My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Rosenstein’s since a car accident in March, and this practice is absolutely wonderful! He’s meticulous in his treatment and has been helpful in his approach to healing us from our injuries. The staff are so incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for honest, dependable chiropractic and PT care.

Dr. Ben and his team are wonderful to work with. He is personable and friendly. He takes the time to get to know you and what your body needs and doesn’t push anything on you that you don’t feel comfortable with. I’ve appreciated his professionalism in his line of work. I’ve gone to him for almost a year now and have gotten adjustments and muscle work with him. I thoroughly enjoy it and the time he puts into our sessions. I’ve been going to Dr. Ben for almost two years now. I came in for a back injury I’ve had for over 6 years and nothing was working for me. I had tried everything from physical therapy to acupuncture and my pain was just getting worse to the point where i stopped being active and had to sit all the time. I will never forget walking into to my first session hunched over and I can happily say I stand up straight now and feel so much lighter and feel great. I have been going every week for adjustments and spinal decompression and It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for my health! Dr. Ben has saved my back and really helped me get back to where I was before the accident. I can’t thank him enough. Dr. tony is amazing. full of energy, extra respectful and he really cares about helping us relieve pain. i never had a chiropractor get everything. super comfortable on my neck but still gets every pop. will adjust me all the down down to the bottom of my spine i never had that before in my life as a 6’2 270lb man. i’d recommend elite to anyone around me who may be in pain. thanks dr tony

With some serious back issues and having never been to a chiropractor before; I was quite nervous. Dr. Ben and the staff are very assuring, relaxed, friendly and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Ben. I had back pain that seemed all consuming following a recent delivery of my second child. It became almost impossible to lift the car seat or take her out of the crib. Dr. Tony has been incredible to work with! I first started seeing him in mid 2022 after experiencing some debilitating back pain that made it difficult to walk and uncomfortable to sit. I had to quit bowling for the last couple months of the season in order to heal. After a few months of frequent visits, Dr. Tony got my back feeling back to normal, and able to resume my daily routine with no back pain! He is very thorough with his exams and explains why he is performing certain adjustments. He makes sure I am comfortable with the adjustments before performing them and okay with the pressure of stretches to ensure Im comfortable and not in pain.Gina and Lisa at the front are super friendly too and a joy to see each time I walk into the office! Dr. Tony was INCREDIBLE!! My wife and I have never been to a chiropractor before so naturally we were SUPER nervous. My wife even walked in holding her hands nervously. Dr. Tony made us feel very comfortable, and new exactly where to focus his attention on based on the information we shared on our pre-patient form. He is very educated and was able to articulate why weve had pain in certain areas. After his adjustments we both felt the pressure was relieved, and have not experienced anymore pain. I went in on Thursday, December 21st and tomorrow will be a week since my adjustment by Dr. Ben. I still feel great! I was sore after my adjustment, which was expected but I slept better, the tension headaches and burning shoulder pain that Id normally get by the end of the day was nearly non-existent. I have seen multiple chiropractors in the past and I have to say Dr. Tony is the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. He is thorough and does not rush. He doesn’t just go into the routine of pop/crack/bye. He adjusts based on what your body needs and how your body responds to the adjustment. He made an adjustment today that I have never seen done by any chiropractor before and it felt really good! He did that as the prior adjustment was not enough based on how my body is responding. I’ve been seeing Dr Ben for several years and I really have to say he’s the best at what he does. He uses holistic measures to workout (Gua sha/aka scrapping) the tight knots and spots in anywhere from my arms to my calves when I have muscle tightness. Dr Ben doesn’t just focus on treating symptoms but aims to address the root cause of the problem. His holistic healing methods includes a combination of chiropractic adjustments, technology, and management techniques. I went to Elite Chiropractic when I had a sudden bout of tendinitis in my shoulder. I’d never been to a chiropractor nor had I ever had this kind of injury. My arm gave out and was in so much pain. Dr. Ben worked on my shoulder and it felt so much better within a few days! He taught me stretches and recommendations for a machine I could use at home. Dr Ben is a great chiropractor and a very caring doctor. I feel like I’m his #1 patient given the level of care he’s provides. I see Dr Ben for my general chiropractic care to keep body functioning optimally, and he has helped me bring my painful shoulder back to nearly full function with release work and proper adjustments. I had lost flexibility, function, and could no longer swim without pain and discomfort. Also couldn’t sleep well. This has been an ongoing overuse injury for over 5 years for which I felt better off and on under other doctors care, but at times it was debilitating. Dr Ben has fixed my shoulder. Dr. Tony has been amazing. I had the worst back spasms prior to coming in. I couldn’t stand without collapsing and every step was painful. I couldn’t sit down for any period of time without feeling excruciating pain.My lower back pain and middle back pain was all bunched up causing many spasm that were just brutal. I also had radiating pain going down my right leg. Let’s just say I was in the worst pain of my life and it was miserable. I couldn’t play with my kids, hang out with my wife or even do simple things like a leisurely stroll.When I found Elite Chiro, I had no idea how great of a decision I was making by coming in. I met Dr. Tony and first thing I noticed is he is very caring, listens and wanted to know my history of injuries. After intently paying attention to all my details, he put me on Spinal Decompression treatment.At first I was worried the treatment would hurt buts it’s gentle and I enjoy it. I always feel brand new after a treatment. The Spinal Decomp table has worked wonders for me. Dr. Tony knew how to program it correctly for me as a custom decompression for my specific pain.I have now been here about 5 times and I feel way better than when I first came in. I have my life back. This was a life changing decision to have Dr.Tony’s help. He’s also done adjustments for me and I’m excited for my further treatments on my road back to being normal.Btw, I walked 7-8 miles the other day for a total of 17K steps. Also for a week straight have been averaging 13K steps a day. Dr. Tony taught me that movement is medicine and I’m glad to be walking around so much. I came to see Dr. Ben after years of having chronic back pain and frequent injuries. With working with him I have seen immense improvement in my mobility and have gone for the first time in years with no injuries in almost 6 months. I have been going to Ben Rosenstein for years for managing my back injury. He is so knowledgeable and always full of suggestions that help manage my pain. Ive had 2 great visits with Dr. Ben. I have scoliosis, & had almost my whole spine fused as a teen. As a result I have some sciatica, carry a lot of tension in the unfused areas, and the 2 unfused discs are a bit compressed. During my first visit, I tried the cold laser treatment, which is a great way to relieve pain & inflammation. Dr. Ben also recommended spinal decompression therapy, so I booked that for my 2nd appointment. Its basically like a massage table with moving parts, so they can stretch out specific target areas (in my case it was entirely focused on those 2 lumbar discs). The treatment relieves the pressure on the discs and facilitates healing. Ive already recommended it to 3 friends. Im a firm believer in treatments like light therapy & spinal decompression, over narcotics or more invasive injections/surgery. If youre looking for safe, natural ways to relieve your pain, I highly recommend you see Dr. Ben!

Go see Dr. Ben! I was skeptical about seeing a chiropractor until I was referred by a friend to see him. I don’t have any major injuries but the repetitiveness of sitting at a desk all day does take a toll on your body in a different way. I remember being slightly nervous at my first chiro visit for an adjustment but Dr. Ben did an excellent job in explaining the process and educating me about the practice so I felt completely comfortable from the start. Besides routine adjustments, he was able to treat my forearm and wrist pain that had been built up likely from extensive computer typing. He also showed me some at-home stretches and moves to do on my own time to help with the pain in between visits. 10/10 recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Ben!

I am a patient of Dr Tony’s. I’ve been going to him for the past 3+ years. Because of my nature of tech work, sitting in front of laptop in bad posture for too long, I had developed terrible neck/shoulder/back/wrist pain. I saw physio therapists and it didn’t help much. After Seeing Dr Tony weekly, I saw much improvement in my back and neck. I am able to work without feeling miserable. I also saw Dr Tony regularly throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. February of 2022 I was training to qualify for the Boston Marathon and tweaked my lower back on a training run. In 2013 I injured my back as a paramedic resulting in back surgery. After surgery I never felt entirely healed. While in school afterwards, long periods of sitting and traveling would cause me tremendous discomfort and pain. Dr. Tony is the best chiropractor I have ever experienced by a wide mile. Living in Hillsborough, I have much closer options in Burlingame but have always traveled to Dr. Tony because he is simply the best. He has a great sense as to how to balance treatments with real life activities, especially sports. Hes overwhelmingly positive all the time. And his adjustments are off the charts great. Luckily, I got referred to a wonderful chiropractor, Dr. Cresci, who was able to give me a great plan of attack to help get me feeling better and advice to making sure I knew how to make sure I heal faster.I had a lot of neck and shoulder pain after my accident, getting rear ended on the freeway pretty hard and being slammed into the car in front of me.
