Michael at ELG Insurance Services is an absolute pleasure to work with. We had been working with another short-term vacation rental insurance provider but I wasnt happy with the rates or the level of customer service I was experiencing. I called Michael and he put together a quote that was more affordable and didnt compromise any coverage within the policy. He took his time to explain the details in the policy so I had a thorough understanding of how our business and the guests staying at our vacation rentals would be covered. Michael is also very quick to respond to questions and overall is just really a nice guy. 5-Star service without hesitation.

The process to double-check my coverage limits desired were adequate for my needs, then switch insurance carriers and place coverage was quick and easy.
