I never get tired of saying how much we appreciate David. He truly cares about us and will call us directly, if needed, to assure he is addressing whatever issue we may have. It is wonderful to work with someone (both Economy Pest, in general, and David, specifically) who takes a personal interest in making sure you are completely satisfied in the timing of their response and the resolution of your issue. We hired Economy Pest Control first to deal with a rodent intrusion in the attic of an older home adjacent to a much newer, high quality home built in 2014. In all fairness, they took care of the issue in the older home. We also hired them for several months to deal with an apparent intrusion into the new home. This turned out to be a single rat which apparently got in through a door that had been accidentally left open. I ultimately had to catch the rat myself, despite abundant evidence regarding exactly where the rat was active in the house. During the months of ineffective service, this lone rat caused damage necessitating literally thousands of dollars of repairs, mostly through damaging PVC pipes and causing multiple leaks inside the walls. I told them that I was VERY dissatisfied, and did not intend to pay the final month of billing for their completely inadequate service to control pests. They have now turned that bill over to a collection agency, which I will have to pay, on top of all the previous months of billing for zero results (other than catching a couple of rats outside the house). Zero stars.

I started using Economy Pest Control in 2010 when my newly purchased home in Nevada County was infested with carpenter ants. Economy Pest totally took on the challenge and eliminated the ants.When I moved to Roseville in 2022 I moved my pest service with Economy Pest with me to my new home. This company is professional and has reasonable rates.

A technician, Travis, came out to assess a potential carpenter ant situation. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took his time to explain everything thoroughly and to answer all of my questions. I felt confident in his professional assessment and was very comfortable with his personable demeanor. If I were his boss I’d give him a raise! Will definitely use this company in the future.

Great Customer service. Yellow Jackets were swarming in my doorway and I was stung three times. I called late Friday afternoon and they were able to be here at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. He found the problem - treated it - and the bees are basically gone. He said it will take a couple of days before theyre totally gone. If you need help with past control - give Economy Pest Control a call - youll be happy with their service.

There phone customer service was misleading. They explained everything and were very accommodating. However the people they sent out to do a home inspection were not helpful. They did not do a full inspection and assumed the knew were the problem was. We payed $200 for 6 mouse traps. Not worth it. We had to inspect ourselves and found a huge hole under our kitchen counters. Very disappointed in the inspection.

Our family has used their monthly service for several years, and cant say enough good things about our Service Tech, Matt. We initially called asking to spray for ants and spiders, but Matt is always available to defend our home from other pests of the forest. They take extra precautions in our home if they need to enter (shoe covers and a mask). Very importantly, they seem to be wonderful people who treat customers more than fairly. We are happy to do business with such a great company and really appreciate the work Matt and team provide. If you have a pest problem, just call them! You wont regret it.

Taylor is the technician that services our home. We have been using Economy Pest for many years. We are very satisfied with their services. Yesterday we noticed a few ants in the kitchen area. We called the main office and they informed us that Taylor would be coming to our house the next day. Taylor arrived the next day right on time. Start to finish, Economy Pest Control provided a perfect service experience. I cold-called as a new customer over the weekend and left a voicemail. First thing Monday morning I got a call back and they scheduled me same day. The onsite service person phoned ahead, as requested. He was experienced with yellow jackets, answered all my questions, and left me with the situation handled and a game plan moving forward. Really appreciate EPCs easy online payment methods and paperless invoicing. Such a relief to now know who to call.

Matt was very knowledgeable about our difficult yellow jacket nest. He was able to get rid of the very large nest in the retaining wall on the first visit. Everyone was very nice and accommodating on the phone when scheduling as well. They make sure they can see you as soon as they possibly can. Now, six months later we have new nest in a different spot and I called them right away, I left a message and got a call back with in 10 minutes of calling! I can’t recommend them enough.

CALL THEM! EXCELLENT service, which I ended up not needing. I absolutely trust these people. I suspected a bed bug problem because of bites on my child. I was able to get a next day appointment and the young man arrived as scheduled. NO CHARGE. He spent about an hour looking for evidence of bed bugs (and found none), answering lots of questions and was SO HELPFUL. He was honest. I was RELIEVED!EcoGuard from Folsom had been out several months before and I just did not feel comfortable with the guy who came out. He just wanted to make a sale. And, I was charged $125. The guy was like a slick salesman and said things I knew not to be true. He was like a yes man. Treating for bed bugs is EXTREMELY expensive!
