We just completed the sale of our family home of 60 years with great results, largely attributed to the great work of Adam and Dave at Edge Real Estate Agency. Adam and Dave spent the necessary time researching the unique property we were offering, listened carefully to all 7 siblings who had a stake in the property, and made recommendations on pricing and presentation that ultimately led to the family getting an all-cash deal, 30% above asking price. Their work on completing the sale didnt end with accepting the offer on our behalf, but continued throughout the escrow process until proceeds were transferred into our trust account. I am beginning to lose count of the times we have used Dave and his team at Edge for our buying and selling homes. In our most recent transaction, in a very tough market as a buyer Dave came through once again and helped us find just the right place for our family. Dave has become like a friend to us after all these years of working with him and he understood our exact needs. This quality is so important in a buyers agent as each buyer has different needs. Dave and his entire team are great with communication and quick to respond. In this type of market you have to act fast, and as soon as the listing came on the market, Dave was able to meet that same day for a private showing. Of course finding the right place was just the first step. The next challenge was putting in an offer that would get accepted! We had already lost out on many other homes but Dave knew exactly the right strategy and coached us in what terms to use and it worked out! The entire process from accepted offer to close was smooth and even after close, Dave and his team go out of his way to make sure you have a smooth move. Adam is also fantastic to work with and helped out in many ways with our transaction. I cant recommend Edge highly enough!!

I recently listed my house in Manhattan Beach with Dave. From the beginning he very accurately (as it turned out) assesed the house in relation to the market conditions and developed a strategy to maximize the value of the house.We then worked together for a couple of weeks along with his various service providers to improve the appearance and therefore the value of the house. They helped us find our first house $100k below the appraised value - during the pandemic when properties where selling over asking in weeks! I have been involved in quite a few real estate transactions in different states and in other parts of California. Dave Fratello has been the best real estate agent to deal with by far. The most important thing to know about Dave is he is honest. You dont always get that with a realtor who wants you to buy a house from them. He also is extremely informed about the real estate area he serves. For a few years we were looking to buy a house in Manhattan Beach and someone told me about his blog. I followed the blog for a couple of years. All of his blogs were very informative with no sugar coating about the properties. I knew he would be the right realtor for us. We have some good news regarding Edge Real Estate as represented by Dave Fratello who worked with us for a couple of years to find the right house, in the right neighborhood, and it took a while but we were able to find the one we wanted, albeit overbudget! he is relentless, diplomatic and has been very helpful going all the way back to some five years...he helped us buy one in Redondo B and sell the same after three years of living there....now another new, old place. he even connected with one of his favorite home decorators! that did not work out.....wanted nonrefundable some 27k...I really wish the want-to-be great agents do a little more in helping new arrivals in finding decorators, architects, designers and contractors who will not rip you off like the ones i ran into! not by casually referencing, but a little research etc. I realize not every buyer or seller needs such help. Sellers need make-up kit, buyers need to know that the beauty was made up. In my case, the place definitely was not made up, for sure! These can be working with companies like Edge for a fee or pro-bono as can be worked out. new buyers and old buyers please watch out! when it comes to money, no one is nice! they will take you down. Dave advised and represented me as a seller of my Manhattan Beach home, and at the same time as buyer of a new property contingent on the sale of my then existing home.
