Emily Landrum was absolutely incredible to work with for our October wedding at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards. She was professional, helped show us mock ups of different pieces from their catalog and ultimately helped us lock in a design. The Encore team really made our vision come to life and made our special day so beautiful. Thank you!!!

I coordinated and planned a wedding in about 3-4 months time (which is a bit last minute) for a lovely couple who wanted a very specific anniversary date. We had a very easy time booking an appointment at the show room, selecting everything we needed to rent for the private property venue (tent, tables, linens, dance floor, stage, heating, etc), and even though we did get other quotes, they were still the better price. Delivery and pick up was easy, and they did an onsite ahead of the event to ensure everything went smoothly. Everyone was extremely easy to work with. Would recommend and happily work with again!

Our experience with Encore Event Rentals was the best from the beginning. Celeste ensured that my husband and I’s vision for the wedding was executed with taste and true essence of who we are as a couple. Her knowledge was out of this world and we truly appreciate her so much. She is the best. We also want to thank the Encore team for making the drop-off and pick-up seamless the day of the wedding. It allowed us to truly focus on our wedding day and have the best day! We cannot recommend Encore Event Rentals enough.

Encore rentals helped me organize all of the rental items needed for a large birthday party hosting almost 100 people. It was a large order to say the least and Encore did a spectacular and flawless job of not only putting everything together for us, but also...there was not one missing piece of the delivery items. I want to especially thank Dawnyel, who is such a PRO!Dawnyel, not only knows every inch of Encores inventory, but she has terrific recommendations and solutions, and she is quick, efficient, and very helpful!We had to modify our order multiple times due to some cancellations and Dawnyel was always available to help us at a moments notice. I researched and met with two other rental companies and almost went with one of them.Then, I found Encore, and Dawnyel, and I knew my search was over--you did a fantastic job!Thank you again, Encore, and especially you, Dawnyel! Ive worked with Heather at Encore for years and have been consistently impressed by her professionalism and by Encore in general. As a photographer, I greatly appreciate beautiful decor and if Im shooting Encore inventory, I know its going to look great!

What a wonderful experience working with Encore Rentals! Dawnyel was immensely helpful and made us feel so special as she helped us create a vision for our wedding; she truly made the whole experience fun and exciting! She was immensely involved in the whole process and was extremely flexible as we made changes throughout. She gave advice and shared ideas with us, was extremely communicative and welcoming! All of the rentals for our wedding were gorgeous and just as we had planned- we couldn’t be happier with Encore!

As the renter of fine luxury restrooms to weddings and other events I work at the same venue as many different rental agencies. From what my customers tell me and what Ive observed they are really good and their workers are very nice and polite. Several times Ive needed to get by their trucks and theyll drop what theyre doing and move it out of the way for me (thanks guys). The workers are always very clean and so is their trucks and equipment. Theyre among the most popular event equipment rental agencies around and theres probably a good reason for that. They even have several show rooms which is great so you can see what your going to get. I highly recommend stopping in even if its just to get some ideas because they have a lot of cool setups at their showroom.

Encore has a great team from the phone/reception staff to the warehouse workers. Everything was ready to go, easing the stress of event planning. The warehouse staffer was not only efficient and quick, she was friendly!This was the first time I ordered glassware, which was sparkling clean and delivered in easy-to-carry racks. One glass out of 24 had a small chip. The chairs were lightweight and sturdy.I will use them again if I have an event.

Great customer service is a dying breed. I ordered linens for my daughter’s baby shower by looking at pictures online because I live 4.5 hours away from the venue. The color I chose looked nothing like the linens I received . Needless to say, I was heartbroken because the vision my daughter and I both had was not to be. I had to buy white linens the next day at Target so we could at least have tablecloths.When I got home that weekend, I dropped Encore an email and told them what happened and that we didn’t even use the rentals. Kayla called me personally 2 days later and asked me exactly what happened so they can make things better in the future and let me know that they would be refunding my money. I was in the service industry for 20 years and this is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Encore!

The Encore team were wonderful. They were always quick to respond to inquiries and they delivered the rentals on time to my wedding. The delivery men were kind and went out of their way to help us out. I would recommend Encore to anyone.
