My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and we are so glad that we chose Brad as our realtor. The home buying process is a stressful experience, but Brad proved to be a patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful guide throughout the whole process. He gave us supremely helpful advice when it came down to putting in offers and we appreciated his wealth of experience. My family and I absolutely loved working with Brad in purchasing a house. He is very patient with all the showings and helped us understand the real value and the potential for any home we visited. He is also very honest in providing feedback about a house and doesnt hold back on any negatives. When it comes to the right home he makes every effort on his side to get the offer stand out and accepted among the so many competitors. Brad is a top notch realtor who is excellent to work with. He is extremely responsive at all hours and responds to any questions or requests thoroughly and promptly. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Brad’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. He sold our home and negotiated rent back time, allowing us to stay in the home we sold while looking for our new house. This was extremely helpful with two little kids. He helped us find the perfect house for our family, he negotiated the price and we got the house! He is detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Brad continuously let us know what the next steps would be along the way and always kept us up to date with any information. It was such a pleasure to work with him, we absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling!

Brad was the best decision we made in our home buying experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers—but were self-proclaimed market experts based on our daily browsing and analysis of Redfin listings and sales. We honestly thought having a realtor was just a formality and wouldn’t make much of a difference, we were wrong. The market in the spring and summer of 2021 were grueling. But throughout the process Brad walked us through each step (offering insights on the neighborhood, price, pros on the listing, concerns, etc) to allow us to make informed competitive offers that we were comfortable with—and gave us the reassurance to continue on after a few rejections. The real estate search can feel transactional and sometimes hopeless—but Brad makes you feel like you’re doing it with a friend with your best interests in mind. Brad is knowledgeable, personable and responsive. We couldn’t have found “the one” without his hardwork and help, coming back to him for all our real estate needs!

Brad is the epitome of professionalism. Our first experience with realty in the bay area and so glad we went with Brad. He is not pushy, but he has your back - always ready to answer questions and offer his extremely valuable perspective that comes from his many years of experience. We had to deal with a rather tricky LA and thankfully we had Brad navigating all those. We came upon a situation midway after the offer had been accepted and Brad was quick to offer consulting advise from his companys attorney. Brad happily shared his contacts for getting work done around the house like contractors, painters etc. He and his team(Josh and Selena) come with a very positive and cheerful attitude and make this very stressful process of homebuying rather peaceful and easy. He will factor in all your needs and wants ; your budget and in every situation guide you through the process. Many a time offering advice based on his own life experiences. We used Brad Le Realty in 2018 to buy our first single family home in South Bay.We are so glad our lender recommended we go with Brad when we were looking to switch realtors. In the competitive and crazy bay area market, as buyers one needs any advantage they can get. For us having Brad as our agent, was definitely one of them! He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, the pricing and knows exactly how to structure the offer so you can be sure to know that you will at least be countered. He helped us with two offers before we landed our current home and in both cases we were the second highest, with the highest offer being a lot more than ours and a lot more than the expected appraisal value. We still got countered, and thats saying something! He is extremely responsive over email, text and phone so you dont have to keep trying to find a time to talk.One of his biggest strengths is to analyze the comps and determining the expectation for the appraisal. Most people in the bay area would be familiar with the frustration that comes with not being able to go in with a contingent offer to make it competitive but also having to worry about the house appraising at value. With Brads thorough cost analysis, appraisal was one of the things we never had to worry about.As part of the whole process, Brad also helped us with renting out our current condo and finding suitable tenants!Without Brad we probably still would have been in the market looking for a home making one offer after another! Thanks to Brad, we were able to find a house that we truly love and are proud to call home! We know we will definitely be working with Brad going forward whether its to buy or sell.
