We had the opportunity to work with Elite Home Builders. Overall, it was a very positive experience working with Gabriel and Sharon. Communication was excellent throughout the process. We would receive a photo, text, email and/or phone call from Gabriel in a timely manner. What we liked most about Elite was that they were transparent from the get go. We wanted someone that would be upfront which is how they operate. Upon our first meeting, Gabriel spent over 90-minutes with us going over the project. Of course, other hiccups came up along the way, however, they were taken care of. The final product is gorgeous. Their work is exemplary. We highly recommend Elite Home Builders for anyone looking to remodel their home.

Gabriel and his team recently did a complete remodel of our master bathroom. We couldnt be happier! After reading their reviews and meeting Gabriel in person, I was convinced that Gabriel, Sharon, and team would deliver an excellent finished product - and they did. Every one of their workers was amiable and we felt comfortable with them in our home. Gabriel and Sharon demonstrated integrity and honesty every step of the way and any concern we had was always properly addressed with no BS. Thank you for a beautiful remodel, gentlemen! We will definitely be contacting Elite Home Builders for any future work.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share what fantastic work Gabriel and his team at Elite Home Builders has done for me on a couple home renovation projects over the past few years. They helped with everything from vision and design to permitting, to building and finishes. To date, Elite has helped me with a kitchen/den redesign as well as some refinements throughout my house. If you’ve had bad experiences with contractors in the past, Elite is a breath of fresh air. They provide accurate timelines, budgets that don’t creep, and everything you’d expect and want from a professional working on your honeme or business. Some before and after pictures below. I can not recommend them more highly!

I don’t even know where to start, but here goes. I was in search for a contractor whom i will be able to trust so i ended up with somebody i know from church hoping that he will be able to help me save cost and at the same time be able to given me what i want for my house renovation but short story, it was the wrong choice and then i came across gabriel on fb. at first i didn’t even consider even sending him a message back cause who would be on facebook advertising so i thought it was spam, i became desperate and so i said ok let’s try this one who was sending me messages on fb. best choice i made to get not just a contractor but aa friend who will help you every way he can.so we started planning on renovating the house, got the design and i wanted to the tiniest detail, which gabriel was awesome at giving all the suggestions and he thinks so much out of the box that he gets what i am saying even if i was saying something else but i couldn’t point out what i want on my own words. It’s like he can read my mind and get alternative from there to help me save money just like what i specifically told him. Anyway, was ready to start, until my family started to have a really big problem that made me lose all my financial resources. he still supported and gave his wise advice. i feel really bad that it was supposed to be a big project that ended up having to be a garage renovation, but he was there committed all the way. nobody’s perfect, i will not lie but he and his partner made everything right down to the tiniest details. even to the point that he has to buy me a brand new lock and not just a part.the project didn’t go as smoothly as planned either but he is trust worthy that he stuck to finishing literally everything. if you’re looking for someone you can trust this is definitely the contractor you would like to have. i am most definitely keeping them and would recommend them.my garage turned out pretty good that it was the reason why people wanted to buy my house. they did it clean and nice. he gave me all the suggestions that i needed to save. he did that not even just for the house but also for future income gaining suggestions to earn equity. when there would be something that i didn’t think was good they were always there almost the same day everyone i call even when the project was already done. like having warranty but better.

Elite Home BuildersWe had some major problems in our master bathroom due to an improper bathtub installation from many years before. Unknown to us, the bathtub floor had slowly cracked and rotted, and water was leaking into the subfloor, causing the subfloor wood to gradually rot. We finally realized there was something wrong when the floor of the tub broke through, and we started looking for someone to help us.We interviewed many contractors, most of which walked away from the job, or grossly underestimated what it would cost to fix it. We were very disillusioned and getting desperate.Thankfully, we called Elite Home Builders. Gabriel came out the next day to look at the problem. He accurately assessed our situation at the beginning. He correctly diagnosed that we had extensive water damage under our bathroom and laundry room floors, requiring a complete tear down and remodel of the master bath. He showed us where the floor was weak, and sagging. I was sad to say it, but I knew he was right.Gabriel prepared a professional contract and proposal. I have worked as a Government Contractor for decades and prepared many proposals myself, and I congratulated Gabriel on his contract skills. He addressed every concern I had, and included a detailed statement of work, estimate, and payment schedule, together with a handy folder to keep all of the related documents organized. I was very impressed with his professionalism.Once on contract, the work got off to a quick start. The work continued pretty smoothly. We knew in advance there might be some things like the laundry room floor that needed repair, and when extra things came up Gabriel created a professional change order to document any additional work. As with any contracting job, unexpected things happen. There were a few concerns, but when I brought them up they were quickly addressed.Remodeling can be stressful and unpredictable, Elite Home Builders helped to minimize these factors. Certainly, no contractor is perfect. But every time I had an issue they always resolved it, and their team always did good work.I am really happy we went with Elite Home Builders for this job.

We had a good experience with Gabriel and Sharon at Elite. We embarked on an addition on our 1k sq ft home. We added about 350 sq ft and 2 new bathrooms. One being a new main suite. Gabriel did a great job walking us through the project early on and Sharon was a good site manager. Would do work with them again.

I met with a couple of contractors to build me an ADU and then with Elite home builders. During the appointment Gabriel took the time to explain all the details like costs, timelines, finishes, warranties, expectations etc… He also offered to go with me to go shop for all the fixtures to help me design the space so that it looks great. Now 5 months later, my ADU is finished and looks awesome. Gabriel, Sharon and their team did an outstanding job. I am so glad that I hired them, and highly recommend them for any construction jobs. They are honest and care about their clients.

We bought our first house in our dream neighborhood but it needed a lot of work lol. We contacted elite home builders and schedules an appointment with Gabriel for a free estimate. He came on time, he was very polite, he seemed very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted before suggesting different ways to go about it. As I mentioned the house needs a lot of work but for me the kitchen and bathrooms were most important. Gabriel came up with a great plan to remodel the house in stages to fit our needs and budget. We started with the kitchen and we finished it last week. Next will be the bathrooms and the rest of the house will follow! I just cant wait to see final results! I hired Gabriel on the first consultation. He was easy going but confident that he could help with our project. A year before we had already started attaining plans for a garage-conversion to ADU, a daunting project with many legalities with LA County not to mention with Covid and less people in the office.A month later once the plans were officially signed off, Elite started work and demo. Gabriel and Sharon were easy to talk to, set guidelines regarding timelines and were always available to talk. Very reliable. Even when we did have a few hiccups regarding a possible gas leak, we solved it as quickly as possible.The creativeness and craftsmanship are great and the work looks amazing. Nicer than my own house.

We found Gabriel and Sharon very reliable and more importantly, honest.Gabriel was consistent and available every time we called. He was very communicative and made sure we were informed. That is a gigantic plus.If you want contractors who are honest and wont gouge you for prices or extra unnecessary work, they are the ones to call.
