I would highly recomend Ed and J roofing. Everything was effortless from getting the initial quote to getting the job done. I had to get electrical work done before getting a new roof and E&J were very patient . They pulled the permits and were very responsive. Great customer service talking to Maria, Javier and Jesse. The team that turned up were amazing, on time and courteous. Theyre estimate included more detailed work at a lower cost and I couldnt be happier with the final result. Antonio and Phillipe did an amazing job at the install. Thankyou E&J roofing. )

Absolutely stellar experience with “Ed and J United Roofing Inc”.!From start to finish, they exhibited professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The team arrived promptly, assessed the situation and proceeded to remove all of the roofing shingles, all 2 layers of it., from both the main and the guest house. The work was clean and all of the worn shingles was removed and taken off site.Their craftsmanship was impeccable, and they completed the project on time, just days before the weekend rain. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.I highly recommend “Ed and J United Roofing Inc” for anyone in need of Excellent roofing services.!!

During this heavy raining period, it was difficult to get roofers to keep an appointment, much less do the work quickly. But he kept his appointment, got me the quote quickly and got the job scheduled and completed before the next storm came in! Couldn’t ask for better work. Arrived promptly and got right to work. No patch job here, they completely stripped problem areas and rebuilt it properly. They did not leave until all the work was done properly. There isn’t a better roofing company out there. Highly recommend! Great job at a reasonable price.

What a great experience having the folks at njEd and J roofing replace my roof. They were fast the great communications whenever I had a question they call me right back. Maria in the office was fantastic for keeping me updated with the whole process and I just cant say enough they were just a really great crew Im very happy with the guys that were out here and the people that helped me over the phone. The job was completed in a timely manner. The interaction with Maria in the office re: appointments, estimate, invoices etc. was excellent and much appreciated. My one issue involved a leak which occurred shortly after completion. I reported it and the employee who responded had no idea of the specifics of the leak nor where it was nor did he ask. Unfortunately he did not speak sufficient English and I finally had to somehow redirect and mime to show the location. It was uncomfortable for us both and I urge your company to avoid this type of situation in the future. The leak was eventually repaired.

We used Ed and J a few months back to make a couple repairs to our roof where we were having leaks. I wanted to wait to leave a review until we’ve had a few good storms to test the roof. First off, i called 5 companies for quotes, Ed and J were the ONLY ones to show up when they said they would and did not give us the run around. I believe Miguel gave me the quote and he was great and seemed very honest and knowledgeable. The guy who did the repair was also great. He finished all the work in one day. He was very polite and cleaned up well after he was done. So far, after a few good rains the roof has held up perfect and the leaks are gone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and i will use them again for any needs in the future. Thank you!

Ed & J Roofing were great to work with. We live in a remote area and have a specialized metal roof, so we had problems finding roofers who would be willing to work with us, but this company was available, and ready to do the job. After contacting them we had someone out there within a day or two, giving us a quote. The quote was very fair and the process was easy.We had to wait a while for the installation, due to the materials not being on hand, but overall, we had a really good experience with Ed and J Roofing and we would be gladly work with them again. They even worked on the weekend to get the project done before incoming rain. Really impressed with the service and commitment of this company.

Absolutely fantastic. Fair and honest. I had some rotted facia. Ed came out to give an estimate. He not only got on a ladder and started removing tiles to diagnose the problem, he showed me and educated me what the problem was. His office got back with me the following day with a written detailed estimate via emailI. I accepted this estimate and they performed the work a few days later. The guys who showed up were punctual and professional. All the work was performed that was agreed upon for the dollar amount agreed upon. No hidden fees or scams. Just good honest hard working LOCAL folks running an honest business. Diamond Ridge Roofing used to be my first call, now they’re not even on the call list. Especially after the pure arrogance and sleazy sales tactics by Mr. Bono. Save yourself the hassle and call ED and J Roofing. I am one extremely satisfied customer. Thank you 🙏🏻

For months since Hurricane Hillary, we have contacted multiple roofers in Ridgecrest for a typical roof repair and received poor responses varying from no return phone calls to a lack of follow through to complete process to obtain a quote. We can be patient and wait if communication is clear. Knowing that rains were in the forecast we tried again. Two weeks ago on a google search, Ed and J United popped up (with good reviews) so I called them. They stopped by to see what needed to be done, a few days later emailed a quote, and just 3 days ago, completed the job just in time for the rains last night. From the first contact, Ed and J United have been professional and responsive to getting our roof repair on their schedule quickly and done efficiently.

Of the 12 companies we contacted for our roof repair only 4 responded to do a quote. Ed and J were the first to respond, first to inspect and had the best quote.The additional water damages discovered during the roof replacement were added in to the quote and it was still the best deal. Also they worked with us for a payment plan after what the insurance paid. We would certainly use them again.

I couldn’t be more happy with my roof 8 total skylights replacement and additional repair work that required on my roof . Manager Tony is the best and easy to work with and he is right on a top of any task. Great team work shown repairing my roof by Gama and Phillipe . Also wanted to thank Miguel for an additional needed on my roof, he done it with perfection, Hope that no problems during coming heavy rains . These people were so friendly, attentive and helpful! They did a Beautiful job at a very reasonable, low cost. We had 5 other quotes and these people were definitely the most friendly and affordable. The work done was perfect! They also spent time cleaning up. When the job was complete you never would have known I had damage, and the clean up was so good you would not have known they were there. They came in did the job and left, always quiet and on point!

Very responsive and very reasonable. The crew are a great bunch of hard-working guys. Personable and professional. Our roof is 2 story and 45-degree A-frame style. They all used proper fall protection (important!), were great to have on our property and clean up was fantastic. Three other companies didnt even respond to our request for quote. My wife ran into Ed at the Bear Valley Springs country store - asked him - and he came over an hour later to assess and get us a quote. Glad we found Ed and J!

I would highly recommend Ed & J United Roofing.Our roof leaked during a recent storm and needed a roofer right away because another Atmospheric River storm was on the way.Ed was very responsive and knowledgeable. He pointed out areas of our 20 year old roof that needed to be addressed soon to prevent more severe and costly damage.His proposal was well written and covered everything that was discussed. His crew performed as promised and they did a pretty good job of cleaning up.The best part of this was when the BIG Atmospheric River storm came a day later and dropped a couple of inches of rain, there was no leak!!

I am disabled and live on a fixed income. My house was in desperate need for a roof. I got many quotes but all were way higher then I could ever afford. ED AND J gave me a reasonable quote and even worked with me. They did half of my roof which is all I could afford right now. After the new year I will be able to do the other half. They stuck to the quote and the work is excellent. No mess was left in my yard. Its nice to find an honest business that is willing to work with people. Recommend this company to anyone on need of roof repair/replacement.

They installed a new roof and repaired our patio roof and also repaired damage on our patio roof as well as replaced our skylights. They did an amazing job! Their crew was so good and efficient. Ed&J installed a beautiful new roof on my home,. I cant say enough about how pleased I am. Jesse showed up on time, he explained everything that needed to be done, he answered all my questions and concerns, he wrote me a very affordable estimate, and stuck to it. As for the crew, they showed up on time (early) and got right to work! I also want to say Sébastien did a great job installing the new fascia.
