When I had a family member pass away and I was tasked with selling their home, the professionals at Elevate Realty Group were there every step of the way to assist. It was a difficult situation for me living 1200 miles away and trying to sell a home that hadnt been updated since it was built in the early 60s. Lucky for me I was able to find Steve and fully leverage his Home Renovation Conciege Program. Steve and his team decided what elements of the home to renovate for the highest return and to attract potential buyers. They lined up the contractors, purchase the materials, scheduled everything, and even paid for it when I didnt have the funds available. We also had to have a very quick turn around with the rising mortgage rates in order to get the property on the market. It was an extremely smooth process from start to finish. I would definitely use Steve and his team again if I had a property I was going to sell or if I was purchasing a property.

This is long overdue. We contacted Elevate Realty last year when my husband got a new job in Arkansas. We intentionally chose Elevate Realty to help us sell our home while having to plan and coordinate a cross-country move. My husband had to leave and start his new job, while I stayed behind to pack. The Concierge program was perfect for us. We met with Nick Gonzales who did an amazing job. Throughout the whole process from the initial meeting to after closing, Nick helped us with every step. He was always in contact with us, answering all our questions, and keeping us informed.Elevate Realty took care of so much for us with their Concierge program that I don’t think we could have done it on our own. Their service provided the relief and confidence that our house would be in good hands, not only with the long distance move but also in the challenging market. We received an offer within days of our house going on the market. Nick and his team were always there for us while we were miles away until the end and even after closing. I can’t say enough about them. I would use Elevate Realty again if I ever needed to and especially for a long-distance move.

After listing our home for sale with a realtor we had previously used to purchase a home, we were sure we had made the perfect choice having a previous relationship with this realtor. Our family was initially impressed with all the service offered by Steve LaMothe through Elevate. What appeared as a monumental task was made feasible with the offer to finance, provide management over the upgrades and fixes. and help us clear items from the home to prepare it for sale. Once we approved the design, we were kept apprised of the schedule of work and staging. We were impressed with how closely all the work went as scheduled. Steve and his staff (big thanks to Christina) were always available for our questions/concerns. The DocuSign process made the signing process convenient and less stressful when we were unable to meet in person.With the work and staging complete, Steve advertised the house in a multitude of media outlets. The family appreciated the regular stream of information provided by the app offered by Elevate to know when the house was being shown and the responses by those viewing the property. We received an offer within the first week on the market and others shortly after. The house sold quickly.In total, the whole process was professional and thorough from beginning to end. I have bought and sold several properties in Texas and California in the past few years and have seen the good, the bad and the rest out there.Late last year I was stuck. I needed to sell my house but the market was soft, the economic outlook dismal and getting worse, and buyers were scarce at the worst time of year. My wife and I had been trying to sell since summer. Early on a Saturday morning I made a few desperation calls and Steve called me back within minutes (shock - a call back!). He was encouraging. He met my wife and me on Tuesday with a plan. He gave us a direct, no-nonsense approach and some choices. Looking back, we could have signed off on everything right then and there but we took the first step, then another, then another . . . At several points, my wife and I wanted to diverge but ultimately found the original plan to be the best. Steves knowledge, method and feel for the market were right on the money, literally. We closed right before New Years and could not be more grateful.Elevate Realty Group operates on a completely different level, both conceptually and operationally, than anything Ive seen in private real estate. I have many friends in the business, even regarding this transaction, and kind of hope they dont finally ask me about this sale because the truth might crush them in comparison. Steve and his group made what we thought was impossible- possible! We live in Texas, but needed to sell our home in Roseville. From the very first meeting, Steve was clear and enthusiastic about the entire process. The home was still furnished and needed lots of TLC. Elevate prepared our less than desirable home for the market. From coordinating the pick up of our SUV with a trucking company for delivery, through the entire inside and out make ready process, to selling all the remaining furniture, and finally selling the home. I had a great experience with the Elevate Group from my first meeting with Steve to the time of Closing. I participated in the Trade-In program where the mortgage company facilitates 90% of the value of the home in advance so we can buy our new home before selling our current home. Steve and the Elevate Group were great at facilitating all the meetings, explaining the process and keeping track of the main milestones. They went above and beyond of what is expected from a realty company as they took care of everything setting up the cleaning, designing the house, and scheduling the repairs of the house. We, the sellers, took our hands off the wheel and let Steve and his team drive the whole selling process while keeping us updated through the dashboard. Extremely professional. I would contract with them again!

Elevate Realty Group deserves 100 stars! This is my second home sale with them and the entire process was great. I highly recommend Steve, Christina and Lauren. I was selling my home to move out of state. I left town, but was constantly kept aware of time lines, work progress and had all paperwork explained before I needed to sign. Their concierge service was the cherry on top! It made the sale go faster, made my home look great, and I didnt have to lift a finger! My experience with Elevate Realty was top notch. The main reason I chose them was to take advantage of their concierge program. They fronted me money to make some costly repairs and to get my entire house painted, at no interest. It was deducted from the proceeds of the sale. Nick Gonzales and his associate Christina. were always in touch; it seemed like 24-7. I was moving out of state, leaving precious family behind and it was very emotional for me. Nick and Christina were very compassionate about that and understood what a hard move it was. Their group offers some fun perks which I was not able to take advantage of because of timing...free movie nights, Thanksgiving pies and family photo opportunities. My husband and I just sold our home and purchased a new one during the crazy market in April. We have bought and sold many homes, but this was our first time working with Steve and Elevate Realty Group. I was amazed by the service and support offered by Steve and his team. Never before have we worked with a realtor who helped us not only with the logistics and expected tasks of buying and selling a home, but they also helped us with EVERY small detail. They provided referrals for every sort of service we needed along the way: staging, cleaning, moving, repairing, updates on our new home, selling items, and many more. Many of our needs during the buying and selling process were last minute and unexpected (suddenly needing a handyman) and they always helped us secure the service we needed right away. They treated us like we were their friends, not clients. During this market, homes were receiving multiple offers well above asking price and buying a home was extremely competitive. Steve went above and beyond to help us secure a new home without absurdly over-paying, as was the current trend. Steve even sent the sellers a guarantee our loan would go through even if the house under appraised, or his company would buy the house. His company, of course, did not need to buy the house but it helped the seller feel more secure about our offer and accept it. I highly recommend Steve and his team. We narrowed down three realty group and after interviewing all found that Steve and his team were more upfront and honest about certain things like where the market is heading and what to do in conflict of interest situations.After agreeing to be represented by his team we worked with Nick Gonzalas who was great. Steve listened to our concerns and made us feel at ease as we were relocating out of state and so we had the extra pressure of selling and finding a place out of state on a tight deadline. Steve and his team are a fantastic group! First off, we listed our home early February, 2020. Then we were faced with the COVID-19 crisis in the middle of trying to sell our home, and buying a new house. We had a potential buyer abandon the deal after we signed a counter offer, a second buyer walk away one week after we began the escrow process, and finally got it sold with an unscrupulous third buyer.I believe the majority of agents out there are unethical. Be careful who you trust to sell your home. Poor Steve had to deal with agents with zero professional ethics, a lack of knowledge on how to do their job, and flat-out liars. Steve handled everything with amazing grace, and was truly empathetic toward us as his clients and our horrible situation we were facing. At one point, the stress was so intense and Steve had to deliver ANOTHER set of bad news (believe me, there were several) I literally had a raging meltdown with Steve on the phone. He just let me rant, and I have to say there were times that I was out of line, but Steve understood I was at the end of my rope! There arent many agents out there who exhibit that level of empathy and actually CARE about their clients well-being.Steve also kicked us back $2500 of his commission due to the COVID-19 crisis, something he offered all his clients. This really helped. He even offered to try and find us toilet paper when we were running low!!! The Elevate Team even offered to help folks in the community impacted by COVID-19. I dont know how many agents out there concern themselves with the well-being of the community, but this is just one example of how Steve is a cut above the rest.Everyone on Steves team was great to interact with, and super attentive. Our goal to move to be with family out of state seems overwhelming from the start. First meeting with Steve we set goals for the sell and move dates. It was completely overwhelming but Steve and The Team got the cleaning & staging finished up within the week at no cost.
