Julia was my point of contact in getting my account approved and set up, and she really did a great job. Ive been dealing with merchant processing for 14 years, and in the past I have dealt with customer support that just didnt care about my business or my account. and I could tell Julia cared. She took her time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and even educationally. She also went out on a limb to make things happen quickly. Its rare to find that these days and Im super grateful. Thus, so far I would recommend ECS Payments over any other merchant processor I have ever worked with.

Chandler Namath has been one of the most refreshing representatives to work with in this industry. I come from over 20 years of finance experience, I have probably processed over $100 million in credit cards, and Chandler has made this experience so seamless and his consistency along with his business Acumen has been huge.
