I will like to recommend this beautiful building you will enjoy beautiful views. care staff and management is amazing, is a perfect space for your love ones. This place makes you feel you at home. Take a time and schedule a tour with Antonette she’s amazing.

I have never lived in a place that the people and staff and all have been so loving, helpful, and dedicated to the residents here. They are at your calling every time and make our lives as peaceful as possible. All the staff is the most wonderful people and very cating. All the staff make sure that the residents and comfortable and peaceful. Living becomes like family!

Emerald Valley is a beautiful community with the best team providing care and serving the residents who live there. The food is incredible. Residents have creative activities and opportunities to live their lives with purpose. The apartments are very spacious, the community is well taken care of.

My 97 year mom finally can call Emerald her home. I can leave mom with the professional staff at the Emerald. Thank you to the caregiving staff - Myelene, Emelee, Jocelyn, Carolina, Diana, and many more.The care & consistency my mom receives has made her a happy resident and gives me a peace of mind to leave her in the staff good caring hands. Michelle, the activity director, has continually entertained the residents with fun & creativity.The receptionists are always warm and welcoming!The facility is clean and & inviting -- I love visiting mom and talking to the residents & staff!

I have been working with a resident here on the 2nd floor for over a year with a outside company. I just wanted to say how great Katia and Jerard have been. Sorry, I dont know if I am spelling those names right but they are very hard workers and seem like they try hard to care for the residents :). They are usually happy and offer to help me out sometimes as well when my patient is becoming to much to handle.

We had to put my Mom into an Assisted Living Facility last month. We found Emerald Valley in Dublin and after our first visit I knew that this was the perfect place for Mom.The place has a look and feel of a nice Condo.My Mom has a very nice room with a little kitchen area. However, with the 3 meals that they offer in the main dining room, she never uses her kitchen.She has made some really nice friends in the short time that she has been there. The staff is very friendly and professional.My Mom was very apprehensive about moving to a place like this, but she has fit in very nice.They have plenty of activities such as exercises and social events.I would recommend Emerald Valley in Dublin to anyone.

We recently had to find assisted living for my mom quickly. We checked out a few places but knew right away that Emerald Valley would be the right choice. The atmosphere was bright and refreshing and the staff was warm and welcoming. Most importantly in our initial visits, the staff and management were compassionate and spent a lot of time with us to help us understand the transition process ahead of us.After my mom chose Emerald Valley, they made the move easy and smooth, and they took time to get to know my moms needs and preferences. Now that she is settled in, she feels at home with her new neighbors and friends, she is delighted with the staff and care, she enjoys the many choices of activities, and often talks about how great the food is!I value the open door policy with the medical and care staff or even with executive director if I need it. The team is always available to answer questions, discuss concerns, provide updates, and they were willing and able to help me navigate the new world of senior care. They genuinely care about not only the residents, but also the families.I recommend Emerald Valley to anyone looking for a warm, professional, and caring environment for their loved ones.

The company pays well and better than other places….it’s in a lovely location in Dublin near the freeway. They have a very diverse selection of food. And is kept clean.

The team at Elegance at Dublin is truly outstanding. Jennifer the head waitress stays calm, cool, and collected no matter how busy the dining room gets. Angel is a Med Tech who greets residents with a smile and hug when giving out medications. Imelda is an incredible advocate for the needs of residents in our memory care community. Chefs Rusty and Fran always go the extra mile working through holidays and ensuring meals are healthy and delicious. The caregiving team is kind patient and thorough, residents always look their best. The directors work tirelessly providing a luxurious yet homey environment and always pitch in to help wherever needed. It is a joy to be part of this incredible community!

Emerald Valley has been the answer to my prayers for myself and my mom. My mom is so happy there and very well taken care of and provided for, which allows me to find piece of mind and sleep at night. They are kind and attentive and really genuinely care about their residents and the residents’ families. They are also responsive and attentive to me when I have questions or concerns. The home is comfortable, clean and beautiful. The staff is always working to improve and provide an ever evolving and positive experience for all. My family and I, including my mom couldn’t be happier with the Emerald Valley experience.

The facility is very nice, and one of the more affordable ones in the area. It’s modern and very light, with a nice dining room, activity room, and common area with a welcoming fireplace. The rooms are also good; high ceilings, nice windows, and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a good range of activities and movies, and have started actively seeking resident input on what they’d like.A few downsides, which are more annoying than real concerns. There have been times when responses to residents pressing their help buttons have been delayed, at least according to my mother. There has also been a lot of staff turnover. I don’t know if that’s typical, associated with the current economy, or due to the recent change of ownership. Finally, communications with families can be an issue; we sometimes either don’t hear about events, or hear about them on very short notice.

There’s nothing bad that I can say about Emerald Valley Senior Living. The residents are welcoming and fun to congregate with. The premises are always kept in pristine condition and the team members are exceptional. My stepmom has been living in Emerald Valley for two months now and we could not be happier with the decision! She is so much happier being around the friendly residents and loves the food. The activities and outings are great, too. The staff including Marissa, Oana, Jasmine, Rusty, and Brandie to name a few have been amazing. So helpful and friendly always willing to help and answer my many questions. Finding the right assisted living place took a lot of time and research but we know for sure we chose the right place.

I have been working in Senior Care for 20 years and have been in a ton of facilities. Emerald Valley is one of the nicest ones I have been in. I have a client that lives there and the staff take great care of her. Oana the Health Services Assistant has been wonderful to work with.

My mother has resided in the memory support area of Emerald Valley for over two years. She is truly happy and loves it there, and loves all the workers. I am amazed at the activities that happen on a daily basis. Last time I was in her room I saw a memory book that she had made with the staff, and we were able to talk about all the things that she had done. She is also able to participate in the general activities that happen on site (believe me, there is a lot going on, and she loves the parties). She also participates in group neighborhood walks and some of the outings in the van. The meal choices and food are great as well. I really cant imagine a more caring and active place for her to be. Thank you!

I am a nurse consultant and I have been assisting in the community. The community is beautiful and the staff are amazing a very responsive to the residents. There is one staff member that has really stood out. Oana, the Health Services Assistant goes above and beyond. Her compassionate and kind nature towards the residents and other staff is rare to see. Oana truly is a gem and this community is very lucky to have her. Great job Oana and thank you for caring so much for all the residents.

My mother was at MBK memory care for about 9 months. I had moved her from Sunrise in Pleasanton. The move from Sunrise (she had been there 3 years) was made because of the change in management. I watched as the place deteriorated and the employees became more and more unhappy, unappreciated and overworked. I mention this because in March of 2023 management changed at MBK (it was Elegance of Dublin). I started to notice things head in the same direction as Sunrise did. I saw the same problems starting there as I did at Sunrise. You should be aware that I visited my mother almost everyday. During COVID I sat outside her window (this was at Sunrise) I was able to see and hear a lot because I was a regular fixture at there and at MBK. I could not recommend MBK at this time. When I called their corporate offices to speak to the Senior Vice President of Operations (Michael Bardelmeir) on a Friday afternoon about a concern I had I did not hear back until the following Tuesday and the call was returned by the Vice President of SALES AND MARKETING. Who has a sales and marketing person return a call to a residents family member that has a concern ? It was at that moment I realized I would have to start looking for another place. There is ONE thing that I want to be sure to say. There were MANY VERY WONDERFUL people working at MBK. One of the shinning stars there was Oana. There were a few others that were with me when my Mother passed in July. The only reason I was still there at that time was because of people like Oana. I cannot recommend MBK until they take a long hard look at their operation and put management there that cares about their employees and their residents FIRST. If they did that they would have a waiting list to get in.

Right when you walk in the energy hits you, and you can’t help but smile and have a great day! Elegance at Dublin is not only a beautiful new community but has a wonderful and caring team. The community offers several models of apartments ranging from studio to 2 bedrooms and offers assisted living and memory support. The team at Dublin are warm and caring and make it feel homey and vibrant at the same time.

Elegance opening soon in Dublin is a great news for our elderly population that is planning to move in to a senior community in East Bay. As the name suggests, Elegance is a great place for our seniors to live in style. It also has amazing views and the best part is that the management team truly cares.
