This was a phenomenal experience! They worked with our large group and were beyond nice and helpful. We all had a great time and cant wait to go back. The room was was complex but not impossible. We can not recommend this place enough!!!

This was a Valentines gift for my boyfriend, and it turned out to be an incredible experience. It was an intimate setting, just the two of us, and it took some time for us to grasp the clues. I recommend going in a group as it might expedite the process.

This is such a fun place that weve now done all of their rooms at this location with our family. Keno is an awesome game master and made our last room there a real blast! So happy we were lucky enough to have him!

My friends and I did the pirate adventure room and it was so so much fun!! Tatum was the PERFECT host and game master!! She has amazing energy that got us fired up for the game and she gave us perfect, subtle hints at the just right times. It was challenging but we escaped just in time:) This was my favorite escape room experience ever and I highly recommend it!!

We played Enchanted Forest a while back, and Spellbound yesterday, and both we had a great time with! Really cool environments, the puzzles were challenging enough but still able to get to with some critical thinking. Kyle and Jordan were both great, we’ll be back at some point!

Me and a friend went and tried their hardest room last night. We got about halfway through but couldnt figure out all the clues. The staff was friendly, and even though we didnt escape, the room was extremely fun and amusing. Definitely check it out if youre interested.

We wanted to do something fun together as family and landed on the Enchanted Escape Rooms Northridge location. We made sameday reservation easily through their website. We chose the Genie Ramsom challenge, which was stated as 27% success rate within the 1 hour timelimit. We appreciated the technological aspects of challenges, and it was great to see our teenagers working together, each utilizing their own strengths and cleverness. Fun challenge and one of the nicest escape rooms weve experienced.

Very Well made, we had done the Enchanted forest Wednesday03/15/23 . A bit of the animals and props gave us a good scare lol. We really enjoyed solving the locks and puzzles, we look forward to doing another one soon. This would be great for hanging out with friends or Birthday parties! Our Game Master, was very kind and helped us greatly, we had made it out with just 17 seconds left Thanks to him.

Was ok. But the room we got was super dark, and instead of providing flashlights they made us use our phone lights which is hard on a battery. Then we almost got out but were missing the last step..and when the room keeper tried to show us how the last step worked it even took him like 3 tries to get it to work right..so we had no chance. But overall it was cute.

The enchanted forest escape room we came and did was so much fun! I’ve played over 30 escape rooms and this was one of my favorites. Great atmosphere and great staff (our game master Jada was super friendly and hospitable). Highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for an escape experience!

Their easy room (Enchanted forest) was anything but easy and weve done dozens of rooms. In addition, a majority of their puzzles for this room made absolutely no sense. Room was also very dark and we couldnt see. The entire building is old and not ideal for an escape room in my opinion.

This was our very first time doing an escape room, and I’m so happy we chose to come here. My friends and I have played many online puzzle games together and I wanted a good IRL challenge, so I went straight for “The Tavern” (Medium/Hard) escape room. The DM was very responsive and helpful (even though we refused to ask for help. And when he saw us scratching our heads, completely stumped. He provided us a simple hint that didn’t totally give away the answer.) Unfortunately we didn’t complete the room be we were sooooo close! Only had one more puzzle and we ran out of time. The DM was such a good sport and even took the time to ask us what challenge was our favorite. I’m so happy this was our first Escape Room experience!

We had a great time! Jay is an awesome dude and is super creative. I’ve had experience with Escape Rooms before, but this one was really one of the best! We were 3 players and we did The Enchanted Forest room. My two friends were new to Escape Rooms and this room wasn’t the easiest so probably isn’t recommended to brand new players. But as we had one experienced player it was possible and we broke out just in time.I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back to play the rest of the rooms!

This was my 2nd time coming to this escape room and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they updated all their rooms. I did the task force room and had so much fun. The room itself was really high tech and lucky for us we came with a lot of people (The room requires a lot teamwork in order to escape on time.) I definitely will be coming again to try the other rooms! The owners are kind and enthusiastic which is a big reason why I keep coming back. I like that they cared about showing us a good time! Dont hesitate to try this escape room, you wont regret it!

It was our first time had an escape house. Didnt know what to expect but it was so much fun. The only thing I would say would have helped a little more would have been if there was some more lighting. Other than that, use your wisdom and wits and get going

The Tavern escape room was amazing. Jay and his Wife were super friendly and helpful. They made my families first experience with Escape Rooms absolutely incredible. The difficulty level was perfect for my group of six. Everyone had their moment in the spotlight to show how incredibly smart and observational they are. The room was well decorated and full of surprises. Definitely exceeded all expectations. Even several days later im still thinking about the puzzles and the story line! I highly recommend Enchanted Escape Room!

Fun and creative Escape Room! Ive done two escape rooms here with my family, Enchanted Forest and Task Force Agency. You can really tell how passionate the owners are by how much detail they put into the rooms. Fun and challenging, I defiantly recommend going in with a decent sized group for the Task Force room. The staff is super friendly and enthusiastic which is always a plus!

I love this place! My friends and I are trying to finish all 4 rooms, weve done the easiest 2, but its great to see the challenges evolve in difficulty! Its the only escape room Ive ever been to in the valley so I cant compare it to others. But honestly a really good experience if you have the time and money to do it!!

This was a great escape room! We escaped with only 6 minutes to spare, did Spellbound. Definitely worth the money, so so so so fun! Rooms were very well put together and themed, definitely a great time!

I went here with my family today and we loved it. The guy working there was really nice and had a lot of energy. The people we did the activity Spellbound with were also very nice. Did the spell bound room and loved it!!...and I absolutely loved the hosts, they were hilarious and made the experience so much better than other escape rooms that Ive been to ! I want to go again and do the Task Force Agent room I was told thats their toughest room. Oh, and the outside of the building was really giving me some intense escape room vibes, so cool.

These rooms arent bad, we did the mermaid and wizard rooms and we liked then both. The wizard room was harder and we needed a couple hints. The mermaid was easier and still fun. We will be back to try the other rooms.

I try to base my ratings on 4 main things out of 5 stars...Location : Decent drive and outside ok, however there is stairs to Climb to get to the main room office or check in area . 2 stars in this areaCustomer service: great awesome employees nice, however they didnt offer the percentage off if you win or even bring it up after theExperience was over ??? . so 4 stars in this areaQuality: Things looked faded or worn . hard to see some of the numbers or letters on some of the locks . kinda took away from the Experience a bit. 1 star in this areaOver all experience: if you ask me did we have fun?...I would say yes. You get what you paid for but i couldnt help but Expect more. 3 stars in this area .Personal note: I highly recommend an escape room with live actors.

Great food max spice.. the spicy food make you sweat the oxtail wasnt spicy but tasted great.. nice people working there my sister left her purse behind and the staff was able to get it for her after hours granted it was only 15 -30 minutes but a lot of businesses would tell you to come back tomorrow.. coolest building to eat at.. and they got one of those escape rooms next door, if your into escaping.. 😆

This was a fun escape room but dont expect a very elaborate setting or any high-tech elements. The staff was super friendly and quick to give us or three hints (cant get more than three). The place is really hard to find because there is no large sign outside.

I was very disappointed with the room looked rough things falling off the wall carpet coming up that you could trip over. Looked like a 5yr old designed it and put it together we drove 3 hr to do this room and I should have stayed home. The staff was ok.

Disappointed and really bad experience compared to 60 Out Escape Rooms we had experience with in the past. Found out that the only way to get clues and know what to do, is watch the TV and listen for audio clues when you do something right. If we watch TV, we arent trying to escape - right? If the audio (recording - nobody is listening or talking to you) is missed or difficult to understand, the clue is gone forever. Anyway, should be fun regardless and found I was disappointed from the start.Paid online with voucher from Living Social. It expired a month prior but the companies online system honored it and sent me an invoice showing FULLY PAID. I arrived and they demanded more money saying they would not honor their own email or receipt! I dont even think that is legal!!!! Rather than arguing, I paid to prevent ruining our evening.
