Ive been with Elias & Co. Staffing for nearly 2 months! The hiring process was definitely a great experience, if your ready for work assignments & new work environments. From the first time I meet with Ashley tejada, shes been very positive & helpful with my job search & other issues a employee may have unexpectedly. I got sick during my time with the agency, had a car problem & the agency didnt let me down. I communicated with staff & we got through it. Flexible hours, good team to depend on!!! To Ashley / Blanca & rest of staff.. thanks for your time & help! always a blessing!!! 😀

Have been to 5 agencies in the past 2 weeks. Was on my way to another one and stumbled upon Elias and Co. Was told to complete application online and come in next day for my badge. They make you spend money on getting certified for What they tell you the company is asking for. But when you get there they dont even bother to acknowledge your osha Certification they would rather certified you through their company. So ladies and gentlemen I dont recommend this agency. Don’t wasted your time with this agency, they only cater to Spanish workers. I’ve applied to this agency in August and only worked one day. The recruiter Alondra said she place me on the availability/priority list back in September of 2022. It’s January 23, 2023 and I haven’t been place on any assignments since then. When I asked to Alondra to speak to her supervisor and corporate number? She decides to hang up in my face and not answer my phone calls afterwards.
