We are so glad we found Elena. She is a professional. She provides great guidance/advice and listens to your needs and wants with mindfulness to your personal situation. Because of her experienced advice, we were so happy we missed out on a house but found a much, much better house at the end. As first-time home buyers, we were extremely lucky to work with Elena! In our first 10 minutes of our first meeting we knew we are dealing with a top-level professional who has our best interest at heart. Elena was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process, always providing all the necessary information, always responding fast to our calls and messages, always ready to answer any questions and address any concerns. For every property we were seeing, we were immediately able to see a much broader picture, not only the property itself — Elena would quickly add a ton of relevant information, all thanks to her vast experience and knowledge of East Bay cities and neighborhoods, school districts, shopping centers, etc. While looking at homes, she would always point out important things to consider, be it noise levels, parts of the house that definitely needed renovation or something else — things that we wouldn’t think of on our own! Elena is wonderful. She knows what she’s doing and is great at her job. I trust her and she has her clients’ best interest at heart, sharing her thoughts and being genuine throughout. In this crazy market, Elena would make herself available to tour any home with me within a day or two. She got an offer together for me under a strict deadline, and I ended up getting a home in the exact location I wanted in a very competitive market. Elena’s extremely responsive and professional and gives solid advice. I would love to work with her again in the future.

We cant be more thankful to have Elena as our realtor. She represented us from both perspectives: as sellers and then as buyers. We were in the difficult position of selling our house and buying another one in a fairly short time frame. With Elenas help we were able to sell our house and buy a new one in a very competitive market (we competed against all cash offers). Her negotiations skills were essential in both transactions and she has successfully managed the complicated issues of the business. She had a pivotal role in helping us navigate through an exceptionally difficult and tedious sale, all while keeping the purchase of our new home alive. She was never out of touch and actively followed up with each and every party involved in the selling/buying process to make sure we were all moving forward together. She made herself available no matter it was early Sunday morning, late at night, or when she was out of country/town. She is patient and knowledgeable, highly responsive and reliable. Elena was tremendously invested in our process, and very sensitive of our time commitments during such a busy time in our lives. There were many details we relied on her for and she took care of them. This review is long overdue! Elena is hands down the best realtor in the east bay. We worked with Elena to buy our first house in 2015. When we decided we needed a bigger place a few months ago we contacted Elena. She had been amazing in 2015 and had kept in touch, offering housing advice to us more than once. Our selling experience was wonderful. On her suggestion, we had some minor work done on the house to get it ready to sell. She organized all of it and even got us a light fixture we needed and power washed our fence! The sale was a stress-free experience because of her, which was good since I was heavily pregnant and delivered my baby in the middle of the process. We got an excellent price for our home, far beyond what we expected. My husband and I are so thankful to have Elena as our realtor! You will not be disappointed putting your trust in her.

Elena Mendelson is a true professional. Her personal and professional qualities deserve highest respect. It is very hard to find someone dedicated to their craft, but with Elena you will not be disappointed. From the moment of our initial conversation with Elena, and until our closing day, my wife and I never felt being pushed to make a rushed decision. She was extremely responsive to our phone calls, texts and emails, and was always on top of all the hurdles during the process and would follow up immediately. Home buying is very stressful, and thankfully Elena was by our side to take the edge off through her confidence, knowledge and responsiveness. In the end we got what we wanted, in the price range we wanted, with the loan and rate that we wanted. I couldn’t ask for more! I would recommend Elena to anyone who is looking to buy a house and needs help. I know I certainly will use her services again in the future.

Elena is the BEST OF THE BEST!My fiance and I just moved into our first home thanks to Elena. Less than 2 months since our first meeting with her! We had interviewed several agents who specialized in the east bay, specifically the Walnut Creek area. What we quickly realized is none of them had the expertise and local knowledge that Elena has. She was able to speak directly to each neighborhood, street, traffic level, and school district of Walnut Creek. She is an expert in her field and is extremely kind. We knew we found the one!Being new to the home buying process, Elena walked us through every single step. She set up an hour intro call with us to hear our wants, desires, must haves, and give us a detailed overview of the buying process, and what we should be looking at based on our budget. We were very nervous to start our home search based on hearing the craziness of the Bay Area market and add in the extra craziness due to COVID. Elena made this overwhelming process smooth and easy. She shared several listings both on market and soon to be on the market and assisted us with several visits.
