One of the worst softwares Ive ever used, their filter is a complete joke. On a company site, I filtered for jobs in San Jose CA and got job postings in Nebraska... Worst software, makes Workday seem good.

Applicant Tracking Systems delete qualified applicants 88% of the time. This is why people dont get contacted by the company. Their resume is deleted by the ATS within minutes of submission. Hiring managers should decide who is qualified for the job not some software programmer.
