First they repaired my credit, and did it in a matter of a couple of months. Then i contacted them to help me build my credit and i have had amazing results. Be careful,don’t trust this fraud!!The reviews they have is most probably paid.After taking my $6000 money to settle with my bank they confirmed that they cleared it and they asked me for another $10000 which I started paying them monthly, Few months later Bank sued me and now I have a lien on my property and if any employer or business partner do back round check or google my name first thing pops up is that .I called them a many times the operator says sorry no one in the office we will call you back, they don’t call and never answer the emails .I went to the office there are always different girls they don’t have any information they take note and say the office manager will contact you.

Im spending my time to write this to save your money. This negotiation they claim they can do with your cc companies is nothing that you cant do yourself. I faced some difficulties paying for my credit cards, so seeing their advertisements everywhere, I decided to contact them to get help. They said they would negotiate with my cc companies to settle them down to one third. I paid them $900 as a deposit and was supposed to wait for 3 months until they can start the negotiation. One month after, I decided to cancel my contract with them because even if they could reduce the balances to one third, I was still unable to payoff the remaining balance. They conveniently said they wouldnt refund my money to cover their costs!!! Like, other than a few papers that were printed and less than an hour of consultation, what other costs did they have? I never understood. The funny thing; however, was the fact that my cc companies started offering me a settlement amount that was 19% of the entire balance I owed them. If youre reading this, do yourself a favor and dont waste your money by hiring them. The settlement is going to happen automatically. You dont need them for that. Youre already in financial crisis and all they would do for you is to put you in more trouble.I now know where they get all those advertisements funded from... Dont let them rip you off.

Absolutely wrong advertising and misleading.Back in 2015 i went there and they charged me almost $3000 to repair my credit which was very small points in my accounts and needed to remove after 2 years they requested me another $650 for some stupid reason and i paid for that as well but now after 42 months i still have same negative points into my account and i still have to call them and ask them what happened. When they want you to sign up they push you and tell you that max it will take 1 year to max 1.5 year for credit repair but i wish they told me its minimum 2 years that you will be with out credit cards, low crefit store and your life will be on hold. Plus I almost got no discount for my settlement !4) was told that I need to purchase protection plan due to hacking thing going on with Equifax back in October and paid $380 for that!I called to get info and my docs on this protection plan in few weeks, the staff either had no info or if they had, they all had different ones about what this is ! I was told that Ms. Ana handling this!, every single time I called, she was at the meeting and they said she will call u back! It could be just a confirmation or our contract! I was like, ok then just send me whatever you have ! She sent me that, you have no idea what it was !!!!!I wish I could attach it here !
