The business I work for switched to Elite Merchant Solutions for their in house credit card processing in May of 2022. We have been working specifically with Melissa Carter and JD Irwin @ Elite, as our account managers. They have gone above and beyond in their duties, providing excellent customer service and very timely communications and updates. Not to mention the money that the business is now able to save on even a daily basis. If it had not been for Melissa reaching out, we would still be paying an astronomical amount in credit card processing fees. Thank you Melissa and JD for all of your hard work and dedication in providing the best services you are able!

I want to give a shout out to Kevin Jones from Elite Merchant Solutions. I ALWAYS dismiss sales calls on principle. However, when Kevin called, I was impressed by his respectful, thoughtful and professional demeanor. Instead of selling, he was actually interested in what our company needs were. He was never intrusive and was very clear about services, and upfront about costs. The biggest kudos I can give Kevin is that he was willing to be a point person even after he was out of the sales loop. His genuineness and sincerity is hard to find ANYWHERE, much less in the processing world. Bravo Kevin! I hope you are duly recognized for your fabulous customer service and genuine care you offer.

Elite Merchant Solutions is a great place to work. Justin M. and Paul R. really care about people. Employees go through extensive on the job training to make sure you are very knowledgeable regarding the credit card processing business. All of the employees and management team are so nice, knowledgeable and professional. Merchants have a dedicated account representative so they don’t get bounced around. At Elite Merchants talk to people to make sure they have the best client experience. The rates are extremely low at the Van Nuys. California and Plano, Texas locations. Justin M. and Paul R. are guru’s in the credit card processing business and have been in the business a long time. (BBB Rating is A+)

Our company has been using this company for many years now. We have not come across a single issue throughout the years that has not been resolved. If we have any questions they are on top of it and follow up quick. Kristina B always checks up via email throughout the year making sure we are happy with their service. I made a purchase from a company who uses Elite to process their credit card transactions. Over a month after the initial purchase, Elite made a duplicate transaction and charged my card a second time without authorization. Elite sent an e-mail and advised that it was a processor error and would be corrected within 48 hours. It took four days for my card to be reimbursed. When I attempted to contact someone from the company, my call was not returned. Id give this company zero stars if I could.

Kevin Jones and Elite Merchant Solutions rock! I was recommended by a fellow e-commerce owner who had just switched over and was very happy. I contacted Kevin and after a couple of phone conversations I switched first one, then two other e-commerce sites.First of all, Kevins level of support is amazing. He answers the phone on Sundays and in the evening. Extremely knowledgeable, he has been instrumental in making the final decision on other e-commerce websites purchases which my company was considering.Lastly, the product itself is excellent. Ive no issues with the merchant account. Deposits appear around 48 hours after a purchase is made. And best of all, fantastic rates. We are saving substantially compared to our old merchant account.This review might sound like its too good to be true, but its true. Weve been with Elite Merchant Solutions several months now and everything that was promised from the start was delivered. We have no complaints at all and we now consider Kevin an invaluable resource as it applies to merchant accounts.I highly recommend you at least give him a call. You wont regret it.

After being a business owner for only 2 years, I started to really dislike merchant accounts. We received calls from people who cared only about pushing their sales pitch and wouldnt listen to us.When Kevin Jones first contacted us, I was very ready to tell him to leave us alone. However, something about the way he listened to me and treated me got my attention. I told him we werent ready to change when we first spoke but that maybe I would consider his services later on.Ive never seen a more patient but respectfully persistent business man. He continued to contact us with deals that he could offer but never seemed pushy or belittling like other merchant account dealers Id spoken too.After dragging him along for months, my husband and I finally crunched numbers and realized his offers were very fair. Saving money is always worth at least considering... Since we confirmed that we would save money switching to Elite Merchant Solutions and we had come to respect Kevin Jones, we finally started to seriously consider his services. We asked him lots of questions and made him go through every line of our policy before signing. As wed come to expect, he was very professional and had no problem explaining every detail.Since switching to Elite Merchant Solutions, Ive continued to shoot Kevin Jones questions from time to time about our account or options were considering. He always replies to emails within a few hours. Im not surprised when I get a response within the hour... except the time I emailed him around midnight and he replied immediately! (His poor family.)In all honesty, I still dont trust merchant account dealers... with the exception of Kevin Jones. While hes obviously a loyal employee of Elite Merchant Solutions and does his job to inform me of deals/offers his company has, I never feel cornered or pressured to do something that isnt in my best interest. I can trust him to be honest and upfront in all our dealings. I know hell help us out whenever we have a technical glitch or question about our policy. My husband and I feel comfortable asking him for advice, knowing we arent going to deal with high pressures sales tactics.Its obvious that Kevin Jones is a successful businessman because of his character and good prices... and not because he cheat his customers. Harold Robles has got to be the one of the top customer service reps over at Elite Merchant Solutions. We have had Elite processing our credit card purchases for the past 6 1\2 years and have never had any issues that Mr. Robles couldnt solve. He actually takes the liberty of coming to your business on his free time and help us out with any question or dilemmas. Their rates are great, lower than what our personal bank was offering. So if you are looking for great, easy service give Elite Merchant Solutions a try and see for yourself.

Elite has been great so far. All has worked as described and no complaints. Rates are very low.Kevin Jones, my contact there, has been great. Very helpful and always jumps right on any questions or concerns and has it fixed in a heart beat. Definitely the best service Ive had from any CC processor contact. Outstanding service. I switched my processing company to Elite. I have had no problems with my deposits. at first I was skeptical on switching and being down on my credit card machine. They made me feel that I was super important. I had them reset my machine before I opened my Salon. The whole switch was done immediately.I am so impressed with the better rates. I have saved 10% in just transaction fees and Monthly fees. My experience with Elite Merchant has been a true blessing.

Elite saved us $ 300.00 month on fees, they provided us loaner equipment, and agreed to our no contract request. They were very helpful in transitioning us from our prior processor. They also are providing us an extra level of customer support. We have been with them for going on 6 months and are very satisfied. Great Processing company. I have been looking for someone to help me with my transactions fees. After working with Elite I get my payments on time and with much lower fees. Having had several bad experiences with CC Merchants, I was very weary when first approached by Christa at Elite Merchant Services. Having learned what to look out for, I challenged her and little by little she answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything in detail. So, I decided to give them a shot, its been a year now and I am so please she reached out to me. The Customer Service is above and beyond what you would expect and the pricing is as I was told. No hidden fees, no up-charges. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a provider specially if you have had bad experiences with other providers. Unfortunately, this company have no customer service manners and dont follow up with their clients when there have problems. Also, if you wish to cancel your service for any reason, they will not assist you either by email or phone. In our case we spent 2 MONTHS trying to get a cancellation form from them and we were charged meanwhile $100 each month. we didnt want any bargain from them, we just wanted to get proper customer service to cancel a service, is it so hard to do? Because they have your bank account they will charge you and you cant dispute charges. Keep that in mind before choosing them

So sorry I changed from my Costco credit card processors to Elite Merchant Solutions. Talked a good story to get me to switch, been a nightmare of babysitting my acct for additional add on charges. Today I discovered that they have been diverting my deposits to another acct to hold they claim because of my acct being high risk. So now they have 2.5 months of my deposits and not able to tell me why they are diverting it and have NOT contacted me via phone/letter/or email which they have all this information. My Elite Merchant statements that come each month look completely normal SO MERCHANT BEWARE. CHECK YOUR BANK ACCT TO BE SURE THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY MAKING THE DEPOSITS TO YOUR ACCT. Guess I am such high risk that they are holding my money but not high risk enough to notify me of this. SADLY I AM STUCK IN A 3 YEAR CONTRACT THAT I WILL CANCEL IMMEDIATELY WHEN MY TERM IS UP.

Very happy with the merchant. But when I went to cancel due to my partner wanting a local merchant, they told me that they had a cancellation fee of $495. I was verbally told when I initially started that there would not be one but I guess I did not read the contract thoroughly. Good merchant but read the contract before starting.

They make money for unattended charges. They delay your payments. And if you want to quit from their “service” you have to pay almost $500 cancelation fee. And don’t trust fake reviews what you see here. This is scum. Think twice before get deal with that guys
