Refusing to refund me my money. Excuses upon excuses from Ted Dhanik himself. First he mentioned that I would get refunded by accounting next pay period. That passes and then the excuses start piling up. From family deaths, to being busy, to repinging finance, etc. It has been 2-3 months now of waiting and no funds yet. Absolutely horrid of a company and I lost all respect for Dhanik himself. Stay far away from these scammers and clowns. I will be making numerous other complaints as well as he is straight up stealing thousands of dollars from me as theft.

I have bought a lot of ads from this company over the years. I am actually a marketing guy that resell their services to my clients. In advertising you never know what would work so always gotta test, but when it works it will work well. I have plenty of campaigns that were successful and a few that didnt work. If the ad didnt work it was not a fault of them, but just not a good product or service for that type of media advertising. So overall they are an excellent and honest company. The staff are very knowledgeable and have been great to work with.

EngageBDR owes us over $14,000 USD in advertising revenue and has completely refused to respond to any emails, voicecalls, or other forms of contact. Strongly recommend you stay away from this company.

Excellent services, excellent video advertising options at good rates that deliver. It worked great for me, but of course every industry is different. Their customer service has also been top notch.

Engage BDR owes me money, I have no access to spend the funds in my account. Ive been waiting almost a year. Terrible experience! No customer support, and the executive team doesnt care. Highly recommend staying away.

Have done lots of business with them. They deliver display, video and mobile ads and conversions have worked very well for me. They are well respected in the industry.
