From the day I signed up I was not satisfied with the way Michael handled my account. No professionalism. Didnt care for me since my account wasnt big at the time. Now my account is huge and Im happy somewhere else. If you must know, Im over at Maverick Processing. Matched everything and amazing customer service.Michael was the reason I left. No other reason.

Daniel Guy is an exception Sales Executive, we were using Square to process our CBD store, their customer service is horrible. I email Daniel over the weekend asking him if he knew another Vendor that I could switch too. Guess what, Pinwheel now allows CBD products, they have better pricing than Square and best of all there is a human to interact with. Pinwheel is a user friendly company, I recommend them highly.

Especially Daniel Guys customer service is top notch and he did review all the documents multiple times before submitting it. He thoroughly explained the process and completed everything in 3 days. They wont cancel my account. My business went out of business due to COVID and Ive called in five times and each time they seem very nice and will have a manager call me back. Never any returned calls. Im still getting merchant fees. They obviously make it difficult to cancel. Very annoying. Sort of like the cable companys tricks to make it difficult to cancel.
