The experience was great! Elaine was my parents agent for probably 40 years! She and her son took good care of us with the vehicle we needed to insure. They are both very personable and make you feel at home. I would definitely continue to use her for our other insurance needs.

Everyone in the office is very helpful. Douglas helped me set up my policy’s and was really great.A few months later I had an issue on the end of my mortgage company, but Elaine got it all worked out for me. I have also worked with Greg who is equally as helpful.I have been with this agency since February and I am very happy.Thank you!!

Elaine and her son Greg are absolutely top notch. Over the years I have been with them they have always been extremely responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They even went the extra mile to help me research an insurance related issue outside of their normal services. I highly recommend them!

Greg is the best rep ever! I received a call from an Allstate claims representative telling me I had been in an accident in Torrance on March 11th, and not having visited Torrance for quite some time was understandably alarmed. I immediately called my representatives at the Elaine Price office to go over my options, but Greg could not find any claims against me in the system. Panicked that I may have fallen victim to a new scam, we conference called the claims agent. Once her identity had been verified, and after a little rudeness from her end, she ended up apologizing to me, as the whole thing had been a mix up and a DIFFERENT Cassandra with an entirely different vehicle was the one involved. I was so happy that I had someone to go to that had my back, otherwise this whole ordeal would have been much more unpleasant. I have confidence that my Allstate representatives will have my back in the future, as they put my mind at ease today. Thanks Greg, youre awesome!
