I really enjoyed my 1st visit after a horrible experience with another dentist. Dr. Michelle (?) is wonderful! She is caring and is very good at what she does. Her office and staff are polite and respectful. I look forward to retuning for my next cleaning. :) Thank you Encino Dentistry!

I love this office and all the staff who are kind and attentive to all their patients. I first discovered them by doing a Google search for a local dentist and took a chance trying them and I am so happy I did. The front desk staff are polite and welcoming, both the hygienists are knowledgeable and great at what they do, and Dr. Shermineh Zadeh is a gem!!

I will preface this review by admitting that I have a huge fear of going to the dentist. There have been several instances in my adult life during which I have cried at the dentist (not at Encino Dentistry—but at offices I’ve frequented in the past). I am also an EXTREMELY picky person when it comes to any goods and/or services. Cleanliness, professionalism, and punctuality are of the upmost importance in my book.My husband came across Encino Dentistry as their office is in the same building where he works. We were in the market for a new dentist, so we opted to give them a try after looking into the office online. I have been to four appointments thus far, and I can’t recommend Encino Dentistry enough. The front desk staff are courteous, professional, and transparent. Making appointments is easy. I have never had to wait past my appointment time to be seen. The office provided me with a detailed, itemized list of all the dental work I needed, inclusive of costs. Naz, who can usually be found at the front desk, is always kind and welcoming. She greets everyone with the biggest smile and is happy to answer any questions about appointments/accounting.Not only is the office clean, it is well-maintained and updated. The treatment rooms have TVs. You can watch Netflix during your appointment, complete with your own remote and headphones, which the office provides. This makes the experience more comfortable, especially if, like me, you hate the sound of the drill used to extract cavities.Dr. Michelle is the best dentist I’ve worked with. First, and most importantly, she is a skilled and knowledgeable dentist who did an amazing job replacing all of my damaged fillings, and filling a few cavities. During my first appointment, I admitted how anxious I was, but Dr. Michelle made the whole experience extremely comfortable despite my fear. She was attentive and able to notice if and when I felt uncomfortable, making necessary adjustments along the way to ensure my appointments were pain-free (and tear-free! LOL). Dr. Michelle answered all of my questions and made helpful recommendations regarding my oral health, as well as the overall appearance of my smile (one of my desired objectives).Encino Dentistry has met and exceeded all of my expectations as a patient. I finally found an office to stick with long-term, and am looking forward to returning for my appointments in the future!

Incredible!!! The experience with the more than caring group has been beyond any experience I have ever had with any team in my life. The genuine kindness every person in this office exuded was overwhelming. The office is beautiful, clean and state of the art. The knowledge and time taken to show and explain the issue was superior. My daughter has three wisdom teeth extracted and the care that was taken was of another time. Thank you. We have a family dentist for life after this experience. If everyone was as you all are... what a wonderful world!

Amazing friendly environment that makes you feel welcomed. Everyone is really helpful and informative. Most people dread going to the dentist, Dr. Shermineh Zadeh and her team make sure they ensure you have a comfortable great experience. Looking forward to coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at Encino Dentistry. I came in during the holidays with terrible tooth pain and needed a root canal. When no other office would see me because of the timing, this office did. Everything went so smoothly. All of the staff were so kind and truly cared about my comfort throughout every procedure. Dr. Zadeh was incredibly efficient and my new cap looks great. I can now honestly say something I have never been able to say in my life…I don’t mind going to the dentist.

My last visit was amazing and very professional. With some of the most modern technology at their disposal, my last routine check-up here was both painless and fast as well as informative about modern dental hygiene. I also love the flexibility on scheduling that works with my busy schedule. The staff friendly and mekes you feel comfortable and at ease. They are very patient and will gladly answer any questions that you have about modern dentistry.

Dr. Z is the best! She is kind and honest...which is hard to find these days. She has explained my treatment plan and answered all my questions. I came to her after going to a different dentist that told me I needed 3 root canals. After examining me she said that some teeth were going be put under observation but I DIDN’T need a root canal!!! She is truly the best! She is conservative with her work and doesn’t rush into drastic treatment when it can be avoided. Her staff is always very kind and always a pleasure to deal with.
