El Dorado Physical Therapy is a great place to recover from whatever injury has slowed you down. Ive found the staff to be helpful and professional. The have a great app that records all your exercises with a video so you remember how to do them. It also tracks when you perform them (if you log in), so your therapist can keep track of how youre following your program. I highly recommend EDPT.

Great attitudes and environment. EDH Physical therapy just seems to care more than other places I have used. JoAnn and Hannah have worked hard to restore my shoulder and I really appreciate it!

Love the front office staff!! They make getting an appointment so easy & are so sweet to my daughter. The therapists are really good & are great at explaining things. Everyone works together well with clear communication.

Sarah Harvey has been doing a great job of working my shoulder to get it back to normalcy. The exercises she prescribes create good resistance and help with strength and range of motion. Sarah is very easy to work with.

I am extremely impressed with El Dorado Physical Therapy! Beginning with the front desk, they are very friendly and will accommodate your needs for appointments. The Physical Therapist, Nick, and PTA Hannah are very professional and knowledgeable in their field! Every visit was worth the time! The Physical Therapy Techs are polite, friendly and genuinely interested in you as a patient. I am appreciative of their work in helping me to regain my strength and alleviate all the nerve pain. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The front desk did their best to accommodate my schedule and they were efficient with scheduling, they were very nice ladies. My treatment was top notch and I’m feeling so much better. They got me back into shape so much faster.

Everyone is so nice, friendly, helpful & I feel comfortable coming to my appt. Starting w/Adrianna & Christina as the receptionist, their awesome. I have Hannah as my usual therapist coz I’ve been w/EDPT for about 3yrs. Now & I really like her a lot coz she’s so concern of me & my situation. She’s so smart & helps me w/everything I’ve been through & a very good listener. I had Joanne as my P.T. & she’s very helpful to me too & keep teaching me how to looked forward on my recovery. I couldn’t say enough w/All the staff how their all a part of my healing process. Thanks to U All.

I loved the therapist. Unfortunately, the office needs to hire more people so that when a surgeon orders 12 visits, twice a week, that can be accomplished. First four weeks I could only get one visit per week. That’s not optimal.

I have been going to El Dorado Hills Physical Therapy for the past few months. This is an outstanding place in all respects. The receptionistsare always very welcoming and happy to make appointments to fit your schedule.The areas are always clean with special care taken with people being checked and separated according to virus guidelines.Lauren Nager PT, DP is my main therapist and she took quite some time to talk with me at our initial meeting - to understand my areas of back pain. I see her after every 3 visits. She clearly explains my treatment plan, what our goals are and what I need to do to accomplish them.Hannah Wasserman PTA is her assistant who usually sees me and is very patient and thorough with my exercises.They communicate with one another so they are always aware of any changes, etc. My pain was reduced dramatically after the first two sessions. I am now going just once a week and my pain level is very manageable.Cecilia Finch

I have been going to El Dorado Physical Therapy since 2014, as a result of 5 pre-op and post op physical therapy. I have had the opportunity to have Brian, Diane, Geri, Rubin and Michelle work with my healing and recovery. I have found them to be one hundred percent compassionate, caring and truly dedicated to their patients. The complete staff is just as dedicated to the patients as well working with you on your scheduling needs, billing, to insurance. They are defiantly the Best of the BEST. They are nothing short of AMAZING!

Excellent place to have my knee rehab after a skiing accident! Joanne and Hannah and Uping and Tyler are very professional, caring and invested in my recovery! They each take time to explain the recovery process and the exercises! Scheduling is a breeze! The facility is clean and quiet! Mask rules are followed and everybody makes me feel safe and in good hands!Highly recommended!

You can find nice humans everywhere. The difference with the therapists here is that they restore function, reduce pain, AND educate you on your body. Highly vetted employees with a significant knowledge base. The facility is spotless, they are constantly disinfecting and masks are worn correctly by all. NOT a PT “factory”. Check out the gym and pool memberships!

I found the facility to be very clean and in the time of Covid they did all the necessary precautions.I also found the therapists I dealt with to be very professional and yet friendly and very competent and knowledgeable.I am sure they are all very good but I dealt with Hannah and she was great and helped me with my issues.Would highly recommend El Dorado Therpy to anyone.

I have been to El Dorado Physical Therapy many times for various ailments. I have had neck problems, back issues, and rehabbed 2 total knee replacements. The therapists know EXACTLY how to locate your pain and develop their plan of attack. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment is always clean. I have referred several friends. BEST physical therapy place around!

This is the second time I have used El Dorado Physical Therapy for 2 separate issues. They were able to get my body back to where it needs to be. Even uncovering things my doctor did not realize! Miracle worker in my eyes. Everyone with pain should consider to invest in physical therapy and this is the place to do it. Oh...and the front staff is friendly, helpful and patient.

OK, its happed to me 3 times now. So, I got mad enough to post a review. Each time my doctor sends over a referral I eventually get a call from their front office woman (and I know its the same person) keep reading. Each time she called me she informs me that I need to schedule an appointment. OK, so I agree and wait..... She goes on and on about her computer and and all the therapists being booked meanwhile Im sitting on the phone that she called me on waiting for her to book a time. Im waiting and waiting..... After about 3-4 minutes I make the suggestion, why dont you call me back when you find a time because Im wide open between these times...blah and blah . Then the tone in her voice changes and she gets indignant and says ok. Then, I never hear from her again. So, in this scenario, two people are losing. I/m losing out because Im in pain and need therapy. Also, the owner of the business is losing out on making money on the booking. So, this front office is completely dysfunctional and inefficient and both the patient and the actual owner. Not recommended.
