We’re first-time home buyers and now having the experience and perspective of having bought a home in our back pocket, we realize how lucky we were to have Ehab as our realtor. There are multiple variables simultaneously happening while looking for a home and Ehab will help you compartmentalize these variables—coupled with your emotions! —and steady you throughout the process.The home we ultimately bought was 180 degrees from what we set out looking for and Ehab was incredibly patient and upbeat while we figured out what would make us content. Ehab, when we first met, laid out financing options, real estate terminology, its processes, and what is required of you as the buyer. Throughout all this there was never a question that was too small for him to consider. We met Ehab at the urging of both our children when we decided to move to San Diego. (My daughter worked with him and my son bought a house through Ehab.) From the beginning we could tell he was a low pressure real estate agent who would not try to push us into buying something that didnt thrill us. He is very knowledgable about the San Diego area real estate market and showed us homes in different neighborhoods so we could decide where we wanted to live and then focus on which house. He educated us about the California specific process of buying a home. When we chose a home, he set up our inspections at our request. Everyone he recommended (including a mortgage bank) was excellent at their jobs. In addition, he was patient and very personable and made the stressful act of buying a home in an area that is new to us actually enjoyable.We highly recommend Ehab to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Is there a way to give Ehab more than 5 stars? I would if I could! We have worked with Ehab on three separate transactions (2 purchases and 1 sale) and we couldnt ask for a better person to work with. He listens and determines what is important to each client and is efficient with your time. He is also detail-oriented and takes care of his clients -- believe me, with three separate transactions, we would know if he wasnt! You wont find someone better from an individualized service perspective, and you certainly wont find a more honest and caring person.

Ehab was the most professional realtor I have ever worked with. He did not just put my condo on the MLS and wait for the offers to roll in. He worked to sell it and got me an amazing offer, well over what I thought I’d get. He was always quick to respond and always got me the answers I need. In a stressful situation that a real estate sale is, Ehab made it as transparent and painless as possible. I cannot more highly recommend him as your realtor. I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else for a future sale.

Ehab is an incredible realtor. Where do I even begin? This man is part of our family through an amazing home buying process. Not only did he find my husband and I our forever home, he also took the utmost care of us throughout the entire process. When you meet him, you dont immediately think Realtor, you meet a genuine person who wants to help in whatever way he can. Ehab was punctual, thorough, and took the greatest care to make sure that our transaction went smoothly. I have since recommended him to many friends looking to rent/buy/etc, and he has equally taken great care of them as well. I cannot suggest him enough for a San Diego realtor. He is the kind of person that takes a pride in his work, and genuinely enjoys being of service to his clients.

Ehab is a wonderful realtor to work with. He’s exceptional and very professional. The first time I met him was at an open house he was handling. I walked into the house and he welcomed me and walked me throughout the house explaining about the house. Right then and there I thought that he was the right person to help us find our first home in San Diego. After several long months, I returned back to San Diego with my family and I called him up saying that we were interested in purchasing a house in the San Carlos Area. He was able to put a listing together within a couple of days and our search began. He made the whole process very simple and within a couple of months we were able to close. He was patient and very thorough. Always updating us on deadlines that had to be met. Looking forward to working with him on my next house and will definitely refer him to other family members and friends.
