I have to say that using Edge Home Finance, more specifically Loans by Brad by Brad Bennett, was one of the best decisions of my life!!! I’m not even exaggerating, Brad did an outstanding job! This guy is just made for this profession. He knows what he is doing and knows how to get things done.Thanks to Brad and all his hard work, My husband and I closed escrow in two weeks!!! INSANE!!! Brad is not afraid to hustle for you. You will need to do your part as well but this man will work hard for you. He truly wants the best for you and your family.The whole process of working with Brad was seamless and fantastic. He got us approved for the loan the same night we applied for it. He reach out to the owner of the house we wanted and explained that we qualified for days, which was extremely helpful. He setup the home inspection and appraisal of the house. He moves fast, but will slow things down when you have questions to ensure that you understand everything that is going on, and what will happen. As I’m sure you can already guess, his communication skills are fantastic!This was mine and my husband’s first time buying a house so there was a LOT we did not know when it comes to buying a house. Therefore, the process could’ve been very scary and overwhelming but it wasn’t because we had Brad. He gave us his personal number so we could call any time we had a question. We called him a LOT and he ALWAYS answered our questions and advised us on what to do next. He saved us money where he could, answered all our questions, and got things done. In addition, he is just a really kind guy. He is just the BEST!!! He is a honest and caring man who will do more for you than anyone else in this line of work. I highly highly recommend him. If you go with anyone else, then you’ve already made a big mistake! Just for reference, my dad worked in the redevelopment department for the city of Monrovia for over 30 years. Therefore, he closed many escrows. We spoke to Brad early on during our first home purchasing journey. We werent ready at the time, but Brad had explained our options. We eventually became ready and he pre-approved us which let us know our budget and what to look for. Through the entire process of sending offers and getting denied or countered, he was there to help us with our questions. Once we finally our offer accepted, he led us through the final steps and made the process very less stressful. If he was not available right at the moment, he would let us know he was available making it an easy communication channel. I would recommend Brad for any mortgage needs!

Working with Brad Bennett has been an absolute amazing experience. My wife and I were having so much trouble buying a house. Working with Lennar Mortgage was an absolute nightmare. We were getting the run around for three months, no one could give us correct information and it felt like it was impossible to figure out which direction we were suppose to go. Once we started working with Brad, he was able to tell us the steps we needed to do to get loan approval. It took Brad two weeks to get us approved. Brad Bennet, financed a home purchase for my daughter and her husband. I was involved because I contributed some money to the purchase. I think it’s important that you understand my background. I worked for a city redevelopment agency, and I probably acquired somewhere between 250 and 350 properties for the agency. I would say that I am experienced with loan officers, escrow officers and real estate attorneys. I have to say that Brad is one of the best, if not the best Loan officers I’ve ever dealt with. He kept all parts of the transaction moving in a positive direction. On every facet of the transaction, he moved very quickly, but at the same time extremely accurately. The entire transaction closed within about 10 days which is extraordinary. Because Brad paid such close attention to every detail this transaction went exceptionally smoothly and incredibly quickly. I would recommend Brad to anyone who needs a great loan officer. And we will use him again, when my children refinance their house

I never thought that buying a home would be so easy. Escrow closed so fast that I didn’t even keep track of when it started but it was about 15 days or less. Everything went so smoothly as almost all the documents were able to be signed through docusign which saved a lot of time as I didn’t have to travel to sign them. Brad is fantastic as he does everything to make sure that the process moves as smooth as possible. He truly does care about the people that he works with and tries to make sure that you as the buyer is taken care of like family. I would definitely work with Him again if I ever need to find another Home.

I went to Brad Bennet of Edge Home Finance to purchase my first home. Brad promised me that he would be able to close escrow in 14 days. We closed escrow in 10 days and received the keys.This is almost unheard of.Three years later I decided to refinance my home. I went to the typical lenders on the Internet like Rocket Mortgage and Loan Depot. Both lenders were unsuccessful in completing the loan. So I decided to give Brad another try. When I approached Brad, he promised that he would get the loan done in approximately two weeks. Once again, Brad kept his word.
