Without question the best IT experience I’ve ever had. Cesar is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and incredibly good at his job. He solved our smart home issues in no time. This would have taken me an eternity and would still not work properly. I could not be happier. I will be calling Cesar for all of my IT issues and recommending him to all of my friends. Cesar is absolutely fantastic. Hes friendly, responsive, and takes the time to answer all of your questions. I especially appreciate that he makes home visits. He helped us fix our custom built gaming PC when we thought wed tried everything possible. Its nice we have a computer guy to rely on now.

Cesar was very punctual on our meeting time, very knowledgeable about Internet/WIFI/Hubs/Extenders and what ever else came up to make my internet work flawlessly. He helps you understand the issue and the resolution prior to doing the work and is very reasonably priced. Not only did Caesar phone me within minutes of my sending an SOS message on Thumbtack looking for help, he quickly got my external speakers and my laptop to talk to each other again! Hes got the patience of a saint, speaks in everyday plain English, and is a pure delight. We were able to totally resolve this fast and remotely. The enhanced sound of the external speakers is a quality of life issue for me since I have less than 100% hearing and do business on Zoom much of each day. Caesar, you can be sure youll be my first call for future IT matters, and Ill let my entire local universe know how fabulous you are and also those you can help remotely! Elite IT was fantastic. They arrived right on time - no nonsense “window” for our appointment - we set an appointment for a specific time and they arrived right then and there.After arrival they quickly realized my solution wasn’t optimal and helped me figure out a better solution and then immediately got to work installing it.At the end, the cost was *lower* than originally anticipated and the result was even better than I’d hoped.They also guarantee their work and promised to come back for no charge if there are any issues. I will always use them moving forward.

Cesar was PHENOMENAL, I accidently roasted my mother board trying to add my new graphics card. I thought i knew what i was doing but obviously not.He was able to come out on the same day and figure out what was wrong and helped me order the correct parts i needed. As soon as i got them he came out and fixed my computer in no time flat.Overall outstanding customer service, he was super knowledgeable and the price was super reasonable.I will absolutely be calling him before I attempt to fix my computer again!

Cesar is exceptionally skilled, professional and customer oriented. He helped us transfer data and files to a new computer that included Adobe Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop and almost 40,000 photos, 2 external hard drives for photo storage and backups. He also set up a expanded Wi Fi system. Everything work very well and his fees are very fair.We will call Cesar whenever we have a computer issue and highly recommend him for anything computer or IT problems.

Steve was fabulous! I called and told him that I have a 2014 MacBook Air that has a missing key cap (Y) and that the functionality of this key is getting funky. Steve said that he would be able to make the repair, but advised against sinking the money ($300) into such an old computer. I very much appreciated the advise, and the time he gave me!
