Elsa is a very knowledgeable and capable Agent. She knows the area and the market.What I found refreshing was that she was straightforward without being overbearing. She will tell you the truth. She is a doer not a talker. If something needs to get done she is there and will handle it herself if need be. If she delegates then she makes sure that it gets done the right way the first time.There are many agents that will tell you what you what to hear only to disappoint you when the deal falls through.She walks you through the whole process. She will take the time to explain everything if you are a first timer or keep you briefed on the progress if you are a veteran house buyer. You decide!Honesty is what she stands for. She will go the extra mile, hour or day to keep you happy. She kept me informed throughout the whole process.You can trust her with your home or your home to be. Elsa Ibarra is a very caring, compassionate and patient realtor. She will go out of her way to be accommodating and ensuring her clients are happy, no matter what, or how many miles she has to drive. I have personally witnessed her work hard, going over and beyond what most realtors in my past experience have done. If I could giver her 10 stars I most definitely would! Elsa Ibarra helped my family and I with the purchase of our first home. It’s very scary when it’s your first time, but Else made the entire process stress-free and exciting. She kept us updated at all times and was always extremely responsive when needed. She is very professional and at the same time the most kind hearted person you will ever meet. I meet Elsa Ibarra a lil over 2 years ago… In the beginning she started to walk me through getting ready to buy a house.. Mind you I’m not a money saving person.. She help me fix my credit start to save some money and most of all she gave me the faith in myself to purchase a home.. It was a long journey (the market was terrible) but we got through it..Today I’m in my very own Home!! This couldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for Elsa!!
