Great care! Very friendly staff. Dentist visits are not my favorite thing to do. The entire staff helped me feel at ease. They made an appointment for my first consultation on the day I called. They didn’t rush through my needs. They made it so I could pay for my visit over time even though my insurance was not accepted by them. Very cool. Still not a fan of dentist visits, but they do make it less nerve racking, for me.

As well as you this was me reading reviews trying to get some feedback before deciding to take the next step. Let me just say that coming to El segundo Modern Dentistry was the best decision I could of made for my self. I’m a mother of two boys full of busy schedules not to mention life complications well I let my teeth unattended for a long while so long to the point that I was embarrassed to come in. But as well as you I found great reviews about their staff and and the excellent service they provide this made me feel more comfortable and decided to schedule my appointment. And let me tell you they weren’t not wrong the staff were so nice and friendly they are very knowledgeable they have top of the line equipment that in my first appointment all of my dental problems that were torturing me for years were over. I never felt judged in any way on the opposite I felt supported. All procedures were painless and recovery was awesome I will definitely be bring all of my family and friends here.

A very pleasant experience. I felt well taken care of. Front desk Ashley is well organized and timely. Breanna cleaned my teeth beautifully. I’ll keep coming back! I ended up at El Segundo Modern Dentistry by following my dentist, Doctor Hafeez, from one of their other locations because I trust him. His work is beautiful. He is caring and explains everything very clearly. And he is very handsome too!

So happy with service. My 80+ year old mother with dementia and limited verbal skills was complaining about tooth pain on Friday at 3pm and they were willing to fit us in before end of day. So kind and patient with her. Definitely recommend!

Unpleasant, the hygienist was so rude and bossy. She was giving me glares not a good energy for a dental office, telling about deep cleaning. She was really abrasive with her pik.. Then they call over the money lady. Of course everyone needs to know your business because they are so loud..The dentist was really nice but too many people working there..I will not go back. Really pricey too, it seems like its all about money.

This was the BEST experience Ive ever had at a dental office! The parking was convenient, the office was beautiful and clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Esme and Arisbeth are amazing!!!!! Dr. was courteous, professional, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable! He did the best crown Ive ever had! I just went in yesterday and have already referred two people!This is now MY dental office! I wont be going anywhere else!Thank you all for such an amazing experience!!

Let me start off by saying I can not say enough good things about this place.I had completely abandoned my teeth for almost 15 years due to personal issues and lack of good state provided health insurance. I was added to my husbands Blue of California plan and began making appointments immediatley. Without the insurance I would have probaly paid 9k, but instead I am paying 4k through a payment plan they provide - teeth arent cheap, but we need them!Anyways, I have been going every single week to get work done and just finished all the major work today. What a relief! I have all fillings and onlays done and I feel like I have my smile back.The dentists and assiting dentists are incredible. After seeing them so often, I always feel comfortable going there. Unfortunatley, I have an OCD tick that makes me swallow non-stop when theyre working on my teeth. They have been nothing but kind and understanding of the situation and allow me to take a break if I need too. When I did have a full blown ticking episode, I apologized profusely and they assured me everything was okay and that they understood. As someone who suffers from extreme anxiety and OCD, it feels so good to be assured and that theyll help me through it. Also, and importantly so, they never judged me for abandoning my teeth or having severe anxiety. They were there to help without judgement since day one.Lastly, scheduling with them is easy. They are pretty flexible when it comes to making an appointment.All in all, this place is great. The staff is incredible and you can tell its a positive work environment. They genuinely want to see you smile - a healthy smile!Thanks so much El Segundo Modern Dentistry. I know weve got one more cover to go, a nightguard, and whitening left to do - but so far you have given me a healthy mouth and confidence back in my smile after years of hiding and being self concious about it.

We have asked them to remove us. They call us every year. We block their phone numbers and emails. They also will falsely diagnose you and require a deep cleaning. We went to another dentist right after (much better rated) and didn’t require it. We have lodged a complaint with BBB again with them to remove us from their spam phone calls.

Definitely won’t be going back after how Dr Petcu decides to inject numbing medication into my 10 yr old without me being around and the only way I found out was because when I sat in my dental chair I heard my son crying and he opened his mouth I seen blood. That’s when I realized that’s what he did! My son was traumatized because the doctor didn’t even explain anything to him in kid language so that he knows what to feel, just told him to open his mouth and my son panicked when he knew something didn’t feel right. No one told me he just went in there and did it. He then tried to justify it by saying even in a pediatric dental office they do the same thing. That doesn’t make what you did right. My son didn’t want to move forward with getting a filling. I was upset and disrespected at the lack of compassion, and asking me if I told the assistants of my request, him asking them if I signed the consent forms as if that makes a difference, he also insulted my intelligence as if I didn’t know what happens during a filling procedure. I didn’t trust him. I gave 2 stars because his office manager was a good liaison in the situation and got him to realize that he needed to apologize for his wrong-doings and being accountable. What was more disturbing was that he even mentioned he’s a parent! So why couldn’t you understand where I was coming from?? It is all about business and money there. If him as a Dentist doesn’t know how to communicate or doesn’t want to communicate with patients then don’t work with patients. If you can’t build a rapport and provide education to make your patients trust you then take some classes and learn conflict resolution. I wanted him to complete the treatment on my son since he was already numb band I was able to calm him down and get him to be comfortable enough to do it, the dentist decided to not move forward because he didn’t know how to regroup from the situation but was able to continue with other patients. I hope they make some changes to this practice because I see their communication is not good when it comes to being in the office. That doctor relies heavy on his office manager and assistants but doesn’t want to be accountable for the decision he chose to make based off of just doing his job. This is exactly why people lose faith in the medical-dental system. They’re more worried about money and time then quality of care. He has one assistant in there that took her time to explain the procedure to my daughter and I appreciate her a lot for doing that. All in all…advocate for yourself and don’t let people just tell you anything and get away with it.

My interaction with the dentist and her team was excellent. She took her time trying to calm me down and was really gentle with me. The staff was quite helpful and readily available. She is really competent, takes the time to explain what has to be done, and offers insightful counsel. Finding a good dentist for your dental issue is not simple. If you value your time, dont go here. I had a routine cleaning scheduled, and sat in a room by myself for an hour before the doctor came in for 2 minutes, had his assistant try to sell me on orthodontics work, then moved me to another room and left me there for another 40 minutes before a hygienist came to clean my teeth.Edit: they do good work when they get around to it, but they clearly care more about their customers wallets than they do about the customers themselves.

Dr. Sergei has been my dentist and having oral surgery with an eventual lower plate using my implants already done previously. I especially enjoy this dentist as we are on the same page when it comes to my dental issues and needs for a future final lower plate. He is gentle and well versed in doing the surgery. He has completed a crown last week and I was 100% happy. Prices are good and they have many ways of paying including financial help. I am excited to see the end result and I am grateful to the employees and staff that have handled my care for a long time. I am the worst patient ever and so writing a positive review means a lot!!

Wow ! To start of with I had a sever tooth ache the night before I was in tears ! Next morning I got on my computer and began my search for a dental office. I had to keep in mind I didn’t have dental insurance it wasn’t going to kick in until 5 days after. Prior to I had booked with another dental place and they were already changing me 99 to just go and visit not even x rays included. Maddie from El segundo Modern Dentistry called me since I was in chat early ( had to keep my options opened) and was sooo friendly and very understand I was in shocked of the price and told myboyfriend there has to be a catch 20$ for x rays there’s no way. We’ll I guessed wrong and I went in filled out paper work. Didn’t even wait for 15 minutes. This is where I cry of joy Catrina, Lupe, Jazzy J and Dr.Petcu really saved my life ( that’s how I felt) I didn’t have any big money to pay upfront but Catrina made it happen she wasn’t lying when she said “I got you” I began to cry of joy and happiness more so relief. Prior to my visit I prayed god help me find a place today that’s going to give me a hand and God heard my prayers. I can’t thank the staff the Doctor himself for being so gentle. I had two extractions done and did not feel sh*t ha! They were very informative. The forever have a family with them. If you want to avoid a horrible dental experience I suggest you come down here. Also I hadn’t gone to the dentist over years due to a horrible experience I had when I was younger. Lupe even held my hand to feel comfort and I thank her soooo much for it. I had an emergency dental need and the staff were able to see me right away. They were friendly, efficient and relaxed. I felt their service was excellent. I also like that they are close to my work. I need major dental surgery and will go to my usual doctor in Burbank but that is no reflection on their doctors. I just feel more comfortable seeing my usual doctors. I liked their Xray machine! I will use them as a backup.

Im super grateful for my experience at El Segundo Modern Dentistry. I shopped around for the best dentist I could find, and when I walked into this place and started working with the team, I knew I wanted to work with them for my teeth. They are able to easily do what other dentists said could not be done with my teeth. They really know what they are doing! Dr. Petcu is actually talented at his dentistry craft. And as soon as Dr. Sherf said OK, this will work. Your teeth will move. after checking out my teeth situation, I felt so secure because she said it with so much confidence and experience behind her analysis. El segundo dentistry has been amazing. Great customer service. I had an accident at work that required some dental work and was refer to this dentistry. The receptionist was even kind enough to offer my son a snack while he waited on the lobby. Since then I transferred my care there. I live in a different county but is well worth the drive about 122 miles round trip to be exact. Who likes to go to the dentist? Well I didn’t because of pain. But I don’t know how they do it that I have no pain during a procedure. This is why I recommend this dentist. You should definitely give them a try.

I visited this dentistry a few months ago and I was really shocked at my experience. I had just moved to LA and so I booked a check up appointment which included x-rays. I was attracted to the practise because of the really affordable price. After my consultation, I was informed that I had 6 cavities and my bill to fix them was going to be $2800. I was really shocked and confused because I have always had strong and healthy teeth and I had been to a dentist a little over a year before with no sign of any cavities. I decided to get a second opinion at another dentist and to my horror, I had no cavities at all. I am truly horrified at how El Segundo Modern Dentistry was clearly taking advantage of my and it scares me to think of what they were planning to do to my healthy teeth in order to fix something that was never there. The quality of service and ethics is clearly reflected in the low consultation price. I just wanted to warn anyone planning to use this dentist to get a second opinion or better yet to rather pay more money for another dentist to avoid being scammed here.

Love this dentist ! Ive been at this dentist for a year,every single time I come it is efficient because they are well organized so they see the patience as they are schedule. For us patients that is very convenient because no one wants to wait at the dentist. When I call to make an appointment they always have times that work for me. This place is horrible. I went here for dental services requiring 5 crowns. Not only is the office WAY over priced the dentist had horrible patient skills. During my first appointment he did not even introduce himself just went straight to work. During my second appointment he yelled at me and brought me to tears after his awful communication skills were unclear and I didnt bite down correctly for the mold. His words were bite down with your back teeth not your front teeth. Im not even sure how you do that. He refused to give me a break after 3 hours in the chair. He never apologized and I never saw him again.. He had the dental techs finish the job. I was scheduled for root canal that I didnt need . When I showed up for that appointment I waited 1 hour and the dentist never showed. At that point I asked for a refund. I never received the 5 crowns and left with 3 temporary crowns and 2 temp fillings. While they did provide a partial refund the still billed my insurance for 5 crowns that I never received. I switched to El Segundo Beautiful smiles and could not be happier other than having to pay twice for 5 crowns. Dunny thing is that the new dentist office had received patients from El Segundo Modern Dentistry who were also not happy with the service.

Honestly, I dont even know where to start on this review! I absolutely LOVE this office. From the front desk, to the assistants, to Dr. Hamid, everyone is extremely nice and friendly. They treat you like family here. Ive been seeing Dr. Hamid for my visits for over a year now. He is always smiling and makes his patients feel comfortable. You can tell he really cares about his patients.The assistants I work with, Nancy and Chelsea are not only extremely knowledgeable but very friendly. They always interact with me during my visits and make sure I am comfortable. Anytime I have a question or concern it gets addressed immediately.On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting the regional manager Sandy and she was AWESOME. Most places wouldnt have their regional manager asking you how your treatment is going but here, they all care about their patients. Their customer care and employees simply set themselves apart from other offices. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone!

Walking in I was immediately welcomed by Valerie - very welcoming and lovely, helped my mother with the coffee machine and any other needs to make her comfortable for my appointment.I was escorted by Cheyenne who then took my x-rays and made sure I was comfortable and at ease.After the X-rays I was seen by their Doctor, Hamid Barkhordar and it went very well. Told me my options and worked around my wants and needs.Once I was done with the doctor, I decided to go through the process of getting my braces and their financial advisor, Vanessa, and she was very knowledgeable and willing to work with my budget on what the insurance didn’t cover.Hands down, Great first impression and I am excited to start this process with this wonderful team

I had been putting off going to the dentist for a while because I would always get really bad gag reflexes when it came time to doing my X-rays. But this time was completely different, the staff here was very careful and understanding of my problem and managed to take my X-rays quickly and without any issues! These were the most seamless X-rays I have gotten taken at any dentist office! Dr. Spetcu was super nice, and he made me feel like he genuinely cared about my well-being, and staff member Cat finished my deep cleaning soon after. I had a few things done here and the overall experience has been excellent! Two root canals both with NO pain, one from a pretty women dentist with big beautiful hair and the other from Dr.Mach who was super polite, did a GREAT job at numbing and worked super fast. The dental assistant is always down to hold my hand when I’m getting numbed (don’t act like you’re not scared of the dentist) and Melissa is new but she’s sooooo personable!! I liked the other lady but she seemed a bit pushy (although nice) where Melissa is just a sweetheart who’s owner mind giving you time to think, figure it out and get it done. The other women Adriana is very nice, well spoken and both are very pretty. I wasn’t going to come after I heard my original dentist left (I have trust issues lol!) but this office is great, does great work and I don’t feel scammed. 5 stars, will def be back. :)

After having a decent, even excellent experience with the staff dealing with the dentist was tense and uncomfortable . I felt unheard and dismissed when a situation with numbing my gums caused, what felt like a panic attack.It wasnt that the situation happened it was the dismissive way the dentist said that he couldnt promise not to use that numbing agent again on me.Im never going back

Tried to get my teeth cleaned but they wanted to upcharge me with an $800 deep clean because it was my first visit. I asked for a regular clean and they declined. I walked out of the place and get a call telling me they changed their minds and will clean my teeth. They still gave me a deep clean when all I wanted was regular cleaning. So unprofessional and very scammy. Dentist is nice enough though.

Beware at this place!!!!!!!! The positive ratings provided seem very fake. Do not come here, I would give them a 0 if I could. Where to begin with this place. 1) I arrived and the person who was taking my x-rays would not clean the machinery before/ and after using it letting her dirty gloves touch everything without providing a thorough clean. 2.) red flag #2 the dentist that I saw was not the dentist that I thought would treat me, they are not the owner ( I didnt realize this until afterwards) 3.) I was told I had 3 cavities ( I went to the dentist a few months previously and I was told I had zero cavities) 4.) the dentist spent nearly 2 hrs doing the fillings and I left with an insane amount of pain, being a person who regularly goes to the dentist I have never experienced such pain, I left with my mouth bleeding and still havent been able to eat after 4 days that I went in. I had to ask for gauze because they didnt even provide me anything for my mouth. I was supposed to go in 2 wks later for a ceramic fill, but after seeing what I experienced and still experiencing I canceled the appointment. Guess what they did next? they had actually charged me for that already. A nearly $400 charge for something they didnt do to me and nearly $1000 charge on my insurance. After speaking with them they told me they would provide a refund only if I sign their agreement form. This is where it gets good... Its almost ridiculous that they think people dont know how to read and that people dont know basic rights. In short the agreement they gave me stated that when I signed their document that I agree to remain confidential and cannot post negative reviews on any social media platform including this one (thats why you dont see many negative reviews right?) and that I agree to hold them unaccountable for any wrongdoing on their end etc... Considering they are the ones who are basically stealing money from me and my insurance where does all the nonsense on their said agreement come from? (keep in mind they willingly charged themselves for something that had not been done yet) Please people, know your rights, you dont have to sign something you dont want to and if you dont want treatment at any point you can refuse it. I refused the second portion of the treatment after I realized they didnt do a good job and now for life my teeth may be severely damaged. As of April 11th 2022 I have yet to receive a proper response from them, but as I am writing this message I hope they can take a glance and respond. If you have any communications with these people make sure you keep all documents that you sign and to look at what you sign and if at any point they did something you feel like it was wrongfully done know that you can REPORT a dentist to the CALIFORNIA BOARD OF DENTISTRY. Again if you read this far please look elsewhere ( keep in mind they are a large company with more offices, I would make the assumption that they are approximately equally bad so I would avoid them as well). I am so happy with the treatment I am receiving here! First my case was little complicated. After visiting a number of Invisalign orthodontists and getting a variety of very expensive options, my treatment plan was a creative solution given to me at price I wanted to pay.The staff here are both knowledgeable and friendly. They always have answers to my questions, are gentle and informative about what to expect and what could happen.In very short time I have seen a dramatic change in my teeth. Every time look in the mirror to brush and floss, I see the difference; I can also feel the movement of teeth when I floss. I am very pleased with the results so far, and look forward to the final result.This is a great place for orthodontic treatment. She made sure I was checked in properly and had everything verified before my appointment. She never let her smile die from her face. Because the waiting area is filled with people 🙄Ive seen them bring in other patients, ahead of me, and leave me waiting.The head orthodontist here, Hamid, is all about the money. She insisted on adjusting my retainers (top and bottom) because otherwise, why are you here? Was her question. She also said they should be touching my teeth, which they were.I even told her you can choose to listen to me or continue to argue with me. As she argued, she continued twisting the metal on my top molars retainer.I explained to her I came because an appointment was generated for me, as I hadnt been there in over a year.But I reiterated I DIDNT NEED AN ADJUSTMENT.**I went there so that whomever was examining my bite, would be able to see whether my teeth were still fine or off alignment.**I made a complaint to Vanessa (office manager) and she was useless. She told me that if I wanted to replace the retainer I would have to agree to use the SAME ORTHODONTIST that ruined my metal retainer AND the replacement retainer would be plastic (like Invisalign) not like what the woman ruined.To replace the retainer I have are hundreds of dollars.I would not recommend this place.I am sure there are other orthodontists in the area that put people first, not money and are far more professional.They are liable and I take this very seriously.

I never been so compelled to write a negative review about a place like I do about this place. I went a few months ago as a first time customer. I was taken to the back for X-Rays, after that I had to wait 30 mins in the room only to be seen by a dentist (I assume). Did not even take his mask of to start telling me how my fillings were broken, I had 2 cavities and was also in need of a deep cleaning. That was surprising for me because I go every 6 moths for cleaning and check and never been told that. He called in the billing person and she asked for $650 for all the work that was needed. I felt that they were only in to get money from me. I asked for my X- rays, pay for the visit, Never had to pay before and left. Had to call them quite a fer times to finally get the X-rays by email.Finally got to go to the dentist ( a real one ) yesterday. They did my check, NO cavities, no need to change my fillings and no need for deep cleaning. WOW was I right. Good people of El Segundo, do not just believe these people when they say that you need things that you are positive you dont, even more if you visit the dentist on regular basis. I arrived at El Segundo Modern Dentistry for my 4pm consultation for braces today. I was a bit uncomfortable sitting outside in close proximity to others waiting to be seen. I had just Ubered from Downtown LA and I nearly froze to death because my driver maybe thought freezing covid-19 and everyone in the car kills it. So the chilliness prompted me to go for a walk to Starbucks for a hot cup o Joe until the office was ready to see me. The office called to tell me that the Dr. was ready for me. I had to switch dentists due to a new job, new insurance and to be able to find the correct coverage with my PPO and this is all something I never like to do. I’m consistent so it was already a pain trying to find a new dentist so I went with the first one on the list. Called and spoke to a very friendly woman named Susan, who already started running my insurance and invited me to come in right away. The fact that I was able to get a walk-in appointment was so cool but better yet it was right down the road. Paperwork was a breeze and I didn’t have to wait long at all. A nice waiting room and Netflix with complimentary water and coffee was so pleasing. I had a very thorough consultation which became much more than just a cleaning, in fact I was able to address a concern for an out-dated silver filling that needed to be replaced. The doctor, Ryan, set clear expectations of what were the best solutions, allowing me to go with a less invasive procedure based on the condition of my tooth: he recommended an overlay vs. a full on crown. But still made it clear it may become necessary for a full crown. I trusted what he said and both he and Susan kept me laughing through the process which was very cool, especially for a dentist’s office on your day off of work. I should mention too they used the latest technology to offer complimentary x-rays as a new patient & when it came to the actual procedure, they used a computer-generating software instead of making a traditional mold. I didn’t want to know too many of the technical aspects but felt complete trust in going through with this. Susan invited me to come back in a few hours after having some lunch and I thanked her for the heads up because after the procedure I would’ve had to abstain from eating for a few hours. I came back and everyone was just as friendly as before and Dr. Ryan was such a pro at removing the old filling he had a great assistant with whom he had great communication and made sure I felt literally no pain at all for the entire procedure. They took their time to make exact measurements, checked, re-checked and checked it again to assure the proportion was correct and the bite was completely aligned. I’ll come back for the overlay crown in three weeks but they made sure even the temporary was almost unrecognizable from the rest of my teeth. I had the cleaning with the hygienist after which was a breeze, everyone was totally on their game and available for any questions I had at anytime. I can’t wait to see the finished product; it feels so good that something I’ve waited for years to address was so simply and carefully taken care of so quickly and efficiently.It’s great to find a hidden gem of dentistry!

I got my Invisalign and I’ve really seeing a noticeable difference after 3 months. I’ve talked with other people with Invisalign and they don’t have to consistently check in. They normally get all the trays in one go. Here they give you a few at a time and you check in every month or 2 months. Update: 02/15/2018I just received a call from Derek Lee an attorney at Employee Legal Justice Group stating that El Segundo Modern Dentistry was going to sue me for defamation for my previous Yelp review (below).Original Review:This is the worst dental office I have ever had the experience of visiting. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and a little sketchy. They do not appear to have a specialist who handles billing/insurance matters.When I went in for a consultation I had to wait in the dental chair for 30 min. before the doctor arrived. That was the first red flag.The consultation went well and when I asked for a quote the staff member verbally quoted me a price and then kept trying to make me sign an agreement, pay and start the services on the spot without ever providing an invoice and written treatment plan. This made me very uncomfortable. I felt like I was dealing with a tacky cars sales man not a health care provider. This was the second red flag.I told the staff member that I wanted to pay with my HSA/FSA funds however, I thought that the service should still be run through my insurance. I did find this dental office on my insurers website after all. Two different staff members at Modern Dentistry told me that they didnt accept my insurance. That was the third red flag.I decided to call my insurance company for good measure, as Modern Dentistry staff continued to insist that they did not accept my insurance Finally, I had to have a three way call between a representative from my insurance company and someone from Modern Dentistry in-order to convince them that they were in my insurance network (very concerning and why should a patient/customer have to do this???). Finally, a staff member acknowledges my insurance will work for the services that I am seeking and submits a treatment plan through my insurance. As soon as the treatment plan is ready, another staff member calls to inform me that the that the services are not covered covered by my insurance. Fourth and final red flag.Another red flag worth noting is that I have dealt with a number of representatives from Modern Dental but they always say they work for other offices (Dental office, Carson dental, Modern Dentistry).Dealing with the staff was so awful that I finally decided to just find another orthodontist. I would pay more/drive further to receive a standard of service and professionalism. My experience dealing with this office is almost comical as every interaction has been egregiously unprofessional.Advice to the doctor: Hire better people or start training and managing your staff!

Before I went to this dentist the first time I asked if my they took my insurance. They said yes and asked that I have them be assigned as my primary dentist. I did and went for my first visit. Four fillings each costing me $200 out of pocket later their insurance specialist tells me the reason Ive been paying $200 per filling is because they dont accept my insurance theyre just giving me a discount. I walked out in anger. Then I asked the admin assistant if she can send me a copy of my receipts that includes what was done so that I could get a reimbursement from my HSA. I was excited to check out this office thinking it would be my new and forever dental home. Unfortunately that will not be the case. The front office staff, hygienist and dentist seemed nice enough, but my real issue came to the billing/finances part of the day. The lady in charge of billing told me I needed to get a “laser” deep clean because I had gum disease. She stated that the dentist recommended this, however the dentist only stated I should get some fillings re-done. This was a clear shot at getting more money. I get that this is a business, but it’s also a business that services people. And as such, I wish they would be more honest and transparent. When I said I wanted to take time to research the laser treatment, and would go ahead with a regular cleaning. She said that the dentist would refuse to do a regular cleaning because he already recommended deep cleaning for my gum disease. Which, I repeat, the dentist never said himself. AND I know for a fact I do not have. I am extremely disappointedly with my experience at this office and urge anyone that goes here to get a second opinion before committing to anything. I left without a cleaning, and will be informing my friends, colleagues and insurance about the this incident.

The Dentist (Dr. Zamar) is extremely personal, explaining everything that it going to be done and patiently takes time to answer all questions. Im always nervous about going to the dentist. I went in for en emergency. I had a broken tooth. The Dr placed a dental implant for me immediately. They had a ct machine and the office was really high tech. After the implant i had no pain. It has been a while since my last dental visit. I had a deep cleaning and the dentist recomeneded a veneer forone of my teeth. The dental veneer came out perfect changed my whole smile. The match was perfect. I highly recommend thus dental office

Where do I start my husband went there in June I myself called and verified the insurance and gave them the info.He went in for his appointment they charged him and didnt even go thru the insurance.Nobody knows nothing and I have been going back and forth with them forever trying to get the money that they owe me but of course nobody calls me back and when they did they said Id have my money in 10 days that was weeks ago.His appt was in June its October now. Avoid this place!!!!! This is so ridiculous. I arrived with a toothache and I paid $500 just to remove the nerve according to them, then I would have to return to pay 5 thousand dollars + with the specialist who comes once a month so that I could finish the work, it took 6 days and the pain got worse I call and they tell me that I have to go to another clinic because there is no nerve specialist there, they only gave me antibiotics, they didnt take it away, in the end I wasted my money, I ended up worse and they didnt do what they had told me.
