We absolutely loved working with Eli from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we needed a very attentive realtor agent. We were fortunate enough to meet Eli at one of his open houses where he offered us his services.Eli toured several homes with us and never once made us feel pressured to purchase a home that did not fit our requirements. When we found the right home, we asked Eli to contact the seller’s agent every week for four weeks until the seller was willing to negotiate the terms. Throughout the process, Eli was accessible at any time of the day, kept us up-to-date, and fully answered our endless list of questions with thoughtful and insightful responses. His guidance through the Escrow process was spot on and he always gave us honest advice in regards to inspection, insurance, and remodeling.Today, we finally got the keys to our home. Eli brought a bottle of Champagne and a hand written note to celebrate this occasion with us. We would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing or selling their home!

Eli was nothing short of spectacular! My wife Dena and I had peace of mind throughout the whole selling process of our home. Eli really knows his market; how to price it; and how to advertise and sell it. He made everything crystal-clear; anticipated all our questions; volunteered his experience/expertise and made sure that we were comfortable throughout the whole process. We only wished that he was our buying agent as well when looking for a home in Arizona. I am not one to write reviews, but this time is definitely well deserved…and I only wish Eli and his family the best…we will miss him.

Eli has helped us tremendously. He was able to sell our house with multiple offers within a week and over asking price. Eli was very courteous, professional and responsive throughout the whole process. The escrow closed smoothly without any issues. Highly recommended!

Elis communication is by far, the best I have ever experienced in real estate. He is an excellent marketer, persistent, and aggressive. At the same time, he remains calm through the turbulence of the real estate process. We would highly recommend Eli, especially in this competitive profession.We made the right choice when we hired Eli to represent us through the sale of our property. Our property was listed after Eli staged, beautifully photoed, and aggressive marketed. We had four offers within one week. Three of the four were at or above listing price and we closed within one month.

My mom and I were referred to Eli by a family friend. We met Eli and actually started working with him before signing a contract. We felt very comfortable with him. We listened to all suggestions that Eli made regarding our house and setting it up for the best possible showing. Although we had to put a little bit of work into following the suggestions, we never once felt that the suggestions were off the mark or unnecessary. We always felt that Eli had our best interests at heart. We always felt we were important to him and were a priority with him. It was a really good feeling to know that he was on our side and always thought of ways to think “outside the box.”Although our house was an older home (built in the late 50’s) and needed some major upgrades which we did not do, Eli had our house in escrow in less than a week and also had multiple offers above asking price. We were so happy! Eli was on the ball with the steps that needed to be taken and forms that needed to be filled out, and escrow was very smooth. The whole process was wonderful. There were times that my mom and I got scared but Eli always listened to us and talked us through the issue(s) and always made us feel good about the process.After we sold our house, we were going to look for a house to buy in Lancaster. Eli was going to refer us to someone else but mom and I decided that we felt so good and comfortable with Eli that we wanted him to be our realtor in Lancaster, too. Eli did not know anything about Lancaster but quickly got the lay of the land and understood which areas we needed to look at and which areas we were to avoid.Purchasing the house in Lancaster took much longer than selling our house in West Hills but Eli was super patient with us and always answered our questions and concerns. Eli was not only accessible at all times with the purchase of the house but he was the same when we sold our house. There were multiple issues regarding the purchasing of the house in Lancaster and mom and I got quite scared. There was a point where mom and I wanted to walk away from a house that we had put an offer on but Eli explained to us the benefits of not walking away and trusting him that he had our best interests at heart. Ultimately, we listened to Eli and were very happy that not only we did not walk away from the house but we were able to get it at a very good price (all Eli’s doing).We really appreciated how Eli gave us his honest opinions and looked at situations through our lenses. We were able to ask him anything and he always answered. If he was not quite sure about an issue or how to handle it, he would consult with others and understand the issue and then get back to us with an answer that he knew was honest and real. No matter how busy he was with other clients, we never felt slighted or that he did not care about us. He always made us a priority.All throughout the selling and purchasing of homes, mom and I felt that not only was Eli our realtor but he was a friend. He very quickly became our friend. We are in constant contact with him even though the purchase of the home has been completed for a while. We both value his opinion(s) and are very happy that he is in our lives.There are no words to tell anyone how much we appreciate Eli and his hard work and how much we love that he has become a family friend. Anyone that hires Eli Kogman will have a wonderful experience and know that he works so hard on their behalf.

Eli is an amazing person who cares a lot about his clients. He will not push you to buy what you dont want. He is very honest and will explain and will provide you with all information you need. He is our #1 Broker agent, cannot wait to start our second round with him.

5 plus stars for Eli Kogman! We simply got amazing results working with Eli as our agent, representing us as both sellers and buyers. Eli sold our home fast, with multiple offers, and above asking price. This during a supposedly slow market. Then Eli got us into our dream house, helping us navigate through multiple offers on the new home as well! Eli is responsive, detail oriented, knowledgeable, and hard working. Eli was professional, warm, accommodating, and friendly, from our first meeting. He was always there for me whenever I needed him. He took the time to prepare my home for showing, did a beautiful job staging it, and it sold very quickly - with less selling hassle, and for over my asking price! Now, it was time to find my new home. Eli stayed within the perimeters of exactly what I wanted, and found me just the perfect place...for under asking price. On both ends, he got things done and included, that I didn’t expect. The entire experience was as it should be, fun and exciting. I have bought and sold many homes in my life, but I truly have never been as completely pleased with any realtor, as I am with Eli Kogman.
