It’s a lovely place to live. Andrea and Jennifer are very sweet and helpful. It’s a quiet area with lot of amenities. The apartment is very spacious and the dog park is a win. I would recommend Eaves to a friend for sure

If you value your car, your belongings and your sanity, please do not rent or park your car at this apartment complex; it seems to be a business between the apartment administration and the towing company; they will tow your car deliberately for the slightest thing possible….all part of a scam; they see the car everyday, they know you are staying there, they know you have all the parking permits and the moment that they need some money they wait until your parking tag is not visible enough that day or that it fell by accident and they will go ahead and tow your car and charge you $500….that happened to me and also to other people I know. The management at the leasing office (Jennifer and her team) are just a group of unprofessionals, lack of empathy, unable to negotiate, to listen to people and to have any type of emotional intelligence. The upper senior management is also involved and bias; unable to listen to the feedbacks of the people. they are all the same. Even the Uber driver who took me there knows about these incidents do to the trips he made weekly to this towing company.

Today, Mario came out to my apartment and fixed my light in my kitchen. He first tried to just replace the light bulbs but that didn’t work. He had to go to Home Depot to go get some kind of electrical piece that had went out, preventing me from being able to turn the light on. Thanks again Mario, hope you have a Merry Christmas!

Apartment and the maintenance is good. Friendly staff. However the pricing has spiked in the recent months (for those considering to extend/renew the lease), beyond the market rates. Due to this, im forced to vacate the apartment. Thereby ending my 5 long years of association with Avalon communities. The management doesnt seem to care.

I am a happy senior citizen resident of Eaves Dublin. I visited this property a few years ago 4 times before the perfect apt became available to me for my needs. I feel like I am driving home each and every day! I tell my friends I live in the forest - the trees make the neighborhood so inviting. Any maintenance repair is responded to within one day or less! The maintenance crew is also like an extended family and I am never anxious if they need to enter my space when I am not at home. Highly recommend this beautiful property to anybody who enjoys Dublin life.

We have been at eaves Dublin for almost 3 years and love it here! It’s quiet and in walking distance to Frederikson Elementary and Alamo Creek Park. Mario from maintenance is always very friendly and prompt to fixing anything you may need. Would definitely recommend.

Ive been living at Avalon Eaves for 22 years and I still love it here! The staff and maintenance are wonderful. They have a great attitude, have been so helpful and they always do excellent work. I love the trees, flowers, greenery, the pool and fitness room, plus it has a dog park! Highly recommend Avalon Eaves Dublin!!

I lived at the Eaves Dublin complex for a year and a half with my dog. The apartments are tucked back in the hills and surrounded by trees. It is a great quiet location with lots of trails and parks nearby, perfect if you own a dog or if you have young kids. The buildings are a bit older but updated inside and very clean. I want to give a special shoutout to Lea, she was amazing from before I even signed my lease and even after moving out. She was tremendously helpful and went above and beyond. AvalonBay would not be the same with out her!! I also want to give a shoutout to Mario, head of the maintenance staff. He was always so kind and super quick with any maintenance requests. Thank you Eaves Dublin!

This review is for Mario S. Mario came here Tuesday January 10 and today, Thursday January 12, 2023. Mario came to fix the blinds and change an A/C filter Tuesday. Today Mario came to install a washer to replace the one we had that no longer worked. He was also here about a week ago to fix the toilet.Marios work is consistently excellent. He is always polite, friendly and professional. Mario explains what he is doing and why as he goes. He shows us that whatever he is fixing works before he leaves.Also, January 31, 2022 the drain in the parking lot flooded again. Mario came to the parking lot to pull the fallen leaves out of the drain so that the water could drain before doing any damage to the cars and garages.The water got to knee level and was starting to enter the closest garages. Mario spent the next two hours-by himself-raking, shoveling and pulling wet leaves out by hand. He removed all the leaves so that the water would not flood and cause major damage to residents cars and garage contents.You could not ask for a more dependable employee who does the highest quality work and stays until the job is done.

I want to give a shout-out to Mario S. from the Maintenance team at Eaves. Over the years, we have experienced issues with appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher), but Mario has always been there for us. The last episode happened this Sunday; we had an issue with our washer causing water to flood the our kitchen, but Mario showed up as soon as he could on a Sunday to help us fix it. Mario is always professional and kind. Thanks again for everything Mario🙏🏾

I’ve been a part of the Eaves Dublin community for a little more than a year. It’s a wonderful community to call your home. It’s located in a great area with many parks, trails, and scenes of nature. In the early mornings you can see deers and turkeys outside, and it’s such a remarkable scene to witness every morning. The apartment units are nice and cozy and have great amenities such as a gym, dog park, and food trucks are often contracted and brought to the complex for dinner. The staff at Eaves are such sweet and friendly people. Lea in the front office is such a sweetheart and goes above and beyond to accommodate the residents, and always answers any question I may have. The maintenance staff always does a great job in responding to any service request I may have, and gets it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment to any future residents who are considering this community as their next home.

I was happy with how easy and efficient they make the move in process. The apartments are pretty nice and new. Staff is friendly. It was unfortunate that the hot water wasnt working when I moved in, but the maintenance team came back every day until the problem was resolved. The grounds are well kept, and most importantly the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. If you like to be somewhere close to downtown but also near a lot of trails, this is a good option. Also, having a garage is a big plus. I would recommend someone to live here overall, Ive had a positive experience!

My supervisor and I made an appointment with Dayna Lucas. She was welcoming and very polite and professional. We explained we needed this for a short amount of time and wanted to keep within our corporate housing budget. She helped us look for different locations on your website and gave us a tour of the community. She had all the paperwork ready when we did the walk through. We are currently living at eaves Dublin. We moved from out of state just as summer was beginning, and the office staff was amazing through the whole process.The staff has continued to be friendly and helpful even after move-in, which sometimes isnt the case. Weve lived in apartments where they were very friendly before move-in and very unhelpful afterward. But at eaves, they are still friendly a few months in. :)I wasnt sure that I was going to write a review, but recently, my daughter fell off her bike near the clubhouse and the office staff helped her get cleaned up and called me to let me know, and I just felt like they went above and beyond with all of that, so I thought I would share that with the internet.The facilities are very nice as well. I havent used the work out room, but it looks nice, and the pool and bathrooms are always clean. There are some nice quality gas grills that we use frequently. The neighbors are phenomenal. Theres very little noise, and everyone is very friendly.The apartments are little bit out of the way for some things in Dublin. Its very quiet, though, because traffic doesnt come to the area unless they are residents or friends. Theres also a park within walking distance down the street where lots of families go to play. Overall, the community is great.

I just moved into eaves Dublin about a month ago and could not be happier. As a former San Francisco resident, I came to the Tri-Valley area for a new job and chose this location with views of the hills, biking and hiking trails close by, and a friendly, diverse community. The staff are welcoming, accommodating, and listen to any and all concerns and questions and get results right away. A special shout out to John, acting manager in the office who has repeatedly helped me with new person questions, and goes above and beyond to ensure all goes well for me. My family has lived here for a year now, and we have loved our stay here. We love the environment, very safe and quiet, and also familiy friendly. We enjoyed the trees and different animals we do get to see time to time. Staff members are always so welcoming, and have hosted different events such as chalk drawing contest, community breakfast, and etcs to make the community more like home. Lea, the staff memeber who helped us when signing the lease kept touch with us and provided wonderful assitance even after signing the lease. Maintenance requests are fulfilled very promptly.

Only recently, have I had a few issues with my apartment: minor things that go along with renting anywhere like AC and my refrigerator failing. But I am not reviewing to complain. I want to praise the team at eaves Dublin especially, my hero, Mario the maintenance man. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make my life comfortable here. And I want him to know that his effort has not gone unnoticed and unappreciated. You know when professionalism meets skill and determination thats what you get with Mario. The man literally can fix anything. And he does so with speed, expertise, and a smile. So thank you Mario. Thank you to the entire eaves Dublin team who are led by the greatest property manager Mary. I feel heard, valued, and appreciated as a resident here. Feelings which can be difficult to find as a renter. Ive lived at Eaves Dublin for about 6 months and its an incredible and amazing place to call home. The neighbors have been great, no one is noisy or loud and evenings are extraordinarily peaceful. I work nights, so I sleep most of the time during the day, and I have never once had an issue with noise or people screaming. The fact that people have families, pets, etc is a testament to the great way the complex is setup.In addition, the area surrounding the complex, and the complex itself is gorgeous and very well kept. Its stunningly beautiful, with trees, and a stream/creek right next door.The front office staff have been nothing but helpful, understanding, and extremely friendly any time I need to discuss anything with them. I never have to worry about anything when they say theyll take care of something, they mean it. The maintenance staff has also been nothing but prompt, helpful, and efficient. I cant speak highly enough.Overall, again, I absolutely love living here and I have no intention to move as long as I can remain here. Its a beautiful complex, which, by the way, is a non-smoking complex which is fantastic as well. I cant recommend this place enough! Its a wonderful place to live.

I have been pleasantly surprised how easy it was to initiate the process, secure an apartment and move in. its now been two months and I can say management has been great, responsive and friendly. my apartment is nice and clean. everything works great. I have been surprised how quiet the neighborhood is. I deport know why the gym is mostly empty but I get to use it as much as I like most of the time. The fact that the rent is reasonable and I an super close to work is a big bonus.

Ill be as honest as possible. All in all, this apartment complex is AMAZING. Obviously not one complex is perfect but as far as perfect goes in this world, this is it.Pros:Ive been here for over a year and its pretty peaceful. The staff is great and VERY helpful, I haven’t seen any theft EVEN when boxes are left outside. I haven’t seen any senseless violence. People are pretty respectful. The scenery and areas to walk are calm and beautiful. You can see deer and turkeys. Only 5 minutes from freeway. Plenty of trash cans! An area for dogs. The complex is clean. Amazon locker on the grounds. Staff Responds to problems QUICKLY! Amenities are up to date and nice! Even the one bedroom and Jr. Bedroom are spacious and nice!Cons:One of the trash cans near the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments gets full REALLY fast. Can hear neighbors walking upstairs. There are a good amount of turkeys, but they aren’t invasive or meddlesome.Truly, these are my ONLY cons, and those, to me, aren’t even necessarily bad. Not even worth dropping any stars.Eaves Dublin does an AMAZING job with this place. I imagine that it cant be easy to clean after and keep a complex of over a 100 people running efficiently, but they manage to do it well! Great job!!!

I called numerous times yesterday and did not receive a simple call back even after they said they will call you back before the 24 hour mark when a voicemail was left. The pricing for this place has gotten ridiculous. Especially considering the ongoing maintenance issues that we have experienced in the last three years. However, the location is nice and it is very dog friendly. Amy from the office and Mario in maintenance are the only ones that are helpful and you can ever get ahold of. If its their day off, good luck! Been here for three years and Im moving out because I found a much nicer place in Pleasanton at the same price.

Living at the Eaves Dublin is a great choice. I have lived here for a few years and enjoy how close it is to parks and the Alamo Trail. The office staff, Bobbie and Mary, are also extremely helpful. Not only are they welcoming and friendly, but they will always help you with whatever problem you have. They even provide dog treats and water all year round for the pets! The maintenance team is also very quick and really helpful! They keep everything running smoothly, I dont know what we would do without their help!

I have lived in this community going on my second year. Its hard too believe that a large part of that time we have all been Covid driven sheltering in place. Regardless, the community has always been quite. The neighbors are easy to get along with. A bonus that we are right along the Alamo Creek, which invites a lot of small wildlife and open spaces for walks. A short walk to the Iron Horse Trail also.I found the staff on site to be helpful and prompt with any issues I have had. I had a leaky toilet repaired within days. One issue: When I first moved in, the refrigerator freezer motor would make a godawful noise whenever it turned on. They looked at it twice, said they didnt hear the noise fas it never came on when they were there and didnt fix it. I think it has just grown on me as I dont notice it much anymore.My one bedroom apartment is laid out perfectly compared to many I looked at. Functionally efficient with no odd corners or areas that are tight. My apartment was very clean with new flooring and paint when I loved in. appliances are not brand new, but functional and I have no complaints. it is an older community and it doesnt show like some of the newer updated ones around town, but I struggled with odd floor plans and pricier apartments. The buildings could use a coat of paint.I am seriously glad that I live on the third floor. I am a light sleeper and the floors are noisy even when I try to be quiet in the evening. I wouldnt like being on the lower floors. I rarely hear my next door neighbors except maybe late at night or when its really quite.I read reviews before I moved in that complained about a lot of barking dogs and feces around the community. that seemed to be resolved before I moved in. I hear random barking now and then but not a nagging sound and there are doggie bag dispensers around that people generally use. I have never stepped on a land mine!There are often fun activities like valentines day flowers and candy at the office and little pies on Pi day. They try to get Food trucks every other friday evening and they are pretty good. I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym for the short time they were open till the Covid shut down. Im looking forward to everything coming back online soon.Guest deer early in the mornings and a hysterical rafter of turkeys live among us. They mostly keep to themselves.All in all I highly recommend living here. I plan on staying for now unless my job or other event sends me off! I hope this helps a little

One of the easiest application approval/move in process I have encountered. Beautiful area with nearby parks and the property is extremely well taken care of. No problems with neighbors or crime of any sort. My apartment was extremely clean and move in ready with no issues. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to move to the Dublin/San Ramon area.

The team at leasing office are professional and helpful. They guide us and made move in process smooth. The reason for my rating is I have complaint on the quality of flats. The apartment I received has plumbing issues as well as creaky floors. Add to that there are bugs in apartment, so very concerning .

My girlfriend and I been living at Eaves Dublin for over a year, and it has been a wonderful place to call home. Bobbie and Mary in the office have been nothing but helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They are responsive whenever we share concerns with them, and seem to genuinely care about the community here and ensuring that tenets have a positive experience. The maintenance staff, Mordardo, John and Hide, are quick to respond and always polite and friendly. In addition, the location of the complex is absolutely ideal, with beautiful bike trails and a park within walking distance. The Alamo Creek runs right next to the complex, and there are plenty of trees to give tenets a feeling of sanctuary from the often crowded city of Dublin. Come to Eaves Dublin and get a tour from Bobbie or Mary. Youll find a lovely community here (and some great nature walks too)!

I am into my second year here at this property,and I must say that this is a hidden gem especially if you enjoy your privacy. The grounds are always very clean,and thats much appreciated, and the management team here is extremely professional, and efficient . I must say that the 1bd room units are rather small, but very cozy, and on the flip side to that you have a private garage,and your own wash/dry so it makes up in other areas !!!!! Also as an advisory there is one issue that I hope Eaves will address, and that is the floors could be better padded to eliminate,or lessen the noise from up stairs neighbors if you are on the bottom floor .I must say Mary is one of the most professional managers Ive ever dealt with,and very kind, and understanding when dealing with sensitive issues.Also Medardo is an awesome maintenance gentleman . He has been very helpful, efficient, and thorough, and always very friendly no matter how large,or small the issue may be.With all that said this is, and has been an excellent place to reside .....

The apartment is right near a trail so its very easy to stay healthy. Overall the community is pretty quiet and people are friendly. Staffs are great and responsive. We had an incident with neighbors noise and Lea helped us handling it. They even send us a card on birthday!

It has been a great time living here and a great first experience in apartment living. The complex is very peaceful and doesn’t have much noise problems that I thought would be an issue living next to a busy road and an Army Base. The apartment itself is very nice and my roommates and I have very much enjoyed how spacious and open the place is. The vibe here is very welcoming and is a great place for a family or even a first time renter like myself.

Mary and Bobbie in the leasing office were always amazingly helpful and the maintenance staff always resolved our issues very quickly. One Sunday our kitchen stove stopped working and maintenance stopped by the following morning and replaced the circuit breaker which fixed the issue. The following Saturday as we were preparing to have a dinner party our stove stopped working again. We called the emergency maintenance number, they sincerely apologized and told us to take our guests out to dinner and Eaves would cover the cost. As if this werent enough they also knocked $200 off our next months rent! The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving closer to our jobs which will be another transfer to our 3rd Eaves in Union City. We have been at Eaves Union City for about 2 weeks now and we love it here as well.

I really enjoy living here. Eaves is just far enough from the city to find that peace and quiet, but close enough to still be able to order delivery/take out! SUPER dog friendly and close to lots of trails and dog parks. The staff is friendly and overall a really great place to live.

One of the best experiences dealing with the Lea from Eaves Leasing Office. She is very patient and took time answering all the questions that I had regarding my move and the community. I was debating between 3 communities and Lea was the deciding factor for me to move to Eaves just by how helpful and supportive she has been throughout the move-in process! Thus far, my experience had the Eaves Dublin has been pretty good. I took my apartment sign unseen which I usually dont like to do, but the leasing office was so accommodating and easy to work with. We love the location where it is close enough to the main strip, but tucked away near parks and paths to run on.

From the day we moved in both Bobbie and Mary Anguiano were welcoming and very accomodating! Whenever we had repair needs or questions they both handled it quickly and professionally. We even had a major family issue and they were sympathetic to the situation and helped us find solutions. The eaves of Dublin management is absolutely terrible. My husband and I leased an apartment when we learned we were being stationed in San Francisco for his job in the coast guard. We were originally told by the coast guard that we were allowed to live off base but were told while I was at the airport to fly to California that we had to live in coast guard housing. We immediately called them and told them everything but since we were 4 days into the lease they decided to rip us off. We never received our keys or anything and they charged us for pretty much the entire month. They kept over $2300 of the 3300 we paid even tho they told us they would only charge us for the days into our lease. They took advantage of our crappy situation and every time we called we were redirected to someone else. When we do get off base housing we definitely won’t be living here. If there management is already this bad prior to moving in, I can’t imagine how they would have been If we did.

I lived here for a year. It is a good apartment community in Dublin with updated interiors and a nice family-friendly atmosphere. Easy walk to the park and nice trail along the creek. Only downside is your garage may not be near your apt and windows are not new.

It is a trap. They lure the rental with one month free. But it is not fee.If you will have break the lease, the penalty will be 3 months rent (2 month penalty + one free month removed).So i did not move in but they took my holding feee and application fee. I remember I was told holding fee is refundable but it is not.

Our leasing consultant PJ was very friendly and helpful. We moved from outside the US but he made it very easy for our friend to view the apartment on our behalf. Once we were in the States he once again again showed us the apartment and was in regular communication. We had specific questions with regards to the lease and he was super prompt in responding to our satisfaction. There was some hiccup with the application process but he ensured it was approved ASAP since we had a very small lead time to move in. Move-in process was smooth and easy and this really helped. I love their digitized system from application to rent payment to notifications. So full marks to PJ and a BIG thanks for going above and beyond.With respect to the community I like that it has a lot of greenery and which is one reason we moved here. The unit has brand new appliances and carpet is fairly new. There is a bit of spiders inside and around the unit which I have been trying to deal with, but so far its not scary/annoying. I would recommend this place and thanks once again PJ for all your help!

Updated...Youd expect for the amount of rent being paid that the rodent problem would be handled correctly. Sticky traps do not work!!! 31 mice, caught by the traps we bought, in 12 months is ridiculous! The spiders overrun the walkways and corners no matter how often you knock them down. There is always lawn clippings on the walkways and right outside the garage doors so you track it into your apartments. I sure would have loved to have a place where the other residents respect each others peace and quiet more, the kids running up and down the stairs and in the walkways gets annoying at all hours of the day. The dog waste in the dog park is never picked up by residents, even though there are always waste bags and disposal sites available.

Things may have changed since we moved out a while back as they were just starting their renovations when we moved out but our experience was pretty miserable. The staff were friendly enough and the problems we experienced werent really their fault.We lived on the bottom floor and the ceilings were horrible for sound. We could hear every little move the family above would make. Literally if they rolled over in bed it would make a horribly loud noise in our room. And when I say family I mean they had kids and a golden retriever and they would literally sprint back and forth across the apartment fairly often. It sounded like someone installed a racquetball court above us. I dont really blame them either since I couldnt exactly complain that they roll over in bed too much at night and they werent throwing parties or anything. Basically its just really poor construction and they are old buildings.Now there is also the fact that the apartment that came available and we ended up in was right up against the sound wall. I guess we didnt realize that sound walls dont actually do a thing to block sound. Being backed right up against a busy street like Dougherty road would keep me up all night with loud trucks and people blasting music as they drove by. You definitely want to be careful which apartment you choose if you are a light sleeper.So your experience may differ if they have torn down and rebuilt the structures themselves... or if you are careful enough to choose a better unit not near the street or on the bottom floor.
