To say that Kenny is lifesaver, would be an understatement. Sadly, my machine was old and dirty. It had not been used in at least 5 years. With a renewed commitment my health, I needed some good water and Kenny helped me achieve that. He has absolutely all of the needed equipment and assured me that all that I needed he would take care of... AND HE DID! Additionally his service and professionalism is beyond measure. I am grateful for the connection and certainly treasure this experience.

We purchased a used Kangen machine and we were worried we made a bad buy. In searching for the Enagic store down in Torrence, I found Kenny on Google. He came to our home, cleaned the machine, set it up really beautifully so as to not interfere with the kitchen faucet at all. And man… was he FAST! He gave us a run down of how to increase the alkaline week after week, told us a bit about his history with it, all with a great attitude. His prices are very fair & NOBODY else is doing what he does- conveniently coming right to your home, all parts in his vehicle, ready to install, clean & adjust anything you need. We now have a beautiful machine and never have to go to the water store AGAIN!! Which was never great water to begin with 😑Thank you Kenny!!

Kenny is a rock star. he graciously committed to quickly to service our unit, despite someone else installing it. replaced old filter, cleaned and sanitized unit quickly and professionally. suggested we might want a pre-filter, which hadn’t been put in earlier and was a terrific idea. kenny said to call him if we had any trouble whatsoever…i don’t anticipate any issues, but will 100% be calling him back for routine maintenance. At first I was unable to take advantage of Kenny’s in-home services, but then I couldn’t bare waiting anymore for a proper under sink solution. I also thought it would take at least an hour to do. . . Well once he got here we talked for 5 minutes brainstorming a proper faucet solution. Then he went to get all his tools out I prepped the area for him not to be blocked and he was done in 20 mins flat. He definitely is a one stop shop and the price and time is definitely worth it even works with smaller budgets.My water not only has a cloud but a hurricane now! Those hydrogen bubbles are insane!!

Kenny goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with how my kangen machine is running- another company broke my machine and he came out and fixed it for free!! That’s a classy move. He’s always on time and very responsive to texts. Ive been relying on Kenny for my water filter needs for two years, and I am beyond impressed each time. Amazing service and products! I don’t touch any tap water after I found out that there is uranium and arsenic in our water in LA. Thanks to Kenny and their amazing team who built in several filters plus the Kangen filter for the sink and several shower filters I feel a big difference i my activity level health and overall energy level. I’m Even mentally much sharper. Kenny did a home service for our Kangen machine instead of us driving all the way to Long Beach. He did an outstanding job! He came to service the machine and also relocated the machine to my kitchen counter, installed a new faucet connected to the machine; added a water filter and replaced the machines spout. If you need your Kangen machine cleaned or installed, Kenny is the go to guy! He came to my house, deep cleaned my machine, replaced all of my pre-filters and moved my machine from my laundry room to the kitchen under the sink with a faucet installed on the counter top, all in about an hour! Instead of driving over an hour to Torrance and being without my K8 for weeks, I contacted Kenny and he made a house call the same week in Simi Valley.Kenny installed a water Faucet + 3 stage Pre filter + Change Filter + deep clean. My Kangan k8 used to be connected to my water faucet. Hes completely changed the esthetics in my kitchen by installing a separate faucet for my water and was finished in about an hour. Kenny was such help in helping install my SD501u over FaceTime. The service center cleaned my machine and charged me $300 and did not give me instructions on how to put it back. Kenny walked me through it and we were done in 20 min. I have no plumbing experience at all. I would definitely call him next time to service the machine.

I have been drinking Kangen water for last few years and I feel great. Recently I had called Kenny for deep cleaning of my Enagic 501 machine. He promptly showed up at my house with the deep cleaning pump and solution. He recommended me to install a 3 stage Pre-filter which removes dust particles and heavy metals from the water (Ceramic Filter + 1M Sediment + Carbon GAC). I used his advice and installed the 3 stage pre-filter, replaced my Enagic filter and did a deep cleaning. I cant be more happier as the deep cleaning removed all the calcium built up and Kangen water tastes so much better with all its alkaline and micro cluster properties. I would highly recommend Kenny from Energic family.

I’ve been drinking Essentia water for a little over a year thinking it’s the best until I met the Energetic family. I couldn’t believe what I was putting in my body. I was introduced to the machine which I will say is pretty fancy. You have options of which Kangen water to use. You have Kangen water that disinfects. Just simply hit that option put some in a spray bottle and wipe everything down. Have a pimple? Hit the beauty water button and wash your face with Kangen water, pimple gone tomorrow. Since I’ve been drinking Kangen water I’ve noticed I’m not bloated anymore! I drink out of a 32oz Hydro flask, about 4 flasks a day. I do not bloat. I also did experience acid reflex but noticed I haven’t had it since I’ve been drinking Kangen water. I recommend it to everyone!!! Try it I guarantee you’ll experience a huge change. You’ll NEVER look at water the same!
