Selene cultivates this very well at her sanctuary. Her monthly meditations and sound baths are something I look forward to with gusto. Thanks for these breakthroughs and much needed bodily and mind-conscious experiences at Ensele, Selene!

My highest review to Ensele staff and Selene!! They are very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable in healing therapies!! I have tried the PEMF machine, and it is crazy good!! 😊👍. It has had a very good effect on my health. To begin with, my sleep is deeper. My energy has improved, I am more relaxed, my spirits are higher 😁💪 No more brain fog, and memory has improved too! The staff is very friendly and caring!!Very knowledgeable staff, they have all kind of different therapy modalities. My greatest experience is with the pemf therapy!! It s amazing for pain control, it helps with joint and muscle pain. Increases enery and it relaxes, stiffness gone!It increases oxygen in blood, stimulates cell renewal! Amazing therapy! Ensele is the most serene, tranquil and soothing place, and everyone that works there is very friendly. When I feel stress, I step into Ensele and immediately get a feeling of calmness. I live not far from this gem, but found it just recently and am so glad I did. Going there provides me with a calming, soothing feeling, it is like stepping into another world almost, a world of calmness and serenity. An amazing place for healing both your body and your soul.

Ensele is the best! They have a healing modality for practically any concern! I come here a lot for the infrared sauna which I like to use anytime I feel runned down or like I need to detox my body, it also helps with pain and inflammation too. And the sauna is always hot enough which I love!! Some places dont have the sauna pre heated or hot enough for me but Ensele does :)Theyre always so nice and offer you tea and really care about your health and well being. I just tried my first BioCharger session there so Im excited to see how I feel for the days to come. It feels comforting during the session, like my body relaxes while its running. Im excited to try their other healing modalities too! Definitely recommend checking this place out:)

Ensele has been an oasis of peace for me. Every time I walk through the door I am greeted with a sense of calmness and safety and I know I can relax. I have experienced their frequency healing for many ailments including migraine, insomnia, and anxiety. Coupled with brain optimization which is a very relaxing experience, I am feeling more relaxed and in control of my emotions and my direction in life.

This Place is the most tranquil space !!! Love the atmospheric these ladies created!!! Everyone is so nice and inviting. The red light sauna is amazing I highly recommend it to detox and feel rejuvenated!!! Also I love that they use dottera oils . I can’t wait to try the other services available!!!

I want everyone to know how much Ensele has helped me. I have been going to the infrared sauna there 3 -4 times a week for many months. My (mild) anxiety, depression, and ADD are minimal due to sweating out toxins. I have also lost a few pounds and continue to sweat away water weight. As soon as I enter this zen like atmosphere which is quaint, charming and immaculately clean, my senses open up to beautiful views through big windows, various smells of quality aromatherapy and scented candles, and staff who are professional, warm, friendly, intelligent and organized. They also happen to be very beautiful inside and out in a VERY unpretentious manner.The services offered are quite unique and worth reading about.Thank you Selene, Amy, and Gina for this special oasis.Karen

I dont even know where to start. Ensele has literally transformed me. I feel like Ive gone from the caterpillar to the butterfly thanks to Selene and her team. During Covid, I was depressed, going through PTSD, and struggling with substance abuse. I felt lost with no direction. Ensele was a safe haven and oasis that gave me hope that things could change. They spoke so much life and hope into me. They believed in my healing, even when it was hard for me to believe in it myself. After a month of Neurofeedback and custom tinctures with Ensele, I was off 2 pharmaceutical medications, and had cut my drinking down to only drinking on the weekends. I also had the focus and confidence to start my own business, Aspiring Something LLC shortly after treatment. If it werent for Ensele, I can truly say I dont know where Id be. Words cannot properly portray my feeling regarding ENSELE. I will do my best to share my experience with the hope that you will FEEL my words. When I first met Selene at this lovely place, I was immediately surrounded in a loving energy as I arrived through the front garden before stepping inside. I could feel the love and energy of the space and I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. For quite some time I have been having some medical concerns that I had no been able to heal and release from my body. I have a naturopathic doctor that I have been working with for the last 7+ years. I honestly feel I wasnt ready to quite yet full heal myself for a multitude of reasons. I spend time with Selene and Gina and together, we came up with a 30 day protocol. I trusted this, I trusted them and my own intuition. I am so happy with the result. Almost immediately I began to feel better. My custom protocol helped me to help myself to heal and to me, there is no greater gift than this. Amazing! I swear this please is an oasis and changed my outlook and really healed both my body and mind. I also got really fit in my time there. One of her scans analyzed that I had a whole grain allergy (I eat it everyday!)I had what the doctors called “morning sickness” And they prescribed me antinausea pills and sent me on my way. I’ve had this issue since college: nausea every morning for hours. Oatmeal is my favorite I loves eating it most morning.I cut back on the whole grains in 2020 but not completely. But by mid 2021 the nausea was back and it was as bad as it was in college. My friend got to the bottom of it and figured out what recently changed in my diet. Snacking on multiple bowls of cinnamon toast crunch every day 😅I stopped eating whole grains after that and I do not have morning sickness that I have been dealing with and medicated for for 12 years. Ensele is a dream come true! I was looking for a place almost 1 year ago that could offer me a non-evasive, holistic and integrated healing approach. When I got the chance to meet the owner Selene and her team members Gina and Amy they all amazed me!I was introduced to many services like brain balancing, red light therapy for inflammation and pain management, preventative care methods like bio-scanning which can help scan and screen the body for bacteria, fungus, pathogens and organs. The short version:I found ENSELE, A Center For Natural Healing when I was fleeing a medical system that had labeled and medicated me. I was struggling to re-find and hold on to my truth. The miracle I found was not only their cutting edge technology, deep knowledge and sharp expertise, also I found a place that believed in me and helped me nurture my self confidence back up to its fighting weight!I am beyond grateful that I found Selene and her team at ENSELE. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing everyone at Ensele for over a year now. I have had severe RA for the last 10 years and have been in pain majority of those years. The medication I’ve tried, only made me sicker. I’ve always believed in the holistic side of healing but I never imagined anything like this could help my condition. I am totally blown away by the services and staff at Ensele (where I have been a client for almost a year). The work they do there is absolutely groundbreaking. Since my first visit I have used their Rife Technology (both travel and on site), had an F Scan completed, accessed their onsite Red Light Sauna, used their tinctures/supplements, and had brain work done on their on site machines and with the take home Mindlyft technology. I went to Ensele owned by Selene Kepila for a couple of years for Brain Optimization as well as Infrared Lights and ended up very disappointed with the results.Unfortunately, Selenee doesnt respect other peoples boundaries and I have continually asked her to take me off of the Ensele Forecasts that I received via email and she never did take me off of the list. I am still receiving them up to this day and have to transfer them into my spam folder.The Brainwave Optimization would seem to help for about a week or two and then it would stop being of any use after that regarding the issues that I came to her about. I found her to be always in a hurry,stressed out even when she didnt have another appointment after mine. I remember watching her try to plug in something into the wall & her hands were shaking. I dont know if she was trying to go to quickly or she hadnt eaten or what was going on but she was always in some kind of a hurry and the whole idea of this process was to relax the mind yet I didnt see that she was an example of that.She also always had halitosis and I told her on numerous occasions politely about that. It was a regular occurrence.during one of my sessions, I told her something about my depression at the time, and instead of being empathetic oh, she immediately switch the subject and said, How do you like the new paint job on the walls in this room? it seemed that she was uncomfortable with me bringing up the subject of depression when she was offering brain work. Really strange.My experience there wasnt good and I dont feel that shes good with respecting other peoples boundaries.

Brought my daughter in for the brain spa here and the next day she was using 6 to 7 word sentences. Shes 4 years old and typically only does 3 to 5 word sentences, her attitude was dramatically better and she was much more well behaved.
