Anna is the reason our daughter has a little sister. I could not recommend Anna enough for any women suffering from fertility and menstrual cycle issues.I was introduced Anna in December 2020 when I was past my due date with my first daughter and my doula Nicolle Kasch recommended her Accupuncture services to help start labor. After one treatment my water broke.Unfortunately after my first pregnancy I suffered from secondary fertility issues. I had an ectopic pregnancy in December 2021 and another in March 2022. After my second ectopic I felt lost and helpless and again our doula recommended Anna, but this time for her fertility services.I started seeing Anna regularly in June 2022. After pregnancy loss my menstrual cycle was a mess and within two Accupuncture treatments my cycle was perfect. I told Anna I wanted to wait until September 2022 to try again for another baby and she was supportive and encouraging. October 2022 I had a positive pregnancy test and continued treatments throughout my pregnancy which gave me confidence, support, and helped me have an incredibly healthy comfortable pregnancy.On June 20, 2023, we welcomed our second daughter, all 9 lbs 7 ozs of her, and our family can’t thank Anna enough for helping our family grow.

Great place for healing your mind and body.Thank you, Dr. Anna. You are a miracle Dr.As a Doctor I can assure anyone that this is a place to resolve many most difficult Ti treat conditions.Once you are on the most comfortable recliner, relaxed you will see how these tiny needles create harmony and magic. Dr. Anna’s Qi Gong Sessions are awesome treat to have.She only selects patients who really wants to heal and recreate their reality.I love the high ceiling in her treatment room. It gives power to an incredible healing process.

Nicole is an amazing massage therapist I have felt so much relief after each session I’ve had with her. I have been suffering from a lot of back pain and was struggling to get any relief. When Dr. Dolopo recommended a massage with Nicole I quickly made an appointment and did not regret it. Nicole is very professional and it is very evident she is amazing at what she does.Nicole takes the time to hear what kind of pain im struggling with and makes sure to explain to me the strategy to keep me comfortable as I suffer from other pains as well. Every time I leave my appointment I feel a million times better. I highly recommend!

Elements in Harmony is amazing. My partner was suffering wrist pain over the weekend. The team was able to book him last minute. The process was seamless and all the staff is positive and so helpful. We met with Dr. Lin who is incredibly skilled, patient, and encouraging. My partner had never done acupuncture before and she took him through the steps making sure he was comfortable along the way. After just one session my partner is feeling so much better. We’ll definitely be back and recommend Elements in Harmony to anyone seeking highly skilled and personable healers.

She truly knows how to make her clients feel amazing. From the moment she laid her fingers on my tired shoulders, I felt comfortable and relaxed, knowing I was in the hands of a skilled and experienced healer.What set Nicole apart was her intuitive understanding of where to focus her attention. With expert precision and deep knowledge of the bodys muscles and systems, they were able to work out all of the knots and tension in my muscles, leaving me feeling revitalized and refreshed.I was struck by Nicoles professionalism and dedication throughout the massage. She took the time to understand my bodys needs and preferences and was always responsive to my feedback or requests. I have been a patient of Anna’s for over 5 years. She gave me 2 beautiful, healthy children and helped me through both pregnancies. Anna has the most calming demeanor and treats you as if you’re her only patient. I have continued to treat with Anna for things outside of pregnancy and I honestly cannot imagine my life without her. I am forever grateful for the work Anna has done and I would recommend her time and time again.

I have been fortunate to have Anna on my healing team for over 10 years. I have received her treatments as support for various health challenges along the way and every single time it has made all the difference in the world. She is a powerhouse of a human and acupuncturist. She will heal you with her smile, friendly nature and her needles! She makes herself available on weeknights, weekends and very often on holidays because she understands the role she plays in the healing journey of her patients and the community she has built. Anna is worth her weight in gold and more.

I went to Dr. Anna to help induce labor and had the best experience! She was so welcoming and attentive, thoroughly talking through my pregnancy and hopes for acupuncture. The office was extremely relaxing and I ended up going into labor 3 days later, and truly believe the acupuncture played a big part in that!

I was talked into doing HIIT and lost a bunch of weight doing that and a deprivation diet. I ended up with cystic nerve pain for 3 months. In that 3 months I went to Physical Therapy, Chiropractor and another acupuncturist. I was back to normal afte 4 or 5 treatments and the style of treatment was so relaxing. I tell everyone about Anna. I didt believe in Eastern Medicine, but it works so I guess I do now.

Fertility ReviewI remember scouring reviews, blogs, FB groups, books, websites, etc. for answers about my fertility. I don’t have all the answers, but I’m 35 weeks pregnant and hope sharing my experience will help. I started seeing Anna in March of 2021. My husband and I (both 41) had been looking to conceive since 2017, had a miscarriage in 2018 (natural pregnancy), 2 failed IVFs in 2019, 1.5 failed IVFs in 2020, and a miscarriage in February 2021 (natural pregnancy). Reasons provided included “advanced maternal age”, and “poor egg quality”.It was a little rocky at first. I ask a lot of questions by nature, and was coming off of another devastating loss. Anna initially questioned my commitment. As the weeks progressed, we got to know and understand each other. Every treatment was relaxing, and a nap inevitable. She’s very passionate about what she does, she’s knowledgeable in both western and eastern medicine, and she’ll generously share what has worked for her past patients. No other care provider will care about your goals as much as she does.As a type A personality, my focus had orbited my career, goals, achievements, etc. The tough thing about fertility is that it’s not something that you can just work hard at and achieve. Had my AMH tested, my uterus scanned (previously had a large fibroid removed), had my tubes flushed, read books, researched online, talked with girlfriends going through fertility issues, met with various doctors, tried countless supplements and diets that promote fertility, and even quit my 16 year career. When each period came, I felt disappointed. And worse, that I was letting my husband down.The biggest focus during the experience with Anna is having an open mind. Being able to shift your perspective, your priorities, and to try new things. Felt like I had tried everything, so what did I have to lose? Qigong, journaling, reading Healing with Whole Foods, watching Anna’s videos, moxibustion, integration, etc. As a fertility patient, Anna’s expectations of you are high. The process is time consuming and takes commitment. It may not be for everyone, but it was worth it for me. We conceived naturally right before my 41st birthday this year. In the end, it wasn’t due to efforts trying to “achieve”pregnancy. My husband and I believe treatments with Anna helped with regulating my periods, giving me a mild pregnancy, and having a strong, healthy baby who’s measuring on track in every way. My IVF doctor even commented about how “beautiful” my uterus became and asked what I had changed. Odd compliment, but happily accepted.Now Anna and I are discussing treatments to prepare me for birth, induction (if needed), and even milk production and postpartum care. She’s talented, compassionate, and she cares deeply about her work and her patients. I feel comfortable that I’m in good hands, and I hope you will too.*Insurance tip: I submitted an out of network claim/receipts quarterly to insurance. Once my out of network deductible was met, insurance reimbursed me for a portion of the treatment costs. Check your insurance terms and see if this would benefit you.
