The food is delicious! Upgrade to get the Zucchini Stix or just order some. Theyre so good! This is a semi- fast food place. You order at the counter & pick up your food. Its not a large place. They have a covered patio.

Id rather go to Norms. The lemonade was the best thing. The chicken was the only thing with flavor. Personally, I should have gotten steak and eggs. I might have wanted to go back. A one eat for me. I wont be back.A homeless person came in with a dog to get out of the rain that day. I couldnt eat comfortably.

I ordered from uber eats. I order the lunch box. It was great. Very tasty. Tye burger was not a big size, its was a kids size which was perfect because you get the chicken strips and fries. I actually shared with a coworker was perfect amount for us. Definitely order from this place again.

Was on a trip to California last week and decided to stop in to this great place after a long day of traveling, and I could not be happier. The food was absolutely the most delicious and really hit the spot. The staff was friendly and there are more menu options to fit every lifestyle than you could ask for. The burger and fries we ordered were top-notch and I highly recommend anyone in the area try this place!!

When I moved to torrance, I tried this place because it was around the corner. I personally do not think the burgers are great. The flavor is OK. Overpriced for sure. Although I did like the strawberry milkshake, and even though their fries are not that great, I surprisingly liked the chille on their chille cheese fries. I wouldnt stop anyone from trying it for themselves. Maybe you will find something on the menu that you like.

Best burgers in town!Chicken and breakfast items are solid, too; Good portion size.Staff is friendly.Atmosphere is what youd expect from a burger joint. But the location is kept very clean.I come here at least 1-2 times per month, to fix my cravings for a good bacon cheeseburger.

The breakfast tacos 🌮 are amazing!I get mine with avocado only, but you can add a number of meats. The pico de gallo, egg and cheese are delicious in it. Paired with their fresh-squeezed OJ, Im ready for the day!

Food was delicious! The burger was tasty and the crispy pickles added to the flavor. If you’re not a pickle person, no worries, the burger is still great without them. Fresh cut fries are definitely a plus. The lobby was clean but I gave it 4 stars because this place could use a better a/c.

I’ve passed this establishment many times before and have heard it was great, though never had the chance to eat there until now. I ordered a mamba burger, fries, and a shake. They also provided the fan sauce which is essentially a more flavorful thousand island which taste great mixed with ketchup. The mamba burger is a savory burger which I believe would taste even better with a fried egg, though that’s for next time.

The food is pretty good, but $3 to add a couple strips of bacon to a fast food burger is just insane. Also, they leave all the doors open so its cold and windy in the dining room at night. Probably wont be back—theres a hundred burger places with the same food but better prices and seating areas.

I go to Burger City once a week. Very clean, fast service. The food is amazing. I always get the Santa Monica burger with no onions or lettuce but add mushrooms. Mushrooms are so good. Burger is always juicy and thick just like the bacon. There side of ranch and bbq sauce is so damn good you have to try it. Milkshake is thick and refreshing. Chicken strips and frys are not greasy but fresh and crispy. Every time i go it is always the same so i know it wasnt just a good day. For 2 of us and all that food i mentioned is about $28. Wich is a great price because we actaully take the chicken strips home because its so much food. Try it! You will be hooked!

Burger City, it Isnt!!! Last week it was our first visit to Fantastic since it changed from Burger City. During the transition, they had signs up saying it was the same good food as it used to be but it really isnt. Not when you compare it to what Burger City was, and we were regulars there.Fantastic is good but it is far from fantastic, at least on our visit. The burgers have gotten a bit smaller, which often happens when a change over has been made. The fries we ordered looked like the small scraps on the bottom. They were not freshly made and were just barely warm. I should have taken them back for fresh ones but didnt. We were very disappointed in this visit and would probably not return. There are other places much better.Burger City used to be our Go To place for outstanding quality but now with the change to Fantastic, this is just another of the many similar burger places all around that are just pretty good but certainly not Fantastic!

Really nice and clean burger spot. Lots of parking. They have a drive-thru conveniently available. Great service. The prices seem a little higher than average. The food was okay. We ordered a burger, chicken tenders, breakfast burrito, and pastrami sandwich. Everything was average tasting, and nothing stood out. The pastrami was a no-go for me. It was thick and not chewable at all. I was a little disappointed with the price.

WOW the hamburgers were so so good the buns were very soft. They looked like they were made at home. The french fries were delicious also like you made them at home. First time in awhile that I ate all of it, it was that good. I know that I will be going back. I highly recommend this place, service was fast and the workers were friendly. And the best part there was no after effects it sat well in the stomach.

Really delicious burgers. Clean restaurant. Mamba fries are filling. Worth the money for the taste and quality ingredients.Restaurant changed and prices did also unfortunately. I used to order more when it was cheaper but it’s still worth it.They used to do “Tender Tuesday” but not anymore.Tenders are light on breading but still have great flavor. I like the honey-mustard.

Great place to bring Family and friends. Big Portion Food and variety of things. My all time favorite having a Root beer float. I love the Atmosphere Im a Youth leader from MCI Los Angeles Church and Whenever we have an outing with our youth and Pre-teens.... It is great spot to enjoy food whatever they have will hit the spot my only concern is that is been 3 times where i ask for bbq and ranch and its not in the bag, i always tip even at 18% thats about 5 bucks give or take and it sucks that out of the 3 times i tip i cant get my sauce ? And i shouldnt have to check the bag but now i have too after this third time 20 percent tip fosho over 5 bucks so please fantastic dont skimp on the sauce thank you

The burgers here are really good. The meat is never dry and the ingredients always fresh. Haven’t had a bad burger here. We also had their chicken tenders which are the best we’ve had in So Cal as they are always crispy and moist despite them being white meat.There are many chicken speciality spots that don’t even come close so definitely try these out if you’re a fan of chicken strips/tenders.

The prices were also pretty good when you compare the high level of quality ingredients that you can taste. Absolutely DELICIOUS. When I tell you I BROKE DOWN IN TEARS after just ONE BITE of my delicious hamburger, I am not exaggerating. Just a bite-full of hamburger from this establishment was enough to well up the old tear ducts (which I assure you only happens on RARE OCCASIONS (this being one of them)). Not only do these guys know how to throw together a BURGER, but their chicken isnt half bad either. Ive been going since they opened..I go at least twice a week. The chicken tenders are fantastic. The hamburger are great too with a lot of beef. You may need to wait a few minutes, because they cool to the other as it comes. So I dont mind waiting. Try it out You wont be disappointed.

I had great hopes for this place and was really looking forward to trying them. However, all that hype fell flat. The assembled burger and all its components were put together nicely and the bun had a nice toasted buttery texture, however, the star of the show, the Burger Patty itself, was more of a leftover extra from a previous showing. The meat was dry, flat and flavorless. It reminded me of those cafeteria burgers I would eat in high school. Im pretty sure this patty was prepared hours earlier, and maybe in its past life served a greater purpose. But for me it was a big disappointment. The fries were so-so, dry and hard and a salty minefield. However, the chicken fingers were delicious, Nice crunchy exterior and a hot and juicy chicken breast.... Probably because it was fresh.

The lunch box combo is a bargain. The burger is delicious and the chicken tenders (2) are moist and not overly breaded (also delicious-dare I say better than the well known chicken place ). It includes fries and a cookie. The burger with the onion rings and barbecue sauce (forgot the name) was also delicious. How do I know about both? We split each burger and had a chicken tender apiece.

This place is excellent. On my first-time visit I tried the Yorker, make sure you tell them to grill your pastrami it brings out the flavor. The burger was absolutely phenomenal. Grilled to culinary perfection. Definitely worth taking a visit. Only reason I didnt give B.C.G five stars is because they didnt have onion rings and thats what I really had a taste for but the fries are fresh cut and you dont see that in most places these days. Oh did I mention theyre to die for !!!! Thank you to the Torrance crew for making my experience and excellent one. Ill definitely be back soon.

Burger City Grill is me and my sisters favorite place to eat. We enjoy the customer service that we get, each time we place an order. We especially love the fact that they are attentive to the fact that she is hard of hearing, and can sometimes not be able to understand what is being asked of her, or said, while trying to place an order through the drive-through. We also love the fact that they try to do their best to make sure that they get our order correct. We love the fact that they do what they can to go over the order several times, to make sure that its correct.

Its two tenders and a burger with fries. Seriously if you eat that amount of food for lunch, you have a problem I think. So yeah you should go here 👍

I asked if I can get fresh fries and the server was like they are fresh and Im like uhhh no they are soggy. Theyre changing the name to Eat Fantastic, no longer Burger City Grill. Is the 1st thing I noticed. Had a Burger from the P C. H. location in Lomita, then today from the Artesia location in Torrance. Its not the same. The brioche bun looked more like an extra large regular hamburger bun. The taste of the Burger also has changed not the same quality 😕.

We ordered 3 kids meals (grilled cheese w / lemonade @ $6 each), 1 bacon avocado burger combo w / lemonade ($10.95), 1 yorker burger combo w / lemonade ($10.95), 1 order of buffalo fries ($6.45), and 5 shakes ($2.50). When we got to the window, we were told it would cost $79.XX. I asked why it was so high. We determined the milkshakes were the problem. We wanted the $2.50 shakes - they gave us the $4.45 shakes. I asked them to give us the $2.50 ones since they hadnt been made yet. I was informed that the shakes would only cost $2.50 if they replaced the drinks in the meals. So I asked for all 5 lemonades to be switched to the shakes and leave the lemonades behind. They said they couldnt do that for the kids meals, so my husband said its fine - just pay the $79.XX. So we paid. We got our order and when we got home we were disappointed. We realized we had only gotten 4 lemonades instead of the 5 we paid for, the bacon avocado burger had no bacon on it, and there was MAYBE half a slice of cheese at best on it. The food was good, but I did think it was weird that the kids meals had significantly more fries than the adult combo meals. We were just annoyed and wont come back.

Mediocre burger at best. The patty its self really lacks flavor and doesn’t really satisfy. Although fresh, I compare the burger’s taste that to a frozen burger you heat up in the microwave. You’re not missing out at all from this establishment. Ya it’s nice to support these independent businesses, but then again it’s pretty pricy for the quality you receive. Even McDonalds makes better burgers than this place. Do yourself favor, save your time and try some other place.The only positive is that their milkshakes are amazing. Thick and sweet! Just the way a milkshake should be. Also, the fries are also okay, not the best, but just meh.

Very tasty burgers, their menu offer a good variety of different ingredients to personalized your burger. We try a couple different burgers from the menu. I would give them the 5th star but the pastrami they served in the burger that I ordered was burned, literally charred and hard, I dont know if thats the style of the place because that was my first visit to BCG on recommendation. I may come back again but I would definitely not order pastrami anymore. Next time I will try the tap beer.

I love this place, the service is very fast. The burgers are big and fresh, the French fries are very good and natural too. We love their ranch sauce with the fries. Is free is you ask for an extra one. A burger is around $10. You have refill drinks, inside the decoration is nice and modern and always clean. You can go drive thru too if you prefer.

Really really disappointed. After a very long work day, I stopped by the drive thru, and when I got home with the order for myself and 3 others, they shorted us a BLTA,which isnt inexpensive here! Of course after a long day, cold outside, and looking forward to the sandwich, I get to go hungry for the night. Definitely make sure you have EVERYTHING you ordered and paid for before you walk or drive away.Honestly, I wish it was still BCG, b¹ecause we never had this issue until the company switched handqs¹.Very doubtful well go there again. The best Shakes of any burger spot (yes, incld IN N Out). Chicken tenders are giant and juice and a great value! The burgers are classic and delicious. The menu has lots of exciting options (sauces and meats...) But the really excel at everything. Weve been drive thru regulars for the entire pandemic. Location is super convenient to the 405.

I went through the drive through and ordered a vanilla shake. I usually eat inside and see the workers hand scoop the shake. They handed me the shake in less than 3 minutes. I paid and drove off. Burger city grill not like any other grill and for the most part it is located in a area of North Torrance that is hardly changed over 50 years some upgrades the park has been redone it’s beautiful and the library has updated themselves but as far as the town it’s just a quiet little town on the North side of Torrance plenty of schools very productive an active town. Burger city grill sits right where the Brawley hut burgers that has been there for 30 years or so before that it was a gas station in the 60s and 70s. Back to Burger city Grill absolutely fantastic service the minute you approach the register The whole team welcome you it is comforting it’s not like fast food that were used to. I think the whole team needs to be recognized they are doing a wonderful job their attitudes are great they give you a little bit of history of the Burger city Grill family friendly great potato chips made from scratch. It looks great at night as well with all the lights. I will return for a sit down lunch or dinner I was passing through I walked in to take some stuff to go. When I was younger I would go to a different location of BCG and love it so much. This plase is the same tipe of flavor that gave me flash backs.

A good place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Love the diversified menu and the staff
