Add another successful sale by Mr. Dee to the list! Just sold a rental in this very dynamic real estate market within timeline and price point thanks to Ed. I dont know how he manages to track all the ever changing regulations, rules, market trends, etc., but he does and it makes all the difference in a successful selling or purchasing negotiation.
