This is another amazing location that just opened up for Wellgreens. This place used to be Emjay and since Wellgreens took over its been really awesome seeing all the changes and new products that come in that location. They have a 40% off table that has incredible deals from flower to concentrates and many other cannabis products. Nadia was very knowledgeable with all my questions that I asked and gave me good recommendations on other products that I might be interested in and also let me know the deals that they had running. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s look for a great selection and reasonable prices. I couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience.

I have driven by this place so many times but never went in. I decided to stop in this evening. The place is really nice and well stocked. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting E ( Eliza ). She was so knowledgeable about the products and gave me her recommendations, while informing me about why she was recommending them. She was so incredibly kind and professional. I will definitely be coming back.

There are so many dispensaries in the area where I live. Terrible. Terrible, this location has been WILDLY inconsistent since it became a Wellgreens. I got the 50% off UP as a FTP deal, and was told they had referral bonus for bringing in a new FTP. So I brought my wife on the 2nd visit and she was not honored the 50% off ftp deal. We were told they only did 30% (Despite the banner infront saying 40% 🙄) and no referral bonus.I asked about the Yada and the girl was either too high or too stupid but she told me the price for 20g would be $38+tax so that sounded good until the guy said she was wrong and it would be $76+ OTD.So I ended up not buying from this sketchy location.Do yourself a favor and skip this inconvenient location. Go to Federal or Lake Murray. University is trash store that makes up pricing.I regularly frequent Wellgreens on Federal BLVD. I dont know how this location can be so bad. But the employees are losing Wellgreens LOTS of cash.The managers need to scrutinize the employees who Im certain are stealing product and doing these bait and switch schemes.

Hey...I want to thank Shaylona O. for her assistance on two occasions. Not once, but twice she has helped me with making a purchase. She has chill and welcoming vibe. When I go to dispensaries, I tend to be overwhelmed, especially with the huge selections of items. However, Shaylona was very patient with me and understood how I felt. Thats why I go to Wellgreens on University ave. Also, it is much closer. But overall, Ive been to two locations and seems everyone is approachable and friendly. Max from the other location; off the 8; was the first Wellgreens budtender that helped me awesomely suggestive. Hes sus.....jk. lol. But yeah he gives a nice description of the flower they carry. Give him some props too. I talk alot, ask ShaylonaO, ....but these two deserve recognition. Love their energy and optimism. Thanks for being there for us.

Most things are behind the counter so you have to work with an employee. I asked specifically about tablets including cbd and thc, I was told ‘I don’t know’ from the’budtender’ which has never happened in any other dispensary so I guess I appreciate the honestly rather than feeding me some line?? But also I was actually asking because it was important to me. I just bought what I usually get from other places even though I wanted something new. The cashier/ ‘bud tender’ gave my roommate a coupon for their next visit in her bag and not me that was weird too. It was 4/20 maybe they were over it.

The weed is not great at all. Ive gotten the same brand of weed from another dispo in San Jose (closer to the city source however) and it was LOADSSSSSSSSS better. The weed Ive gotten here has been so dry and full of stems, I asked for any good joint recommendations, hit or miss, and they sold me the worst joints Ive ever tried to smoke 🤣 it didnt light or inhale well so I put it in a bong it was disgusting and still didnt inhale well.Definitely disappointing. Buzz has been very good so far alternatively.

Really disappointed with my visit here. I was told I couldnt purchase anything because my drivers license had expired 4 days prior to my visit. I offered to show a photo of my passport as proof of my age, but was told I needed the Passport itself. I didnt give the guy hard time, as I knew it wouldnt make a difference and I left the store.I understand stores have policies and there are laws in place regarding ID, but this didnt make any sense. I had multiple forms of identification that showed I was well over 21. Not only that, but I had been to this exact same location a week before that, and the same person who denied my ID this time was the one who checked me out at the counter last week. Dont usually post reviews, but this was a big waste of time and gas going there and back for nothing. On Christmas too... Needles to say I wont be returning here after this experience.

Ive been to the store front two times, everything went very well both times. I spent under fifty dollars both times and since I live with nerve damage from a triple cervical fusion... They suggested a product and both times I was very impressed with the strength of the flower. I have been a customer through delivery since before covid and Ive always been extremely satisfied which is a blessing because I have trouble sleeping past two hours per night in the past thirty-eight years. I love how this company shows you the THC and CBD strength on all products testing. I started going into the store front because I find it way too expensive through delivery for me living on SSDI. Recommendations have always been right on! Thank you.(I do want to add that delivery has been impeccable as they keep you constantly updated on the way to delivery. Being able to see the drivers progression on a map heading to me is really helpful.)

Im only giving them two stars because the lady who helped me was nice, but I spent over $200 in this store and everything I bought sucked, the wax,the bud was trash and the price is too high for trash bud, I was very disappointed. Update. The owner asked me to to come to the store, the lady at the store refused to help me because she was upset because I was upset that I purchased some trash bud, wax was all trash, the lady ended kicking me out the store without even giving me the credit that was promised to me, she told me that was not refunding the fake wax because I had opened, I explained to her that I wouldnt of known the wax wasnt wax unless I had opened it up, she in turn told me that she didnt care and was not getting a refund nor could exchange it and get what I paid for, needless to say, she put me out the store, and kicked me out forever, why. Because I was upset that I spent over $200 and bought nothing but trash. Wow. Then the lady that recommended the bud that I purchased tells me that she doesnt even smoke bud, then how could she recommend anything. Still dissatisfied, they couldnt even honor the credit that they gave me for selling me trash

After being a long time customer at this place since they opened, yesterday I had the worst experience at this place.I presented my SENTRY card to the inept guard and went to the counter. The employee who has done transactions with me before couldn’t find me in their system and gave a hard time and being condescending. I decided to go somewhere else three blocks away where I also visit and I have no problem at all, as I was walking out the door the guard and the female employee started to mock me, and this is what the guard said: YOU ARE CARRYING A FAKE ID! NOBODY WILL SELL YOU.Well sir for your information, my SENTRY card is MORE legal that my California driver’s license and is in your system.I will file a legal complaint, all this encounter occurred on video on 8/12/2023

Had a wonderful experience there for my first trip. Im not sure if it was because it was my first trip, Halloween, or both, but they handed out a few extra goodies on top of what I had originally come in to purchase. First time I picked up animal mintz had over 30seeds in the sack and this was a higher grade product super disappointed camr to get another sack give it another chance the cashier who was very helpful even gave me a discount and told me to bring back the product if your ever not satisfied. bought another flower product that she recommended only to come home and realize it how horribly trimmed and just tasted horrible I couldnt stop coughing. Decided to bring the product back Saturday morning. Dude with the long curly hair was working and basically told me theres no managers on the weekend and theres nothing he could do to go home keep smoking it and try monday.i just wanted a better product and told him Ill pay the difference anyways no success and he even had the nerve to walk to to the security podium and laugh at us a we drove away .save your money people stick to the plug or go the MARCH AND ASH on h street a little out of the way but theyll never let you down. Was given an estimated delivery time with an hour window, and no one showed along with not receiving any form of message about my order. They updated the tracking order online to running late and will provide me with a new ETA, but never did. I reached out to them in regards to my order and there has been no response. Absolutely terrible customer service! If they want to create a loyal customer base they should begin with learning how to communicate with their customers on what is going on instead of being hours late with no form of update.

Despite the fact that I’ve seen a few negative reviews, I truly believe how the handle business is very professional and their drivers are always super kind. The one thing I dread is bringing new people to dispensaries without them knowing what they want. However emjay has helped us plenty of times with getting the right products for the right people and are always really good with my deliveries. I’ve ordered from them often and I only order from this company now. They get better products by day and always reliable. 5 stars well deserved.

Decent delivery time but I received flower that was packaged over a year old. Like literally all three packages were over a year old. Paid over $150 for all. It didn’t even look like good bud, the white Runtz looked off too. I’ve ordered in the past and had similar issues too. I only decided to order here, because they accept debit cards and I didn’t have any cash on hand.

If you order from here theres only a small percentage that youll get your order. multiple occasions, I placed an order only for no one to show up and received no notification as to why. Terrible customer service on an error on their end. Blamed the customer and emjay had zero accountability. I would never recommend any of their shops simply because of how they dealt with that issue alone. Misinformation on an item description is NOT the customers fault! And I have the screen shots to prove it. They also delete their Google page whenever the reviews get too honest, and then post up a new one a few days later. Thats pretty shady and shows they only care about their own bottom line. My money means something to me too though sooo.... ✋ ****Also, make sure you call to confirm item info prior to placing your order. If they mess up, you will be out that money. Even if the product remains unopened and is of no use to you. Not even a sorry. Oh, but yeah they sometimes have good deals and I loved their delivery drivers. This was my order at check out.... once out for delivery they tried to increase the price and not honor the sale promotion. They proceeded to try to offer me 2/3 of the order for $68 and then to fulfill the order for an additional $33.... that is shadey business practices if I ever saw any. As a business you should honor the prices given, if there is an inventory problem or added business cost, you dont push the cost onto the customer especially one that has been loyal for 6+ months. This makes me question the advertised prices on all their products going forward!
