We had the best experience with Elizabeth and her team! She helped my husband and I sell our home in the Bay Area as well as purchased in Lathrop.With what could’ve been a stressful thing ended up being easier than we imagined. Each open house she set up had a great turn out. And in just about 3 weeks we got the offer we hoped for. All thanks to Elizabeth’s persistence and expertise!After the sell, she then helped us with the buying process. Initially, we chose a new build but during the build we ended up changing our mind and wanted to look for something bigger. She didn’t hesitate or make us feel bad for any of our decisions. Instead she was supportive and provided steps on how to properly back out. During this process we already had a month long trip planned to visit the Philippines. We told Elizabeth that we still needed her to assist us while we were away. We needed to be persistent in looking for available homes that peeked our interests in a specific area. Any time of the day, I’d send her a listing and she’d be on top of getting the details for us.The day before we got back from the Philippines I sent her a home that we were interested in. Horrible experience she put me and my family through. Was expecting a lot since she helped my other family members. Her priorities was not there, maybe for the money. I don’t make much and was looking for a new home for my family. Was in the market before the dream for all program and was ready to buy. She was pushing the idea of this program. She handed off my search to her team member Lucky, which she did not say when we first did our interview. We visited homes and went around in a tough market. We gave her a list of homes we liked to bid on but some she didn’t even bother to follow up on the status and come to find out through Zillow it was off the market. That should’ve been the sign for me. Eventually she suggested to look into new homes and we were ready. Apparently I missed on submitting a preloan approval and the funds ran out. BUT WE WERE IN THE MARKET BEFORE THE PROGRAM. Enough time to check the new homes or even suggested it from the beginning. Then I received a butt call from her, talking to someone else blaming me! I get it, it was my fault but the fact she KNEW it would run out could’ve prompted her to take action. Don’t waste your time in someone who doesn’t have your best interest. Found a better team than her and we are now settled in a great home just after 2 weeks with the new realtor. What we saw, her priorities was with clients who make good money. Good luck and take it somewhere else then this team.

Weve known about Elizabeth through our aunt, the word of mouth recommendation is really powerful in this day and age of social media and digital marketing, you can say we are a little bit old fashioned millennials.
