I went in with a laptop with a cracked screen hoping to get it fixed, but the parts were expensive to buy online since it was such an old model. so shaw sold me a newer, used laptop for the price of what the replacement parts would’ve been, then transferred everything from the old laptop to the new laptop for free. great service, great product, and great conversations with shaw :) thank you for everything!!

My FreeNAS drive stopped responding so I contacted them to restore the data. I was really worried that I had lost all my data however they were able to retrieve the data and replace the motherboard and save me several thousands of dollars in data recovery fees! Highly recommend them as they are honest and very experienced in their profession.

Very responsive and prompt. Didnt push me towards a more expensive purchase. Let me know the macbook that was less expensive could do the things i needed, even though i upgraded. He was also personable. I would give him business again. Of course i have a warranty and i just bought it so ill update in 30 days on whether i had any problems product wise.

I recently had an issue with my Toshiba laptop computer. Suddenly It would not charge or power on. My power source was good and I wa stuck. Monday morning I found Elite Buyer Corp. Shaw is THE BEST! I got to my office planning to get tons of work done today and I found that my laptop was not finding any WiFi networks for some reason.. I figured Id take it to geek squad but had had a bad experience there with my last CPU.. I literally Google for computer repair in Long Beach and Elitebuyer came up. I called and Shaw answered, asked me a few questions, and told me I could bring my Laptop in.. He seemed to work like a surgeon immediately finding and fixing the problem before I was able to finish one game of Uno on my phone! I didnt believe he had fixed it that fast..He also generously did it free of charge for me since it didnt take him much time. Hes very experienced and hes also handsom ( Not sure if hes single ladies 😂) I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable IT professional. Great quick and professional service. My Mid 2010 Mac Mini had a corrupted hard drive, and my 2015 13 inch retina scan MacBook needed a new battery — also needed to upgrade my memory. I sent it in on Monday and everything was done by Wednesday. Local business, so you’re supporting the community too.

Mr. Shah saved my $1000 laptop going to trash. The issue was not something that has a defined guideline to fix, shash with his experience fixed with a smart try. The price is right and believe me he is a conversationalist unlike his looks.Point to note his shop is in 2 nd floor and you will have to go through stairs.

Had been having lots of problems with my HP laptop recently...no fun! Microsoft werent much help and neither was HP...that is, unless I wanted to pay an arm & a leg for their help. Found John @ EliteBuyer Corp in Craigslist ads and was able to get an 8.1 Windows reinstall Dvd and it only cost $25. Installed it today and works like a charm! Great guy and what a great help.
