I had Elite Artificial Grass install artificial turf in my backyard in May 2019. This is single handedly the best project Ive done at my house. From the first visit with Eldridge, getting everything scheduled and the installation, it was a pleasant experience. I have three small dogs who like to run around the yard & the grass still looks like they just installed it. Ive had zero smell issues due to dog urine either. The quality of the product they sell is top notch. I have no complaints about Elite Artificial Grass. I highly recommend them!

Elite did a great job on our front and backyard. Elite’s quote was very competitive to the other 4 quotes we got and we were able to view some of their instillation work on their customers front yards. We changed our minds a few times in the process because we wanted a very specific look and feel to the turf (We also have kids and a play structure and the turf we got feels great and provides a safe play area), but Eldridge was there from the first quote until the install helping us with decisions, questions, and coming by multiple times to show us different options as well. We opted for the denser turf that was a little more on the higher end do to color (It was worth it). Ben the installation Foreman was great and so was his team. My wife was home for the install and she felt very comfortable with them and approached them with several questions and concerns that Ben was able to talk her through and address. We were very worried how the front yard would look because there were multiple hardscapes and slopes to install around, but Ben gave his advice and the way he installed it was great. Elite did roughly 1300n Sqft in 2 days. Best compliment I got was from my wife who said “Good job finding Elite”.

Had my front and back yard done by this company and am very satisfied with their service. From the four quotes that I got they were the second lowest but the most professional of all. From Eldridge to the proposal and all the included information to the installation was top notch. So happy the way my house looks now.

Elite Artificial Grass was very responsive on any needs or concerns that I had. Phillip walked us through all the grass options and gave great recommendations on the choices, but allowed us free range when making the decision. He also walked us through the financing options. They were patient with the changes that I needed to make during the contract process. My wife and I are very happy with the final product. Would definitely recommend Elite Artificial Grass to anyone looking to go this route.

I am glad I chose Elite for my Artificial turf project. The whole transaction was very smooth. I could see that both Sean and Eldridge cared for my business and were in constant communication. Benji the foreman and his team did an amazing job with the installation. Very professional!! Completed the whole 950 sq ft job within a day. Benji was super helpful and provided good tips/suggestions on sprinkler systems, drainage and landscaping. This company does an amazing job from start to the end. Eldridge was my sales specialist and he was very accommodating on all my questions and requests. I needed my backyard done fairly quickly and he was able to make that happen. I found out about Elite Artificial Grass on Yelp and Im so glad I did!!! My backyard was my least favorite part of my house because it was just full of ugly dirt and now it is my favorite!! From the very first email I sent with my information this company has been super prompt to respond to all emails regarding the install. The quoted price was below what I expecting to pay. The installation took most of a day, but boy was it worth it! What an amazing experience! The entire team was top-notch. From Eldridges efficiency in getting us a quote and following up, to the company going above and beyond to help us find resources that could help with other aspects of our backyard remodel, to Benjamins attention to detail throughout the install (going around boulders and tree roots so it looks so natural!), we were blown away by the process. My yard was a mess & after much procrastinating I finally decided to get it cleaned up. Although real grass is nice. I didnt want something that I had to water & maintain that much. I decided on Artifical Grass & looked for local installers. I called a few companies, but the best feeling I got was from Elite Artificial.I talked to Owen who seemed honest & his demeanor was very calm, which is what I was looking for. I didnt want a salesman who was trying to upsell me or promise me the world when they couldnt deliver. I wanted someone who is honest & could tell me that something couldnt be done or could be done, but would cost extra. Owen was great for the type of person I wanted to deal with. We hammered out all the details & scheduled the work.On the day of, Benjamin showed up with his crew. I talked to him a little about what they would do & they got to work. Man! Benjamin & his team work hard! I mean this is not easy work. It was starting to get really hot in the afternoon & they were taking old sod out & putting new grass in. Damn! Thank you for the hard work Ben. We are so happy with our artificial turf and its installation by Elite. We had detailed plans for the grass, concrete stepping stone patio, pebbles in several garden beds, irrigation for a planting bed and prepping for an above ground pool. Elite was the only turf installer who was more than happy to take care of all of our needs.Phillip was our estimator. He was very patient with us as we tried to determine which options would be most cost effective for our needs. We looked into 2 other installers and both were more expensive and also would not be able to do the entire job. Once our contract was signed they were able to jump on our job the next day. In three days our 1,400 sf backyard was transformed.Marshall and his crew did a great job. Every evening tools and materials were put back. Marshall checked in with me every step of the way, asking me questions on the finish of the concrete, type of pebbles and irrigation layout. He did whatever was necessary to finish our job to our expectations.From the initial phone call to the office to the final day of installation, Elite was professional, communicative and committed.

My consultation with Eldridge went very well. Eldridge was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy and that was one of the reason the company won the bid. Cheaper, friendly, timeline of the project was very important. I am extremely happy the way my backyard turned out. The team transformed my desert looking backyard to kid friendly backyard. Now my little boys can play basketball in the concrete area and roll around in the artificial turf. Marshall and his team were the most hard working team Ive ever seen. They completed my backyard in 3 full days. I was watching them work throughout the whole process from ground breaking to finish and they hardly took breaks and worked really hard all day. Wow, beautiful work!I contacted Elite because of their numerous great reviews. Phillip came right out to measure, brought tons of samples to pick from and offered recommendations based on my needs of having 2 large dogs. He sent me a quote within a few days and it was very reasonable in comparison with other companies I had received quotes from. Elite have the best pricing and quality turf compare to other vendors, so I decided to go with them.Owen was our guy that helped me with all the questions and the layout that I wanted. The elite artificial grass team did a great job with installing my pet turf in my backyard. Phillip and Sean jumped in to make sure I was taken care of. They were outstanding. In fact Sean the owner was very communicative and was able to resolve any issues right away. I dont know of any other company owner that would jump in so quickly and do what they could to make sure i was happy. Elite customer service is awesome..especially Eldridge! He was super attentive and responsive and made me feel at ease about my first landscaping experience. Im a new homeowner and dont have a much knowledge when it comes to home upgrades, but Eldridge really made me feel at ease with his patience. He really took the time to provide me with as much info as possible. I shopped around for several different quotes but decided on Elite due to their overall great impression and price. Quote was pretty similar everywhere else since there is a minimum for installing artificial turf and the area of my backyard patio is pretty small (300 sq ft). Once we agreed on a set price, we scheduled a date pretty quick. Installation day came and since it was going to take the whole day I trusted Eldridge and his team to handle the installation without me at home. I found Elite while searching on yelp for reputable, quality turf installer. I scheduled an appointment and their sales manager Owen stop by next day right on time with several samples. He spent almost 30 minutes understanding my project, drawing the plan and measuring the project area compare to 5 minutes spent by other companies that I called before. Next day, I received itemized estimate for the project which was competitive and within my budget. Owen was very flexible and started the project around my schedule that I requested. He also helped me with the rebate program that I was interested in. They were able to finish the 1000 sqft front yard project in a day. Im an extremely picky shopper and always get multiple quotes when choosing a company. Eldridge accommodated my schedule and came out on a Saturday on-time and was extremely friendly and considerate. He showed us a wide array of products and gave us his honest, professional opinion on the most cost-effective product for us, based on our current and future needs. Elite Artificial Grass did an excellent job bidding, brainstorming, and installing the turf and decomposed granite for our front yard. They were reasonably priced, punctual, and completed the job on time. There were a few custom builds around our irrigation system that needed to be completed once the job started which they handed expertly as well. Furthermore, it’s been about a year since the job was completed and it still looks great, holding up to heavy rains and foot traffic. I would recommend them in the future without hesitation.

We had been researching a couple different companies to fix up our yard, although we didnt have a clear idea of what we had exactly wanted. Using the reviews I found on-line for Elite was the motivation I needed to select them for my turf installation. All the reviews were 5 star. Are they that good? Yes, they are! I had chosen a brand of turf I though I wanted but Eldrige from Elite gave me some insight into the product not being as good as it once was. Much appreciated info. He suggested the rye line as it is the most grass-like. I am happy to say I agree. We have a large front yard, 1100 sq. ft. Thats a lot of turf! We decided on the weight we wanted and the Elite crew headed up by Ben got to our house about 7:30 AM and let around 3:30 PM leaving us with a brand new, beautiful, green front yard. So, if youre considering artificial grass, please do yourself a favor, save time and money by contacting Elite first. Youll love the experience!

My overall experience with elite Artifical grass was excellent from the moment Eldridge come to our home to show us samples to the installation. Eldridge arrived wearing a mask and sanitized samples. The project was pushing back twice due to the existing bricks that needed to be removed. I had two different crew and both, half job done. Well, Elite came to the rescue and thank God they stepped up to take on the bricks removal. So glad I made the right choice chosen Elite. Overall I was satisfied with the install of my new artificial grass. The product is nice and the install was quick and easy. If I’m being honest my only issue is the communication with the company. Several emails with questions I sent were unanswered and I felt like I had to earn their business instead of the company trying to earn a customer’s business. I really had to double check all communications and contracts because the measurements were off several times and they had the wrong grass type on my contract. I would have ended up paying for extra grass if I didn’t check their work. Everything ended up okay in the end but some attention to detail is definitely needed.

I was not initially sold on the idea of turf because I love the look of real, fresh-mowed, deep green grass. The problem is our dog had ruined our yard and we needed another alternative. We went to several other companies to get quotes, and Elite was by far the most professional. Within moments of requesting a quote, I received an email with dates and times to set up a meeting. Sean and his team was excellent through out the process. His measurements were accurate and he provided excellent ideas on how the landscape could look. He also provided sketches that helped us make a informed decision.During install, his foreman noticed a potential flooding issue with one part of the lawn. He dug up a drain trench and fixed the problem for us and it was no charge on us. His team was efficient, fast and professional. They also cleaned up after they were done and provided us the extra turf left over if we wanted to do something with it.Overall the experience was excellent. I just want everyone to know how thrilled I am with how my lawn looks. Sean and his foreman Benjamin and the crew are wonderful. they came right on time. Benjamin even helped me with some sprinkler problems I had in my back yard without hesitation. they prepped the yard and put down the grass in no time. I was amazed how they worked together so professionally and quickly that I observed most of the work they did. then when they laid the sand over the grass I couldnt believe how quickly and nice it looked afterwards. they were meticulous in cleaning up. they swept and hosed and left nothing that I had to do but admire my new lawn. even neighbors and friends commented how beautiful it looked. They say what they do and do what they say. Each of them know their job and how they can make you happy. From the first prompt call back to discuss needs and timing with Sean to the consistent follow-up, detailed measuring and discussion of options with Eldridge to the final, trouble free installation with Ben, there literally were zero misses along the way.Their pricing is fair, theyve been in business for a long time and their guarantees are above average. They were my final estimate and by far the easiest to work with. They showed up on-time, with an appropriately sized crew and completed the entire job including clean-up in my yard and neighbors driveway where a little dirt had blown in one day.They needed a few extra feet of benderboard and Arizona river rock to complete the job beyond what was estimated. Ben (foreman) sent one of the workers off with the truck and it showed up before needed without stalling the project. Not only that, there was no extra charge for the extra material.Note: Ive waited about 1 month since the installation. Weve had wind, rain, heat and dust. If anything, the lawn looks better now than when it was installed. Couldnt be happier.You could get a bunch of estimates from folks you know nothing about or you could just pick up the phone and call Elite for your turf and be well taken care of. Its what they do. From start to finish this was a great company to work with. I sought quotes from several companies with almost none contacting me in return. Elite Artificial Grass (EAG) responded immediately. Their employee, Eldridge, came to my home to get all necessary information to draw up a quote. He was on time, very professional and polite. I had a lot of ideas floating around in my head for what I wanted. He said he would send me my quote that day, and he did. We went back a forth with different ideas to get the budget where I needed it, and still got what I wanted look wise. Eldridge really puts in the hours to ensure the clients are happy. Eldridge contacted me a few days prior as they had a weekend project cancellation to see if we wanted to install sooner. We were so happy it worked for both parties. I was in the market for an artificial turf for my front lawn. I sent inquiries to several installers that service the South Bay with front yard dimensions, soil condition and what I would like to have done.Elite Artificial Grass (EAG) was the first to respond and less than half an hour. We said hed look around to see if he could match it exactly. A couple days later he called us and found the turf! He even dropped it off for us to look at along with a couple other samples. He was able to scheduled the install within a couple days and the installers did an outstanding job. We had several quotes and even had other companies turn the work down since the job was small (about 130 SQFT of turf) but not Elite! I had a small job to do a back yard of a detached condo. Eldridge, an estimator came out to look and gave me an estimate. He gave suggestions on the materials and said he would be able to fix a little issue with the gate catching on a chunk of concrete. He quoted me a price considering some work that had already been done and I negotiated a little bit more off the estimate. A crew came out on the arraigned day along with Eldridge and did the job very professionally and quickly, done the same day.
