As a service provider who relies on receiving timely payments Eco Trak has cost me thousands of dollars in late payments from the company I provide services for. Nobody at Eco Trak calls me back and the 2.0 version has some serious flaws to which nobody will address. I wish the company I work for had never gotten involved with EcoTrak. Everybody hates it except upper management. Eco Trak is cumbersome and my payments are months and months behind bc of them!!!!!!

Of all WO management software this is one of the most cumbersome and unfriendly systems with the least amount of functionality. If I could get our clients to stop using it I would. Knowledge base is useless and live chat takes forever, we are still waiting a week later for a resolution to our last issue. Now our client tells us that suddenly we are showing no contacts for them to tag us....

I cant speak highly enough about Ecotraks platform. The teams level of professionalism and customer obsession adds immeasurable value.
