Nothing but good things to say about Encore Builders! My home has been passed down to me from my grandparents and I have always been hesitant to do any work. I like the look and layout of the home but the front yard needed some TLC. I have a large tree which I love and wanted to find a way to work around it. Encore Builders specializes in artificial grass but when I told Brandon and Oz that I preferred a different option they suggested river rocks. We were able to use different colors to create a little walkway/ path and it’s so charming!!! It is exactly what I wanted and totally fits the feel of the house. As far as everything else - Brandon and Oz and the whole team are spectacular. The crew arrived on time and were very respectful. We had no issues. The pricing was well within my budget and I didn’t even get quoted by other companies because in my opinion it didn’t even matter; I Had decided I was going to move forward with Brandon and Oz due to their top tier customer service. I instantly felt they were trustworthy and their reviews put me at ease. I checked both Yelp and Google reviews and it was clear that their customers love them just as much as I do.

Oz and his team were outstanding. He came out the next day to give us a quote (he was finishing up another project in the area). His quote was the lowest and most professional among 3 other companies. He was also the only company that said the work could be completed in one day, other companies said 2-3 and didn’t even have job start dates for when I needed.On the day of installation, his crew arrived bright and early. They completed the job by 3pm and everything looks spectacular. My girl is very happy and we’re overall very happy with Encore Builders and the guys.

It was great working with Brandon and Oz and their crew to complete my backyard renovation. We set up a meeting for them to give me an estimate back in December. Timing wise I wasn’t ready to get started on this project but out of all the estimates I got I decided to give Encore Builders a call around late January.They were the two guys that stuck out to me as genuine and professional. I asked them to come by once again to go over what we discussed. They were happy to swing by and explain everything to me step by step. Brandon and Oz had great recommendations on the style and layout and we ended up moving forward with some paving work to add stepping stones. I really like the way it turned out - definitely gives the backyard a luxury feel. The artificial grass installation itself turned out seamless. In my opinion it makes the backyard appear more spacious. Everyone always showed up on time and kept everything professional. Encore Builders is an outstanding company. I had to write a positive review for these guys!!!! 5 stars for Encore Builders!!!! They did a truly beautiful job on our front yard! I found Encore Builders on Google and reached out after seeing their glowing reviews. I already liked them over the phone but like any other homeowner I got quotes from a few other companies. Encore Builders pointed out things that other companies didn’t and were honest about what the project entailed. I set up a second appointment with them just reassure myself of my decision of moving forward. We looked at samples and I love the end result! I wanted grass that looked realistic and I am shocked at how good it looks. The shade is vibrant and luscious. Im a perfectionist when it comes to clean borders and straight lines but Brandon and Oz handled my OCD perfectly. I am very happy with the work done by Encore Builders.

Encore Builders for the win! They have the best pricing ever!!! I was UNDER BUDGET - I am thrilled with the quality of the work for the price that I paid. They don’t overcharge you like other companies. They showed up on time for both the estimate and the project itself - the whole team is extremely punctual. 17 workers showed up and you can tell they are all hard working. They always waved hello and showed up with a smile on their face. They cleaned up after themselves and Brandon and Oz made sure to take sure everything was PERFECT. I even referred two of my neighbors because I am so happy. They did artificial grass in both my front and backyard and the results look awesome, The grass looks so lush and vibrant. I recently had the pleasure of working with Encore Builders to upgrade the front yard of my hillside home, and I couldnt be happier with the results!Brandon and OZ are fabulous people who very obviously know what they are doing. The team at Encore Builders carefully evaluated the soil conditions, selecting the perfect type and color of mulch to complement the natural surroundings. Now I never even knew what mulch is but the guys explained every step of the process. they explained that mulch would keep the plants we installed hydrated even during the hot LA summers. Mulch has temperature regulating properties that would protect the roots and enrich the soil promoting growth. Ummm where has mulch been my entire life????Speaking of plants, Encore Builders went above and beyond in helping me choose the right ones. I wanted it mostly green but just a tiny pop of color. They took the time to understand my preferences, as well as the specific sunlight and soil requirements of each plant species. I think that we ended up picking out is a gorgeous blend of foliage that accents the contours of my property.Moreover, the team at Encore Builders meticulously positioned each plant, taking into account factors such as spacing and growth potential to create a balanced and visually appealing landscape. A TEE-rrific job done by Encore Builders(;Brandon and Oz killed it! I called them up after seeing their highly rated Yelp reviews. I had a party planned and wanted to get this project done beforehand. I was getting quotes left and right and none of them were able to accommodate my timeframe.Encore Builders sent me some photos of other jobs they had completed and I could tell their work was phenomenal. I scheduled a consultation over the phone and Oz came the next day. He quoted me on the spot and explained the cost breakdown to me. Everything was very fair and transparent.I notified them of my time crunch and rest assured - they finished it in one day. They brought over 17 guys and got the work DONE. I was truly impressed. Their team is dedicated and hard working. I was happy they suggested bringing over a bigger crew rather than just attempting to rush the project. I didn’t want to compromise the quality of the work since I needed it done ASAP, but they did it.The putting green looks amazing. It was a hit at the party. I recently worked with Encore Builders on a front yard project, and I must say they delivered. Oz and Brandon were there every step of they way .My front yard is on a hillside and the driveway is kind of steep. The surrounding grass was looking sad and we wanted something a little more convenient and comfortable. I knew I wanted steps but I had no idea how it would look and fit the space. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Encore Builders was their use of a 3D designer to bring our vision to life. I am a little old fashioned and quite a stranger to all these technological advances but Oz suggested we work with a 3D designer to create draw up some imaging. They sent over their lovely designer who instantly pulled out her laptop and showed us some similar projects. I already liked what I was seeing. She recommended artificial grass and diagonal steps. The 3D imaging looked great and by then I was pretty set on getting the project rolling. I selected the grass type with Oz and asked them to start as soon as possible. Within a few days we were able to get the ball rolling and the job really only took a few days. The price was definitely lower than we expected and the results look even better than the design.The process of working with the 3D designer was great. Brandon and Oz were also great. Truly everyone on this team is great. I’m really happy with the color and liveliness of the grass. It makes the space look bigger and cleaner. The steps are much more convenient than the little hill driveway and the whole fam is pretty impressed. Encore Builders took the time to understand our preferences - nothing was rushed. The option for 3D design allowed us to envision the work without having to commit. It helped relieve the pressure a little bit since Im not used to these types of renovations.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Encore Builders highly enough for any landscaping work. I also recommend the use of 3D design to anyone who doesn’t want to jump right in to a project. Dont let other companies pressure you. Although this is an additional step in the process it is a great tool and gives you an idea of a final result.

Felt compelled to share my experience with this company here- Encore builders take their work very seriously. The owners, Brandon and us are 100% very professional.My friend recommended as she used them for some exterior work and was looking to do a a little backyard makeover.I called them to schedule a time for them to arrive and give me an estimate. They were on time and came prepared. They took measurements and gave me a quote. I Thought about it, and called them the next day to find time for them to do the work. Highly recommended!!!! Oz and Brandon are awesome! I had been debating installing artificial turf for some time in my backyard and decided to call Encore Builders after my neighbor had recommended them. They came out, showed me sample options of the turf, and provided a free quote. (I did receive another quote from a nearby company but Encore Builders felt a lot more professional and their pricing was competitive). The crew always showed up on time and was respectful when parking vehicles and cleaning up. The job turned out PHENOMENAL!!! We absolutely love our new and improved front yard decor! We moved into our home and knew from the beginning that the gravel was going to need to be redone. We had a vision on renovating it to give a more nature-y Joshua tree vibe (one of our favorite places). After interviewing quite a few contractors, we met Brandon from Encore and we knew we had our match. Brandon, Oz, and the entire team were amazing from the start. Every job will have an issue or snag or miscommunication and every single time something came up, Encore Builders were there to correct, adjust, adapt, and make sure that everyone was happy. We were never ignored like I have read happens to people sometimes with home improvement companies or landscaping companies. The lovely job itself included a river bed addition and decorative gravels. Brandon and Oz went over all the options for different rocks and I found what I thought worked best with the color scheme of the home. Highly recommend this company!! A company like no other!! Encore builders did a fantastic job on our front yard. I had been debating between artificial grass and sod for quite some time now. I know artificial grass is less work but I prefer to have the real deal - nothing like the smell of a fresh mowed lawn(; I honestly didn’t even consult with any other company. My sister did a huge project with Encore Builders in the Malibu area about a year ago and the results were flawless and look as good today as it did when the project was freshly completed. Brandon and Ozzy came over to scope out the area and take some measurements and we went ahead and set a date to start the project. The crew workers came over and removed all the previous debris and grass. They leveled out the area and added some fertilizer. The following day they came with the fresh sod and laid it out in perfect rows. As you can see there are no gaps between sod pieces and everything looks fabulous! Brandon and Oz said the frequent rain will actually help the sod and allow it establish roots (usually Im not a fan of the rain but hey at least there was a bright side this time). I can’t wait to see the results in a few months once the grass has settled in. Now in addition to the beautiful work Brandon and Oz have done - I just say their charming personalities is what truly stands out. I understand why they have such glowing reviews and why my sister was adamant I use their services. They are just two down to earth guys who know their stuff. They are professional and communicative and simply the sweetest people. Thanks again guys!!!

We decided to converted a piece of lawn to a concrete floor in our backyard. We made the quote request to several contractors and received quick response from Encore Builders. Brandon and Oz visited my home the next day, provided me some good suggestions and competitive quotes for my backyard floor project with different options. At the end we decided to do the pavers.They kept their promise for starting the project on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. Unfortunately I have to give them an updated review and change my previous review. They cut corners and didnt do a weed barrier and dig deep enough to prevent this. Also my grass is too high and now my side gates wont close. My gardner needs to kill and remove the weeds, also mushrooms are growing in between after looking at my quote it says and install and putting a weed barrior, and digging 2-3 inches, put sand this wasnt done. I paid 3500 that needs to be redone. I had strips of artificial grass in between the concrete. Ozzie is a great talker, but didnt deliver a quality job. Response reply update. Ozzie is giving a false narrative I paid 3500 in full. Yes originally the qoute was for 4000 from Brandon. But Ozzie offered to do the job for 3500 and offered a visa gift card if I did a review on Yelp. Do your homework his company didnt put 2-3 inches of sand and no weed barrier. So now I have mushrooms and weeds growing that I have to have my gardner remove each time. And yes the grass is to high and my gates on the side that doesnt open all the way.

Picking the right business to landscape our yard was a bit stressful because of the cost and eye appeal commitment; I chose Encore and I am absolutely so happy with the results! This review is based strictly on my consultation with Brandon and Oz but so far I am very pleased. I am looking into getting artificial grass placed in front of my home by the pavement as it is very hard for me to upkeep the current grass. Oz came out at 10 AM and gave me a quote on the spot. The quote is very reasonable and he was very professional and nice. I will look over the quote again with my husband but it looks like we will be moving forward with this project. Most of us love supporting local businesses, but when the local business also gives back to the community and is environmentally friendly, that is a huge bonus. This great company do both.They use environmentally friendly shingles that divert a great deal of plastic out of the landfill, they also give 1% of their proceeds to a local charity.
