It was a true pleasure working with Emanuel. Not only did he help guide my fiancé and I through finding the perfect house, but he went above and beyond to help us feel secure with the process. As first time buyers we were nervous starting the process but Emanuel helped us in every step and made sure our concerns were addressed. We truly believe we found our home with everything we can ask for and we are grateful he helped us make it a reality.

My Husband and I started our search for a home in California and Emanuel was the best! He was referred to us by a family member and Emanuel lived up to such a great reference. Throughout the process he worked with our work schedule to view homes and gave his honest opinion! Throughout the bidding process, my Husband received a job offer out of state. We decided to relocate and when we notified Emanuel, he was the absolute best! Emanuel went above and beyond for us and interviewed different realtors in Wyoming and gave us his honest opinion. He then introduced us to our new realtor and made sure we were going to be in good hands. After we relocated, Emanuel kept in touch and made sure our new realtor was taking care of us as he expected! Emanuel kept following up with us until closing! After closing Emanuel didnt hesitate to give us a call to congratulate us and ask us how our process was! Emanuel is an amazing human being and is great at what he does! He is reliable, trustworthy and a great professional! We are beyond blessed to have him in our lives!

Finding and purchasing our home was not an easy task and did not happen over night, yet Emanuel was there every step of the way. Emanuel always made us feel like a priority. He is very knowledgeable and was able to provide many insights on what to look for and what to expect throughout the process. Emanuel went above and beyond in working with the home builders sales team on our behalf in order to get us the best deal and ensure we were well informed on what was needed in order to finalize the deal. My family and I worked with Emanuel on the purchase of our very first home and we were nothing less than satisfied. We had several people involved in the decision process and myself and my family can be a difficult group to please, but Emanuel made sure to get us a house that was perfect. UPDATE: Just closed on my second home with Emanuel last month and so I wanted to update my review to reiterate everything I had said below. Emanuels professionalism and his dedication to his clients is one of a kind. I know I can be demanding at times when it comes to my investment properties but Emanuel knew exactly where I was coming from and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I am hoping to acquire one more in 2022 and Ill definitely be using him again. Thank you for everything, Emanuel!Having previously bought and sold properties with a different agent, I was hesitant to switch agents. However, with time it became clear that not only is Emanuel knowledgeable, he is passionate about what he does and about helping people. To me that speaks volumes. I wasnt actively looking but when some listings presented themselves, I knew exactly what agent I wanted to use. Emanuel was very communicative throughout the whole process. Not being able to personally visit the properties, Emanuel showed them to me via Zoom and any little thing I wanted to view, without hesitation, he would show it to me. Several times things werent going the way we hoped but Emanuel always kept calm and looked out for my best interest. At the end we closed and I was able to acquire my very first duplex. I will definitely be reaching out to Emanuel when Im ready to make my next deal.

Emanuel is an outstanding realtor, he was very attentive to our wants and needs. Emanuel was always readily available for when we wanted to view houses, which was very important because houses are selling quickly, so seeing a house right away was key to getting the house of our dreams. In our price range we often times got out-bid on houses which was discouraging to us, but Emanuel did not stop checking on us and sending us potential houses. My husband and I have bought and sold a house before so we are familiar with realtors and Emanuel was by far the best one we had. What I liked best about Emanuel was we never felt pressured to hurry and buy a house, he truly made us feel like he wanted us to find our dream house just as much as we did. The first time we put an offer on a house Emanuel sent us the offer to sign and immediately followed up with a phone call to go over every section to ensure everything was correct and we were fully informed of what our offer intended, which our prior realtors never did, and he continued to do so after each offer. When we finally found our house, Emanuel did everything in his power to ensure we got into our house as quickly and possible. We had some hiccups in our home buying process and our closing date got pushed back and We had a very small time frame on a holiday Friday to get things done and Emanuel took it upon himself to drive documents from one town to another to ensure we were in our home on the day and time we expected to. Emanuel is professional, reliable, informative and honest. I’ve already given him a referral for one of my family members and would recommend him to anyone and everyone buying their dream home. I always thought the home buying process would be hard one! Emanuel made the process super easy! He went above and beyond for us. Emmanuel has been such an amazing realtor throughout the process of me buying a home. He is so professional, prompt, always available, and resilient. There were so many times in my home buying journey that I wanted to quit and throw in the towel and yet Emmanuel never gave up and was always positive and caring. He cares extremely about his clients and it shows, I would call him multiple times a day and he always answered and if not would get back to me within an hour. He never let me worry or feel lost in this process and he helped me through the process of buying my dream home! He always follows through on anything he says. If he says he will call you on a certain day and time, he does so. If he says he’ll get information for you, he does that as well.
