I was so confused when I heard a knock at my door, but Gene’s timing couldn’t have been more perfect since I tried calling tech support that morning! Gene was incredibly helpful and patiently showed me how to troubleshoot the issue - staying until it was fully resolved. Friendly, knowledgeable, well-mannered, well-spoken, and efficient - Gene definitely improved my opinion of Frontier!

This is a pyramid scheme scam. They have a lot of fake reviews that are repetitive. They contacted me from indeed and lied to me that I will be on a starting salary of 55-60k. After I drove 45 minutes they told me in person that it’s only commission based and I’ll be working for free. Do not fall for this scam and do not waste your time. Leave them a 1 star review and report them to the BBB if your time and money was wasted by this scam.

Quinton just helped me set up a rental for a water dispenser. My boyfriend and I have been talking about it for a few months and I love when things just fall into your lap- or in this case, knock on your door. He was very kind and informative and didn’t allow for any awkward moments which was awesome. Good conversation and now I don’t have to boil water for my tea any more. Brian came by to our house in garden grove. He was very nice and helpful. He was very patient with us explaining every detail . He was able to answer our questions even with loud noise that we had going on. He even said hi to our 2 dogs. He is a very nice guy if you guys need pet grooming and cant take them this is the Mobil pet grooming you need. Thanks Brian for helping us since I cant take my dogs to the grooming spot since I have 6 children and have a lot going on.

These reviews are fake. First off this business is a pyramid scheme. They push you to work solely off commission, why? They are taking a 50/50 split off your deal. They have a high turn over rate because people aren’t buying internet from a door salesman. So if you don’t close at least 30 deals a month you’re not even making minimum wage after taxes. They hire anyone they can get because the overall volume of employees will make them money regardless if over half can’t sell or if they quit. If you speak with the “director Kevin” he’ll throw big numbers around to entice you to join. If anyone tries to sell you the job then it’s not a good job to be apart of. Personally I think that this is one of those businesses which is a perfect fit for people who have an entrepreneurial mindset. This isnt for people who just want to skate by in life. Management actually cares enough about their employees to push them to their ultimate potential and I love that. The team that they have in the office are all about strong mentorship and support. A lady called me and offered me a “job” that seemed to good to be true. On top of that we don’t remember applying and they somehow got our information and contacted us saying we applied.
