The EmC Leadership training is the best, most effective and comprehensive course for learning the tools necessary for conflict resolution and building an engaged work team. Lola and Jack create a safe space for learning and growth. As a psychotherapist, I’ve used the EmC process in my private practice to help clients resolve conflict, become impactful, nurturing leaders in their workplace and create intimate bonds in their personal relationships. I’ve learned from EmC Leaders how to be an effective leader in my career and in life. My personal relationships are more emotionally connected than ever because I know how to reconnect when there’s been a conflict or misunderstanding. The usage of the EmC process transformed our leadership team and brought honesty and transparency into every conversation we had as a team. We connected and stayed connected because we were able to build trust with each other, which helped us to see our way through our own flaws as individuals and become that high performing team we all wanted to be. WORKPLACE CONFLICT is a common occurrence! Leaders struggle with how to “fix” this because it is very disruptive and upsetting. The EmC Master Course and Train the Trainer was thorough, research-based, and was transferable to personal and professional context.
