We are grateful for the care Claudia and her team provided to our parents in April. As Moms’ care case manager, Claudia was very nice and professional. She and her team implemented small and big improvements to make our parent’s house safer.More important, Claudia and El Roble Home Healthcare team members were so patient and always kind to Mom and Dad, especially when they were stressed by all the changes around them.We thank El Roble Home Care for taking the time to listen to our parents’ medical needs and provide excellent and experienced caregivers to take care of Mom. We have seen the amazing changes in Moms health, and we will always remember the efforts and excellent home healthcare Claudia, Louise (the CEO/Co-founder) and the team provided.El Roble will always be our top referral if we know anyone who may need a home caregiver.

We are very happy with El Roble Home Care team. They really do their utmost to provide the best care for my wife.My wife is very happy with their services, like their meal preparations, house cleaning, companionship, emotional support and bathing. They do a review every month to find out whats working and what could be improved if necessary. They respond very quickly to any question or any request.They have a great management team, Louise, Claudia and Nelson.

My name is Mark Hawke and my Foster Fathers name is Mark Gibson. He is a 100% disabled Vietnam USAF veteran.We have been through three home care agencies and many, many caregivers. Mark requires a lot of care because he has had two strokes and dementia. Many caregivers are simply not attentive enough or interested enough to give him the care he requires. We have had very bad experiences with other care giving agencies. Very bad.We are trying to keep him out of a care home and with us here at home.Then I found El Roble Home Care. I was just walking down the street and saw the advertisement on one of their cars and gave them a call. I was really very skeptical and told them that I had not found a single service that could actually provide care.Louise and Claudia did the most extensive assessment in our house that Ive ever experienced.It has been over three months since El Roble took over Marks care. They are super organized, on time and they provide care on a level that I would equate with my own care of my father. I actually trust them. When there is a glitch or an issue, they resolve it. They also take steps to prepare, train and verify their caregivers do a good job. They dont just provide someone and hope it all goes well. Louise and Claudia make sure my Dad gets what he needs. Always.I am more than willing to speak with you on the phone about anything at all. Above all, I want to give El Roble a glowing recommendation. Our lives are better because of them.
