This is my second time at the Element in three months. My boyfriend and I stayed a total of nine nights in a studio king with sofa bed which includes a stove for cooking convenience. The location is not too bad, very safe and conveniently located within walking distance to Target, Best Buy and other stores.I always enjoy the lovely breakfast in the morning, great selection of danishes, pastries and croissants. For those that love a warm breakfast eggs, omelettes and waffles are prepared fresh.I will compliment the Front desk staff, especially Emilia for her dedication and kindness. She greeted us every single time and helped us resolve some housekeeping issues.So I love the fresh, chic lobby space and rooms, the pool area, the well equipped gym, the happy hour on weekdays, the shuttle bus for local rides, kitchenettes, complimentary coffee and teas 24hrs a day.I would improve the housekeeping every 3 days instead of 7 days, you can request a room refresh but we requested it many times but it never happened. Most often we were out of room essentials like soap bars, fresh towels, toilet paper and coffee of course!!As feedback I would also provide guests an outdoor bin where to put trash. Its not very nice to leave it in the hall overnight.Other than that I do recommend and as a travel agent would book it hands down !!

We have stayed a couple of times now over the last two months and Brandy the weekend deal gal has helped us upon check in every time. She has been so helpful if we ever needed anything, and she makes check in a breeze. The girls that run the breakfast on the weekends do an excellent job as well. It has always been so beautifully set up and well maintained. They work well as a team!! The rooms have been very well maintained and clean !! We also used the bikes on one of our stays and we had a blast. Checking them out was very easy. We haven’t any complaints.

Stayed a night here the other day which me and my partner really enjoyed the stay. Dina checked me and has excellent customer service. She was very helpful when I chose to wrong room. I didnt notice some of the rooms dont have a stove and she upgraded me with no issues. The cleaners are very nice as well, one even asked me if I needed anything in my room. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Dina!-S. Butler

Inez, Dena, & Gina was fantastic. They made our stay comfortable and made me and my family love this location. The front desk service was awesome! The front desk staff is lovely and the place has nice perks like free EV charging. Their beds are very nice. Breakfast selection and the gym are pretty good for this type of hotel. The rooms, though relatively new, are starting to show some wear, however, and it wasnt all that clean. The walls are also quite thin and the doors slam loudly. The AC in some rooms is positioned to blast on your face while in bed. The motion sensor in the bathroom is temperamental. I experienced other shortcomings my last stay: my room had no Kleenex, lotion, or shampoo.

Great Value, stayed in a 2 bed room, came with a whole kitchen set up, including a dishwasher. Food was pretty good, even had a Chobani make your own yogurt station. Staff was super friendly especially Gina, and super easy to talk to. Will stay again.

1.- The management doesnt train employees I just got brain surgery and asked for a handicapped restroom in the room my reservation was for two beds and they give me a room with one bed2.- the front desk employee sent me the wrong way to my room when I can nearly walk.3.- they give another room with two bed but it was not handicap and the floor of the shower was very slippery there was no toilet paper.4.- And the worst and final the back door wasnt working so I had to walk all around in the night go trough the pool to get to my room and in the morning the same with cold and wind because they didnt fix the door...👎🏽

I dont leave reviews often, but Id be doing a disservice to other guests if I didnt. This is by far the best experience Ive ever had on travel. The rooms are comfy and clean, the food and free drinks around 5ish are nice, but what really got me was the staff. From the cleaning ladies, to the repair men, to the front desk. All were awesome. I do want to give a special call out to Dina. She is absolutely phenomenal! Thank you Dina!

I dont have a rating for the rooms as I didnt get to stay in one. I made my reservation for 2 nights there. I was driving out from Las Vegas and I was running late for my interview. When I got there they told me they couldnt accept my card. It was my Business debit card and Ive never had an issue with it before anywhere else! Its not a prepaid card. Yes, I can load it by other means like cash deposit, but even at local banks there are these things called ATMs if youve ever heard of them before.. idk might be a new thing they just started, where guess what?? you can load cash into your account 😱 This is my UBER business Debit. Its not a cash app or Zelle or like any of those other cards! I understand that there are certain cards not accepted in certain places, I do.. but at the same time also, they didnt even try, so I had to try to find another hotel nearby to make sure I was on time for my interview. I wish I had been able to see one of the rooms tho! that would have been nice! As a Titanium member I do make an effort to try new hotels so I can recommend the best ones to my friends/family and colleagues! Marriott is my chosen brand!

Horrible service. I have never stayed at a Marriott hotel where the would not allow a 30 min late check out.I explained to them the situation where we traveled internationally and my son got a stomach bug in the process. Then also drove an hour from LAX. We did not arrive at the airport until 1030pm. My son was throwing up all night and was restless. I called the front desk at 1030am and asked if they can do an hour complementary late check out as my son was still sleeping and we still had a 6 hour drive home. They said they would call me back. Well, 1130 comes around and no call.. so I had to follow up since they did not even have the decency to inform me. They also said no to 1hr so I said can I at least just have until 1230. They still said no. Service here is just horrid and not compassionate at all. Never again!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Element. The rooms are spacious, heated pool, fireplace outside, various areas to entertain, hot breakfast included, my room had a full kitchen including a dishwasher, large bathroom (amazing shower pressure) and it was clean. I did not take out the Lysol wipes! Haha! Pillows and bed were super comfortable and on top of all that, I had an amazing view. The only recommendation i could offer the hotel owners is to include a bench in the showers. This would help us ladies with shaving (my now I am being super picky). In all honesty, no negatives at all and can only offer the bench as an improvement possibility. I had the pleasure of staying two nights and would definitely come back.

Out of all the Marriott brand hotels I’ve stayed at, the Element has been my favorite. The hotel has a nice eco-friendly, spa feel. The breakfasts are excellent! Healthy options and better quality than what I’m used to for complimentary breakfasts.The rooms are nice too. Bed was comfy. I kind of want to live here, LOL!

Depending upon how much youre willing to pay will determine what room you get just like any other hotel. The rooms are very modern and clean. A little too modern for my taste as the room didnt have a warmth to it but thats personal preference. Other than that, there was nothing wrong with it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds comfortable. Its also conveniently located in an area that offers many shopping and food options and close to the freeway.

My husband has taken many trips to Palmdale for business and always enjoys his stay at Element Palmdale! Unfortunately he was sent there last minute to work on his birthday, thousands of miles away from his family. Dina and the house keeping staff were so incredibly sweet and eager to help in organizing a last minute birthday surprise for him. The Element is one of the best affordable hotels in the Antelope Valley. It’s really quiet, clean, staff is usually very nice, and it’s in a great location that is walking distance to a variety of shopping centers. The kitchen area is fully loaded with plates, drinking glasses, silverware, pots, pans, etc. they have a coffee maker loaded with different coffees and teas. Breakfast is included with your stay, and they have little social hours planned throughout the day. The Element is my home away from home. Perfect for a weekend staycay, baycay, or get-away.

Nice place. Looks new and current. I think they said its 5 years old? So should look pretty nice and it does. They have a pool, laundry, and fitness area. They have breakfast in the mornings, which is pretty plain to be honest, but its enough I guess to get you by. Rooms are nice. I dont think its a regular size fridge but its definitely not a mini one. Plenty of space and has a freezer. The rooms have like a lil bar table, sofa, TV, and desk. They also have like a lil happy hour from I think 5:30pm to 7:00pm every night? If not every, at least weekdays Im pretty sure. Thats cool to just hang out and relax at. But the best part about the stay was the evening staff. Erica and Daenna were fantastic. Friendly, social, nice, helpful. Erica took care of everything immediately! All of my issues and concerns, she fixed. But just being able to have a small conversation here and there with actual friendly people is always nice. Maybe some of you antisocial people dont like it but its nice when people actually acknowledge you and treat you like a real life person imo. Theyre great.

The hotel Staff here at The Marriott Element, Palmdale is by FAR the best I have ever encountered. From the ladies at the front desk Erika, Amelia, Dina to the cooking and cleaning staff throughout the hotel, simply amazing and always in great spirits. I have travelled to over 2000+ hotels in my career and the Staff here takes the cake!! Cannot thank them enough for always making my day start off with a smile and a warm greeting. The front staff is great and willing to help. Shannon, Erica and Samantha are the top employees at the front desk. The check in was easy and the hotel provides breakfast. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit and the grill. The only issue we had that the body wash and shampoo were the refilled before we checked into the room. Shannon from the front desk was able to get them replaced within 15 minutes. We hung out in the living room area by the lobby and we felt like at home. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff will do whatever for you, which is nice, but I’m really capable of getting ice, and little things like that, so maybe an ice machine on each floor? The breakfast is weak on the mains, but the juice is fresh, not a machine, and the coffee is good. It literally says fully equipped kitchen, and I read reviews of people saying they could live here for a year. I’ve literally lived in a couple of hotels for a year, and residence inn crushes this. Where’s the stove top? Where’s the dishwasher? Ice maker? Disposal? The most absurd thing is the sensors that automatically turn the lights on. Not off? I thought you were trying to save electricity, not waste it. Who sold you this absurd lightning plan? What you were looking for was an occupancy sensor, to automatically turn off the lights. I’m a platinum member with Marriott, but not staying at element again

First time staying in an Element hotel and it was fabulous! I travel a lot for work and I wish these were everywhere! Shout out to the funny and super nice young gentleman that was helping me check in at the front desk Sunday night :) This hotel is so great, I wish the Courtyards, Fairfields, etc… would all convert into an Element hotel. It was so clean and hands down the best hotel bed I ever have slept in. Yummy breakfast with lots of options (finally a hotel with no plastic plates and cutlery). A very friendly staff and the landscaping was also so beautiful to walk my pup around! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Unpleasant stay! Smoke coming from the room adjoined mine at 6am reported multiple times to staff and because inspection of hall did not show this I was made to feel as if it weren’t so. It wasn’t until several requests and hours later a gentleman was sent to my room his comment being “o yeah I smell it a little bit under the cologne”. You don’t say? I requested a room change as a result and was denied. Ivory from housekeeping made it a point to intervene as I consulted reception unnecessarily saying “we’re not going to change your room sorry”. When contacted by the assistant manager Adrian via phone call to my room I was spoken down to and offered nothing more than comp points that will never be utilized for I would never patronize this hotel again! When I encountered Adrian in person at the front desk she was rude uptight high strung as if ready for action had I said the wrong thing so I made sure my manners were minded. When asked why she were addressing me so abrasively she said” this conversation is over go to your room pack your stuff and leave”. Upon check out the hotel made it a point to up-charge me for incidentals to spite me. When I contacted them regarding the charges I was denied contact with the general manger three times. When contact with the general manager Michelle Marquez was finally made after fourth attempt she too were rude and abrasive no mention of my complaint only her insistence of refusal to refund my incidentals. No proof of the charge afforded me upon request I was told “ youre welcome to dispute the charges with your credit card company and we will provide proof to them”. Michelle wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. Unbeknownst to her I were audio recording the call and when mentioned mid conversation she continued on her tyrant with no regard. Michelle remained unprofessional and unbothered ending the call by hanging up in my face! My room was cleaned mediocre hair everywhere including clogging the shower drain. There’s no linen for sofa sleeper ( which had pink questionable stains) in room you must call for it. The floors were not walkable without covering due to debris that soiled my family and I’s feet. The hotel acoustics were poor and my party and I were subjected to the guest overhead’s noise and stomping. The hotel location was prime. There’s plenty of free parking. Breakfast included a variety of choices ( not enough bowls!) and full gym which I appreciated. The hotels decor chic upscale and to be admired. Too bad the hotel staff does not compliment that.

I’ve stayed here numerous times and have only ever had small issues with cleanliness and the breakfast being really small & not fresh for something priced this high (would way rather just pay for the embassy tbh) but this time around was AWFUL. When I pulled in, they had what seemed to be a party with multiple cars smoking outside. When I walked in, the front desk attendant, Sarah, was beyond rude and unwelcoming. She told me that she cancelled my reservation that was already paid in full because we got there too late to check in? I travel for work and I’ve NEVER heard of this being a policy anywhere. She offered no solution, told me that I could not rebook because she wouldn’t be checking anybody in until 3 pm the next day and in a snarky demeanor told me that I could try to “plead my case” with the manager the next day. I’m 6 months pregnant and I could not possibly believe that she would make me sleep in my car on Mother’s Day for checking in too late? Nice rooms can’t make up for the absolutely terrible customer service they have here. Which seems to be a problem for many.

My husband and I plus our two animals had the pleasure of staying here for about a month while we were in the middle of a relocation and looking for housing in the area. The hotel is very modern, has great amenities, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The kitchen in our extended stay room had all the amenities we could possibly need and tons of storage for anything we had with us. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room itself felt incredibly spacious. The four of us never felt crowded in the room. The location of this is also fantastic - close enough to the highway without getting any of the noise and no more than five minutes away from any store you could need. What really set this hotel above and beyond, though, was the service. The entire staff was always so accommodating to us and our needs and incredibly friendly, particularly Samantha and Aubriana. They were so personable, very responsive to any questions we had, and knew us by name by the time we left. The two of them were the epitome of customer service. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in need of lodging.

I travel extemely alot for work and I know a good hotel and a great one when I see one this one was just amazing. The people at the front desk are top of the line best I have ever seen. Both men and women are very hospitable. If u need towels they will bring them to u and most hotels I have been to tell u to come down and get them. I didn’t give it a five because the breakfast needs to be better. I mean guys please work on the breakfast. The eggs were old and dry, and they don’t refill the metal pot when it’s empty. But the customer service is just amazing.

The only hotel I stay at when in town. The staff here is AWESOME 👍😎 very attentive to each and every guest and Gabriel the general manager could not ask for better. The place is super clean, excellent amenities, micro suite in each of the rooms fully stocked with dishes, utensils, soap etc fridge microwave stovetop. My traveling companion ((my cat 🐈) even loves the place its wide open for him to explore. Yes they are pet friendly and the staff is just as attentive to them as they are to the guest. I definitely recommend this hotel

First time using Element. As soon as I came in I was greeted by Samantha. She appeared to be management, reason being; extremely professional, very friendly, and helped recommend a few places to eat. Also got the chance of enjoying the amazingly heated pool. The entire team helped make my first experience an excellent one. Shout out to the cleaning team as well. We stayed here for the night with our kids before heading to Vegas. The place is spotless and the rooms are well designed and laid out. Ours even had a full kitchen with a microwave, hob and good size fridge. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We had a great view of the sunrise out of the window in the morning and would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for two nights. Contacting the front desk was a repeated issue by phone and in person. Made several attempts to call ahead, as courtesy, for a 10 pm check in on pre paid room. It was questionable whether or not the duvet cover was refreshed but it was after 10 pm so we decided to put aside and wait until the next morning. Called front desk no one answered. Second attempt I spoke with someone that said they only clean rooms every seven days. Explained the dirt on the duvet cover and they apologized and said they would see if housekeeping could come by. Two more attempts in person after waiting for someone to appear at the vacant front desk. Another attempt by phone in the afternoon finally got us some clean blankets. Otherwise room was clean. Kitchenette was nice but the refrigerator is not 100% silent and is in one big room with bed desk and sofa. Asked for a late checkout and was told no. We asked for an extra 30 mins. Seems strange with only 15 cars in parking lot. The lady working the front desk when we checked out on Sunday may 22 was fantastic. Wish she would have been there Friday and Saturday. I would not stay here again. I would pay more for embassy suites.

The rooms r excellent. The beds r the most comfortable bed Ive ever sleep in excluding my own. It makes u not want to get up in the morning. I expression sleeping on a cloud is completely true here. First time staying at Element, I liked it. Nice big room, 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed, kitchen area with stove, pots, cups, plates provided already. Big restroom, overall nice. Only downside was the shower got clogged quickly. Im assuming theres hair blocking the drain and the way its set up isnt like your regular drain. The drain is under an aluminum piece covering the whole width of the shower. I know its a common problem because I stayed there with a group and some had same problem. They also have a pool, my kids enjoying it alot.

I didnt spend more than just the night so Im unsure if the gym, pool, or the social hour are as sparkling as the rooms and breakfast were but I have no reason to doubt they wouldnt be.

It doesnt matter how nice the hotel is when the management team is nothing but horrible. I was one of the unfortunate reservations that was overbooked. In the afternoon of the day of arrival, I received an email out of the nowhere saying that I was relocated to another hotel nearby because of overbooking of their system. I was furious from the fact that there was no attempt to try to understand my trip purpose. The fact that we were part of a larger group with two other families and wanted to stay together, my family was forced to stay else where, pretty much ruined the entire purpose of our stay! After some googling, I understand that overbooking does happen but a simple attempt to understand your guest better before walking them base on member status!! Maybe there are other guests who would love and willing to take upgrade at another hotel or what not that I dont really care at all! Another fact that there was no manager on duty during such a busy weekend is absolutely unacceptable! Very poor management. Very disappointing.

Great hotel! Nice spacious rooms, good rates on some weekends, and a very friendly staff. The hotel was kept very clean, and there was never much noise outside the rooms. Not sure if it was a hospital at one point, but I got a hospital vibe when I first got there, but got over it pretty quickly. A big benefit for me is that there are multiple entrances you can use once you get your room key, so it doesn’t matter where you park in the parking lot, you have an entrance nearby.

The hotel is new and clean. But my complaints are on the noisy level in the room. Our room is on the 4th floor, and next to the AC vent in the hallway. You can hear very clearly and loud of the AC noisy in the night. On top of it, there is no switch on the vent to turn in off in the bathroom. And the room AC started going crazy in the middle of the night as well. The control panel did not work at all at that moment. We had to wait 10+ minutes until the AC fan got back to normal. That was pretty much my night in the hotel with little sleep. Just hoped the hotel room was quieter in the night.

Really impressed with the value. Bed was super comfortable, great shower/ bathroom, and this is the first hotel Ive been to that had a smart tv, which was a nice touch. The facilities and room had a sort of clean, minimalist feel to it that felt very Scandinavian, which I loved. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast, given that it was free, exceeded expectations. I had never heard of this division of westin, but Ill definitely look for element hotels in the future.

This hotel was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. I stayed here with my husband and my dog. The bathroom door shut itself and could not be propped open, that was annoying. I just went in to put my stuff in the shower and the door shut behind me, scaring the dog. It was cool that there is so much located nearby. My husband went to trader Joes and got us some supplies and he was back very quickly. We woke up to heavy snow on Thanksgiving morning (2019).

Frankly I was disappointed. I understand that all their normal amenities were stopped due to covid. Even so the bagged high carb breakfast bags every day got old in a hurry. The walls between rooms were paper thin and could hear my noisy late night neighbors that limited my sleep. The water in the showers varied instantly from scalding hot to ice cold and the pressure seemed like a trickle. It took over 2 days to get my broken TV fixed even though I asked twice. I expect this kind of low quality at cheap hotels. Not a Marriott property. Wont likely stay there again.

My room was a great size, comfortable bed, and came with a functional kitchen for small cooking. My only issue with the room is that the room is so big the TV is across the room and has to played at a high volume to be heard, which is a problem in a hotel. But that was a minor issue since I only used the TV to watch the news. Target is also a quick walk away to pickup anything extra you may need.

Overall a good experience. I am here for the antelope valley poppy field. The electrical system is weird. When I tried to boil some hot water, the light would go off and you would need to turn them back on with some luck. I was not able to have breakfast so I am not sure about the quality. They do offer free breakfast for guests. The air conditioner is a bit loud when it turned on. You can find everything you need for a simple cook. You do need to bring your own ingredient.

Spend 3 days at this place gotta say is not bad.. the location is great because everything and i mean everything is less than 5 min away(in car)..The reason why i give it 3 stars is because i understand that because of covid19 a lot of functions in the hotel are close or limited but because of the is not worth the price.. plus in the 3 days excluding the first day, room service never showed up.. and the optional breakfast/complimentary was terrible. So next time i would decide to stay in a cheaper hotel since the service would be around the same.

To begin, the front desk person made me swipe FOUR credit cards before one went through. She was distracted and talking during 2 of them and never once accepted that it couldve been an issue on their end. I even suggested that maybe the first one was locked by my bank because I was traveling. Im typing this from the Embassy Suite across the street that checked me in within 5 mins and immediately accepted the same first credit card the Element Palmdale front desk person swore was not working. That was something I could get past. We went up to our room.As we were settling in we saw MULTIPLE cockroaches and immediately went downstairs to cancel our room. We were told to email the photos to the front desk and received no apologies or hospitality of any degree, despite it being late and having a child and two elders with me.I will not only never stay at an Element but I will tell my family in the area to steer clear from it.

Wonderful staff and a beautiful property. Staff is kind and hospitable, while the property sits close to the mall and local restaurants. The restaurants, although, dont take away from the vast breakfast selection served at the hotel which changes from week to weekend. All in all, an affordable and cozy home away from home. A very clean hotel and works for a one night stay. Recommend staying at Embassy Suites across the street if able. The free breakfast is limited and looks great in pictures but a hard pass by the third day. The Bravery Beer is great, they serve from 530ish to 7 firm. Beware, walls are paper thin so a baby within 3 rooms will be heard. Second day here they turned the water off for 45 minutes, between 4-5 in the afternoon. Weird timing for a “valve test.” Nice lounge area but found WiFi to be intermittent. Again, suggest Embassy Suites across the road if able.

This is a new place in Palmdale and its really nice. Everything is super clean and really modern. They also have a great free happy hour, salt water pool and bikes you can borrow. I stayed for 9 days and from day one I had problems with the heating. They moved me to another room and still had the same problem. I asked for a corporate number and was told they do not have one. This is our 3rd time to stay at the Element I wont stay anywhere else in Palmdale, this place is chic modern, and green, awesome rooms, higher end bedding, full kitchen, great breakfast, pool was very relaxing it is heated in the fall, and they grills available, and have a wonderful fireplace to cozy around in the evening for a cocktails, they have wonderful mngt, and staff, please look into this place before booking I highly recommend this hotel.

One thing for sure...is I would never come to a hotel establishment where the manager discriminate against me and my brother...I’m a young black lesbian woman and my brother is a young black gay male...I just came to the room and got a phone call from a manager name Gabriel telling me that he had to move THREE PEOPLE because I was playing loud music I don’t own any speakers and as far as the TV go again we just came from the pool Gabe told me this isn’t that type of hotel establishment and I don’t understand what he meant by that I would never recommend anybody young black and from the LGBT community to get a room here...I’m actually really upset and dissatisfy...
